Basic skills can be compensated by strengthening exercises; incoordination of force mostly refers to the use of rigid force, not smooth force, vitality. Do more flexibility exercises and lunge punching, experience the order of force and the method of force, and achieve the tip of the sword."
"Lung Stepping" flat-patch sword, which is drawn back from front to left (right) to form a wiping, with a height between the chest and abdomen, and reaches the sword body. In the routine, the action is "Floating from back to front". When practicing the "Lung Stepping" movement, first of all, the lunge must be standard. "Virginal Step Sword Stand". Sword Stand is not a difficult point. The difficulty is that after the previous move is over, there is a "sword-twisted" transitional action in the middle when the "Virginal Step Sword Stand". When doing a sword twist, "the sword tip is to the left (right) and the small vertical circle around the ring is twisted, and the elbow is slightly bent." However, in the routine, it is "flat sword" and "flat collapse", and it is really not easy to reach the sword tip. Solving this difficulty is the key. When practicing, you must use the elbow as the axis, exert force on the forearm, and swing the wrist outward so that the sword tip will suddenly collapse to the right.
"Right Wrist Cut". This "Seal" is different from "Sword Cut". "Seal Cut" is a sword technique. "Wrist Cut" is a method of attacking the opponent. It is to use the sword blade to cut up (circle) the opponent's downward splitting equipment or wrist and control it. It is a bit similar to the sword twisting, but it is different from the sword twisting. The sword twisting is to draw several small vertical circles, and the wrist cutting force is to exert force. Use the sword to draw a small vertical circle to control the opponent, which is more difficult. The sword twisting does not turn the wrist, and this action requires turning the wrist, which slightly reduces the difficulty.
"Hanging the sword straight" because this "hanging sword" is to turn around and swing the sword, so the body and machinery must be coordinated, and the movements are flexible and free, and the sword is close to the body and hang the sword. The practitioner cannot meet the requirements when he starts practicing, mainly because the sword is not close to the body, and he is afraid that the sword tip is stuck on himself, so the sword cannot move forward and the movements cannot be coherent and flexibly. In this case, the practitioner can first swing the sword without turning around, and then practice swing the sword without turning around. After the movement is proficient, then perform the turning and sling the sword practice. It should be noted that the sword stabbing movement after the end of the swing of the sword must be consistent with the previous step. Only when the step is reached, the sword is reached, and the eye is reached will the movement be complete and correct.
"Raising the knee and stuttering". The difficulty of this action is that the lower sword must be drawn in a circular arc, and the knee must be lifted to complete the defensive action. In this action, the knee is to defend, the lower stuttering is counterattack, and the force reaches the front half of the sword body to intercept the opponent's attacking equipment or legs. The trick to do this action is: use the shoulder as the axis, lift the knee when the sword reaches the side and bottom, and at the same time, the wrist suddenly fixes the sword speed, and the sword tip and the arm finally maintain a straight line. This completes the "Raising the knee and stuttering" action.
"Leap up and pick up". The difficulty of practicing this movement is that while both arms draw arcs in front of the body, the left foot steps up to the right; then the right foot leaps to the left, and completes the action of picking up the sword at the same time. Finally, the fixed posture is a bit about the "moon-looking balance" movement in boxing. The coordination between leaps and picking up the sword is the key. Most practitioners ignore one thing, and the upper and lower limbs cannot coordinate well. In this case, you can only practice the decomposition movement of the upper and lower limbs first, and then do the complete movement exercise after proficiency.
"Stay on the tide". The difficulty of practicing this action is to first complete a long-distance and lightly landing leap, and then continue to do the "Stay on the tide" sword. The rest step is a downward movement, and the sword is an upward movement. It must be both far away and steady and lightly landing; it must be both stable and smooth, and the sword is a upward movement. This is mainly a coordination problem, and only practice more. In addition, when practicing, the decomposed movement exercises are still performed first, and then gradually transition to complete technical movement exercises.
"Sitting and Sitting Back Flipping". It is the same as the difficulty of "Sitting Upward Flipping" above. The sitting cross is downward and the back flipping sword is upward, and the sitting cross is more difficult than the rest step, and the flexibility requirements are higher. When doing this action, the speed of the anti-skipping sword must be faster than the downward sitting cross. Some practitioners often sit crossing faster than the speed of the anti-skipping sword, so that the sitting crossing is completed and the counter flipping sword cannot be completed. At the beginning, you can complete the counter flipping sword first, and then take the sitting crossing; after the movement is proficient, gradually speed up the sitting crossing speed, so that the sitting crossing, reverse flipping, and head-shaking are completed simultaneously and coordinated.
