Chapter 48 Another meaning of intertwining fate is trouble

Tasanis, for the old players of Star 1, this is a very fucking level; for the players of Star 2, this is the venue for the train robbery; but for people in this world, the current Tasanis, especially the core Tasanis City, is the core capital of the entire Tron mankind.

After the large deep space ship of human beings crashed in Kopru, it was the best development of Tasanis. After the so-called victory of the Guild War, Tasanis, the capital of the Federation of Humanity, reached a peak of economic, military and reputation.

Tasanis City is an industrial base, a scientific research center, and a place where wealth gathers; scientific geniuses, industrial giants, business tycoons, and political oligarchs are all dancing here. If the Tron mankind here still has memories of his hometown, he might put an old saying from his hometown on Tasanis City:

If you love someone, send him to Tasanis; if you hate someone, send him to Tasanis.

Because this city is indeed a city where heaven and hell intertwined, or any super city is a virtue, not to mention a super city that is basically controlled by capital - one side of the city is a complex of buildings as bright as gems, and the other side is a black alley.

If the humans who came to Kopru lack imagination as descendants of a group of criminals, you can check out the name of the city - Tasanis in Tasanis, but when you see the various embezzlements and power struggles in the city, you will doubt whether the imagination of this group of people is used in the wrong aspects.

Rick Kidd is currently in this puzzle of power struggle. As a part of this huge vortex, the hired killer calmly lay in the shadow of the black alley, staring at the brightest part of the gemstone - a person walking down the steps of the Federal Senate.

This person is McMaster, a heavyweight congressman of the federal government.

Rick Kidd was very familiar with this man, but at that time he was still Jacques Bennett, the young master of the Bennett family, one of the founding families of the Federation. He even had dinner with his target in front of him, and had a lot of meals--that kind of life continued until he left the security guard because of his youth and was drugged and sold in a slum.

In the army, he discovered his X factor and also found that he was good at killing people--he was like a fish in the army. After all, killing people at that time was considered to save his comrades.

But the good days soon ended. He and his comrades, a group of elite marines called the "Demon of Heaven" were involved in the conspiracy. Although they survived miraculously, in the end he parted ways with the former comrades--the comrades began to pursue money and life, and he just wanted to kill people.

As a free killer like now, he felt very happy, and for this, he was grateful for the initial miracle, the miracle that allowed him to escape the battle that forced him out of the army.

However, what Jacques Kidd didn't know was that the miracle was right behind him, looking at him in a condescending manner, but he couldn't see her. This miracle of Jacques was now like a spider lying on his shoulder, and it was probably too late to notice anything when he noticed it.

Sarah Kerrigan was a little unhappy. Although she was happy to have something to do before the next mission to Yumoyang after cutting off the head of the leader of Kha, she was not so happy about the ghost of the Federation when she was once a shame. In the initial mission of hijacking Lehman, someone was inexplicably robbed by someone, and then she was forced to act as a war angel to save people from water and fire in order to ensure the survival of her target brother...

Carrigan thought that her fate with that troubled guy had come to an end. Who would have thought that after Keha's mission, she actually received another task about that guy. She was surprised that the Federation has not given up tracking this guy yet, and she was not happy. However, the task is a task. No one asked her to like a task, just execute it.

So Kerrigan, who was invisible, suddenly knocked out Rick Kidd, who was about to assassinate the MP, tied him up firmly and woke him up.

When the death angel Rick Kidd woke up, he saw a red-haired beauty holding a silent pistol in her hand, her face full of a wonderful expression of impatientness. Of course, Rick didn't know that the wonderful expression on Kerrigan's face came from the fact that she knew that she had saved Rick and was going to kill him again.

"Mr. Kidd, or Mr. Bennett," Carrigan took his pistol and sat slowly on a broken sofa opposite Rick. His slender legs drew a tension and temptation arc in the air and then rested on the other leg. Her voice was gentle and magnetic. "I came today for some information, and I hope you answer truthfully."

Rick suddenly felt a little calmer. The other party was not here to stop his peers, so there was still a chance. If it was his peers who stopped him, then the next thing would be torture without any meaning. Thinking of this, he nodded calmly and expressed his willingness to cooperate. Seeing Rick nodding, Kerrigan took out a photo of Lehman and said to Rick:

"Do you know this person?"

Rick shook his head, but the next second he hadn't spoken. Carrigan slapped Rick in the face with a backhand, causing bleeding from the corner of Rick's mouth, and tears flowed out of his eyes uncontrollably. Then Rick nodded:

"His name is Lehman Renault, and he is my former comrade-in-arms, Jim Renault's younger brother."

"Very good, has Jim Reno told you if his brother is his biological son?" Carrigan continued to ask. Although the evidence found by the federal government was all about the fake birth certificates for Lehman to provide social security for Lehman, federal scientists are now starting to doubt this in order to study the relationship between genes and psychics.

"He didn't say it." Rick shook his head. In fact, Renault said that after drinking too much, Renault said that his brother who died in battle was not his biological son, but Rick did not intend to tell the truth so soon.

"Rick, you are not obedient, so you have to suffer a little." Rick's idea was right, but Kerrygan is a human-shaped lie detector. Although she is not strong enough to read the other party's memory, she can still detect the other party's lying. So Kerrygan sighed, sealed Rick's mouth, and then took out some small things from the equipment bag on her arm and placed them in front of Rick.

Rick saw that they were thin needles.

Carrigan picked up a needle and pierced it from under the fingernail of Rick's left thumb--As soon as the needle entered, Rick immediately arched his body in pain, and his mouth made a vague and miserable moan, but because of being tied, he could not go anywhere.

Carrigan picked up the pistol, tapped the needle at the end of the needle with the handle, and directly hit Rick's knuckle. Rick screamed directly at an astonishing volume. Carrigan unbuttoned the seal on Rick's mouth and took out the thing inside that prevented him from biting his tongue:

"Rick, for the last chance, are Jim Renault and Lehman Renault brothers?"

"No, Jim said, no!!!" Rick felt that he seemed to have become the young master of the founding family again in an instant. The pain was so terrifying.

"Very good," Kerrigan nodded with satisfaction, "The next question and the last question. Do you know where he might go besides their hometown? Has he mentioned any destination he is more interested in, yearning for, or looking forward to, other than his hometown?"

Rick hesitated. Although the pain was unbearable, he was also afraid that once he answered this question, his life would be gone.

Carrigan obviously didn't think about giving him hesitation. She stuffed the chew back into Rick's mouth, then pinched the needle that had already been stuck in the bones of the thumb with her fingers and shook it hard--Rick screamed again.

"Mr. Kidd, don't try to play tricks, don't confuse my patience with yours, you and I are not on the same level," said Carrigan, after he took the chewy, "Answer my question."

"Cho-Sarah...Kha...Tasanis...Port of Dead..." Rick vented a few places that Lehman had mentioned during a chat, and then stared at the ground with his eyes tightly -- the woman took a step forward and could step on the trigger point of the trick he arranged. The opportunity he had endured for so long was here.

Carrigan indeed took another step forward, but nothing happened in Rick's fearful eyes. Carrigan, who got the answer he needed, raised his voice-silencer again:

"Thank you for your cooperation."

After saying that, three bullets shot out quickly, two shots hit Rick in the chest, and one shot passed through his head.

Seeing the blood slowly flowing away, Kerrigan took a step back. There was indeed a trap trigger below before, but the directional thunder had been destroyed by her using her psychic energy - this guy is a good shooter, and has X factor, but he is never his opponent. She put away her pistol and connected the communication from her superior:

"You heard it all? The only possible place for those who want to disappear from the federal system is the only port of Dead."

"It's true, but you still have a mission next time. I'll think of another way to go back to prepare for Yumoyang's mission."

"Thank you, I never want to be involved with this unlucky couple in the Renault family again."

Kerrigan hung up the communication, installed the incendiary bomb on the wall and set it up, and quickly left here.

At this time, the Nairachim stealth transport ship that Lehman was riding also arrived at the universe near Meinhof as planned.
