Chapter 32 Discovering the Evil Dao Lair [Part 2](2/2)

Yang Ji sighed, and then swung his sword to cut off the last layer of rock mass in front.
A circle of bright light shined through the "hole" cut out. There was silence in the dark passage. The bright light hit the two of them, and both of them were a little surprised.
"It seems they have been here for a long time, and everything is quite perfect."
Zhao Hua looked at Yang Ji and said softly.
A place with lights means that you are ready to live there for a long time. Obviously, those evil disciples have been preparing to live here for more than a day or two.
"Well. Senior Brother Zhao, please take care of me for a while. Try not to disturb them before you find out their details."
Yang Ji whispered.
"Don't worry. I know what to do."
Zhao Hua waved his hand and said.
Yang Ji nodded. The two of them listened for a while, and faintly heard footsteps coming from far away from the entrance of the cave. Mixed with people's whispers, they were a bit far away, so they didn't seem to be here.
Yang Ji bent down, lowered his head, gently approached the entrance of the cave, and looked inside.
"How about it?"
Zhao Hua patted Yang Ji's back and said curiously.
"The lights were very bright, and they dug a large tunnel underground. But no one was seen. Hey... they actually dug an underground river."
Yang Ji looked ahead in surprise. Not far from the entrance of the hole he dug, in the bright light, an underground river gurgled past. The water was very clear. What was even more surprising was that Yang Ji saw something inside.
Some fish have narrow and long bodies and cyan backs.
"It's a fish in the underground river."
Yang Ji blinked and was slightly surprised. He had read in some fantasy books that many underground rivers were connected to some rivers.
With the help of the living water and air brought by the river, as well as the minerals in the underground rivers, some special fish species live in these underground rivers.
These fish have lost their visual function because they have lived in a dark environment for a long time. But for this reason, the meat is very delicious.
However, although Yang Ji knew about it, this was the first time he actually saw it.
"Let's go! Go in and take a look."
Yang Ji held the sword in his right hand and swung it hard, and the originally narrow hole immediately expanded in a circle. With a vertical movement of his body, Yang Ji's body immediately jumped over like a living fish.
Behind him, Zhao Hua followed suit and got out.
The two of them moved very lightly and didn't alert anyone after they got out.
When Zhao slipped out, Yang Ji cut another piece of brown rock to block the entrance of the cave.
"Hopefully they won't find out."
Yang Ji took a look and thought to himself. Just blocking the entrance of the cave with a rock slab was not safe. If they were discovered and the two men were cut off from their retreat, it would probably be a bloody battle.
But Yang Ji had no better way.
"There is an underground river here, and it's on the edge. The lights are not too bright. If you weren't intentional, you probably wouldn't have discovered it."
Yang Ji took a look and could only comfort himself. Even if these evil disciples found out, they wouldn't be so quick, which should be enough to prevent him and Zhao Hua from escaping.
"Let's go!"
The two of them stood on the edge of the brown cave wall, with the clear underground river in front of them. Yang Ji pulled Zhao Hua up, and with a slight movement, they waded through the underground river silently. (To be continued.
