190. Propaganda and preaching, the true sages

Zhang Zhixiang’s lecture on the Dharma this time was not about the simple Taoism, but about teaching people how to practice qigong.

When he was young, the old master did not let him practice the guidance technique because Zhang Zhixiang should learn Taoism, not the art. It was a teaching method with high expectations. But for ordinary people, they only pursue strong and healthy bodies, but they can actually practice more.

What Zhang Zhixiang wants to teach is the Eight Vajra Kung Fu.

The Eight Vajra Kung Fu originated from Zhang Boduan, a true man in Ziyang. Under Zhang Boduan's research on the eight extraordinary meridians, he later passed on to Bai Yuchan when the Southern Jindan School of the Golden Pill was passed on to Bai Yuchan. Bai Yuchan added eight actions based on Zhang Boduan's theory and had the Eight Vajra Kung Fu.

This technique has been a single lineage since the Song Dynasty.

There are many Dharma lines in Quanzhen Dao, but they are all scattered. Even the Vajra Techniques in the outer eight parts are not complete. How many do you know, how many do I know, and how many do I know, and how many do I know, the Longevity Techniques in the inner eight parts are even more disasters.

Especially the last four parts of the Changsheng Gong are even more obscure and scattered.

Even Master Zhang Zhishun learned from his master, it is not complete. Some of the schools within Quanzhen adapted the incomplete Eight Vajra Kung Fu into Eight Duan Jin, but it is not the only thing that matters.

After 68 years of hard work, Zhang Zhishun devoted himself to practicing Taoism, he finally completed the eight Vajra longevity skills, formed a systematic theory, and established a unified standard.

This is a great merit.

Why did Taoist priest pass on his power? This is related to Taoist priest's experience.

When Taoist priest was in his early years, he studied medicine by himself for three years, and then practiced medicine everywhere to save people. When he was treating diseases, he found that herbs were not as useful as acupuncture, so he started to learn acupuncture. However, he used acupuncture too much, but he felt that acupuncture was not as useful as massage. Many times, pressing those acupoints well, the human body's own qi could cure the disease.

But massage is ultimately an external force. No matter how good an outsider treats a disease, it is better for the patient to practice by himself.

then.

The Taoist priest spent his whole life studying the scriptures, and he organized and improved the Vajra Longevity Art. Because it is the most authentic Xuanmen, this technique can be practiced regardless of gender, whether it is fat, thin, sick, or disabled, or whether it is east, west, or north, or indoors or outdoors.

Practice young and strong to improve wisdom and strength; Practice young and strong to improve life; Practice healthy and increase energy; Practice sick and eliminate diseases and roots.

There is no deviation, and there is no worries about being possessed by the devil.

"Vajra Gong" means yang, tough, external, obvious, Li, fire, Qian, body, acquired, and foundation.

"The Longevity Gong" is yin, soft, inner, hidden, Kan, water, Kun, god, innate, innate, and superior.

The combination of inside and outside, the combination of hardness and softness, the combination of Qian and Kun, the combination of Kan and Li, and the combination of innate qi and the combination of acquired internal organs and grains into subtle qi is the most basic, but it is also the most orthodox practice. It is hard to say how much power the two can exert.

Some people strengthen their bodies, while others become immortals and enlightenment.

Even Zhang Zhixiang himself only practiced these two techniques. The method of internal refining of the Golden Light Mantra was never taught by the old master. He only comprehended the Golden Light by himself. Therefore, the foundation of Zhang Zhixiang's practice of building foundation is the "Eight Vajra Longevity Practice".

Just as Master Dao taught his experience of martial arts to the world without reservation, Zhang Zhixiang also made the martial arts public today.

Mr. Yangming said that peddlers and pawns, and those who lead carts and sell pulp should also calm down and be great heroes who make their own decisions.

People should not only achieve conscience, but also have independent thinking.

You need to practice even more.

Body and mind are mutual. A bad mood will affect the body, and a bad body will also affect the mind. If you are weak all day long, how can you be determined? Although there are always exceptions, it is a minority after all.

If you have a disabled body and a strong will, it is also a disabled person, not a sick person, nor a weak person.

thus.

Zhang Zhixiang was willing to uphold the will of Taoist Master, spread the Tao and spread the Dharma, so that everyone in the Ming Dynasty could practice it and everyone hoped for immortality. Even if they could not obtain Tao, they could live without illness or disasters and live their lives.

The ancients were no more than later generations.

The ancients suffered from the lack of effort to practice, but later generations were unwilling to reach out when the great way was delivered to them.

I always feel that this is superstition, either I think it is no different from radio gymnastics, or I feel that I am healthy, but as long as I practice for a hundred days, you will know that you are not healthy.

Pathology comes from the outside and into the inside. Sometimes the disease does not break out, which does not mean that it does not exist.

Only after you truly practice the exercise can you realize how cold your spleen and stomach are, how heavy your dampness is, how stagnant the liver qi is, how much kidney qi is, how weak the lung qi is, and how unstable the heart qi is.

"Early Vajra, longevity in the evening, walk more under the moonlight."

"right."

"Walking alone, at most two people, you must be quiet, so that you can gain something. Look at the foxes in the mountains and the fish in the water, and they all breathe towards the moon at night."

The great way is simple, and Zhang Zhixiang talked about the key points of the martial arts without reservation.

Some people wrote quickly and copied everything he said, while others practiced with Zhang Zhixiang over and over again. For only one person is free from illness or disaster, countless people are willing to persevere.

People are so sincere that Zhang Zhixiang can understand something even when he is in a trance.

Yes, the system is external force no matter what, just like the experience of Dao Ye, prescriptions, acupuncture, massage, and these are all external force treatments and are used to treat diseases.

Only by practicing internally can one avoid getting sick.

No matter how well any system is planned, if people's awareness does not keep up, that system will only collapse. Therefore, what truly escapes the laws of historical cycles and achieves civilization and immortality is not only a system problem, but also a problem for everyone.

Mr. Yangming's conscience and the way of saints are all medicines for this disease.

Human self-cultivation.

Not only does it have thoughts and spirit, but everyone also needs to pursue immortality. It is a pursuit of life and a pursuit of light and beauty. People must love themselves to love others. They must respect the soul rather than the soul. Because the soul is good for life and the soul is hopeless to die. Everyone truly loves themselves, that is the internal motivation of "the world is for the public."

Is morality just a person's character?

No, no.

Morality should be a spiritual power that transcends the dimension. The great way and virtue have always been one. The great way is the way. The world is the public. Everyone has virtue and can live forever...

So, Zhang Zhixiang finished teaching the martial arts and began to teach the relationship between personal practice and society.

Explain what is returning to light!

"What is the return of light? Eternal life is not your own selfishness, but the public in the world!"

"The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic says that those who have attained enlightenment are divided into four levels: real people, supreme people, saints, and wise people."

"The real person: he lifts the heaven and earth, grasps the yin and yang, exhales the qi, guards the spirit independently, and has the same muscles, so he can live a life of the heaven and earth without a lasting time, and this way of life is born."

"The supreme man: pure virtue and complete Taoism, harmonious with yin and yang, adjusting to the four seasons, leaving the world, accumulating essence and spirit, parading between heaven and earth, and beyond the eight great powers of sight and audio. This is probably the one who improves his life and is strong, and also belongs to the real person."

"The sage is: to be in the harmony of heaven and earth, follow the principles of the eight winds, to be willing to be between the world, without anger and anger. Do not want to be separated from the world, be obeyed, do not want to observe the common people, do not work outside and do not have any thoughts inside, to be calm and happy, to be self-satisfied, to be self-satisfied, to be able to count hundreds of people, to be untied, and to be dispersed."

"A wise man: the law is the world, the image is like the sun and the moon, the stars are distinguished, the yin and yang are reversed, and the four seasons are distinguished. It will be combined with Tao from ancient times, which can also make life longer and have extreme times."

"We may not necessarily seek to prove the true person if we seek immortality."

"A wise man can do it too!"

"Do not stop day and night, practice diligently, and you will definitely be free from illness or disasters, and enjoy your life. Why is it that you are a hundred and twenty years old?"

"The life of an ordinary person is only fifty years old."
