Chapter 13: Humanity in Distress

Hurry!

The heavy rain tilted down.

After the old Captain Edson returned to the cabin, he was slightly cheered up and temporarily escaped from his fear of the sea monster.

He fired the lighter several times in a row before lighting a cigarette, put it to his mouth and took a deep breath, and spit out a thick smoke ring:

"This may be the last time I've enjoyed cigarettes."

He sent the smoke to the crew: "If I can go back alive this time, I will never go to sea again."

"Captain, why don't we escape first by taking a lifeboat."

A crew member saw that there was no flower trading company around him, so he encouraged him.

Most of the twenty-season crew members agreed with him and felt that saving their lives was important.

"If we run away ourselves, that person won't let us go."

Ederson remembered Sherlock's eyes. More than 30 years of experience at sea told him that Sherlock was either an unforgivable pirate or an extreme adventurer. The common point between the two is that their hands are definitely covered with blood.

Only those who have lived a life of blood licking from the knife for a long time will remain so calm in their lives and death.

"Captain, it's not certain whether he can survive today or not. That's a sea king! It's the god of death on the sea."

"Yes, Captain, don't hesitate, let's go."

The crew continued to urge.

Morality is insignificant in the face of survival.

Suddenly, with a bang, the door of the captain's room was kicked open.

A tall fishman in a floral shirt walked in.

Aaron was burning with anger in his heart, and he was worried that he had nowhere to vent his worries.

He waved the peak and killed one, leaving no one behind the crew members who wanted to steal the lifeboat and escape.

The captain's room was stained red with blood.

Edson and the remaining eight crew members were all frightened.

"If you don't want to die, just be obedient. Old guy, you four are responsible for listening to my boss and bring the weak chickens on the boat on the lifeboat. You four are going to search for all the valuable treasures on the boat for me immediately, and I will take them away."

"Who are you?"

Ederson asked in panic.

Aaron glanced at him coldly: "Another question, I'll let you go to hell."

Ederson swallowed, and cold sweat broke out all over his body. He never dared to delay and took the crew to gather passengers.

"Laurbron, take your brothers who are familiar with water to swim first, and help everyone on the evil horn."

Laubron nodded: "Okay."

He turned and left, swimming with the fishman pirates.

Although Laubron ate the devil fruit and could not swim, he could use the explosion of the air to step in the air.

Sherlock was the only one left on the bow deck, so he took off his disguise and sat limply on the ground.

The huge mutated octopus sea monster stretched out a tentacle and directly hit the White Pearl.

The cruise ship started to break in the middle.

Lisa and Meti were the first people to board the lifeboat. They were anxiously watching the sinking White Pearl, praying that Sherlock would return safely.

Passengers were waiting for the lifeboat in an orderly manner under the supervision of pirates, with guns on their heads, which made them unable to even want to seize the ship.

"I have money, I want to get on the boat first, I can give you 5 million Baileys."

The middle-aged man in a gorgeous suit and a black velvet hat shouted.

The pirate beside him glanced at him and pointed the musket at the back of his head.

"Give me a little quieter, and I'll just throw you away from feeding the sharks."

"Kill me, kill me, Mad, don't delay my uncle's time on board the ship."

Another pirate called out.

The middle-aged man immediately shut up, and other men with the same thoughts dared not speak anymore.

They originally thought this was a group of adventurers who could be bought with money, but who knew that they were just devils who could not get in and kill people.

The tall and burly pirate reluctantly said goodbye to the woman who drank Lafite with her: "You get on the boat first, I'll come later."

"Must come, Kam."

The woman wiped her tears.

The tall pirate Kam nodded and sent her to a lifeboat.

He was already in the mood to live and die with Captain Houston. Fortunately, before he died, he met such a wonderful woman. As long as he had a correct marksmanship, he might be able to leave little Cam in the world.

Aaron kicked Kam in the butt, kicked him directly onto the lifeboat, and threw a large bag of packed gold, silver and jewelry for him.

"Cam, bring these back to the ship."

"Okay, Brother Aaron."

Kam looked serious and grabbed the woman's hand, not having to die this time.

Sherlock knew that the ship was about to sink, and there was not much time left for him.

Originally, even Houston should have been afraid of the Aquaman, but now Sherlock is not afraid. The reason why he is anxious to let people retreat is to avoid the impact of the battle on ordinary people.

This sea monster activated his warlike curse.

His blood is boiling all over his body now, just wanting to be as good as it is.

The pistol has no effect on this huge sea monster, and the bullet cannot pass through its thick fat.

The sea monster kept hitting the tentacles on the White Pearl, but it caused fatal damage to the cruise ship.

The huge octopus tentacles of the sea monster rolled up Sherlock's body and put it in front of him.

Sherlock raised his mouth and waved a "cool iron fist", which was enough to kill a blue whale.

Or make the sea monster feel so happy.

But what Sherlock unexpectedly was that a hole was punched on the head of the mutated octopus sea monster, and the hole was full of wires.

The arc instantly rushed to Sherlock, and his whole body was wet with rain, making the electrical conductivity even better.

A severe pain spread throughout Sherlock's skin, and his body was burned.

Fortunately, he is a devil fruit capable person, and his self-healing ability is far beyond the reach of people.

Sherlock's whole body was charred and his head turned into an explosive head, which looked very funny.

"It turns out that it's not a Neptune, it's a machine!"

Sherlock said, waving his fist again, wondering how powerful he would be after he gained all Houston's strength.

The huge octopus monster machine instantly began to crack from the surface, but the stinging current could no longer bring a burning sensation to Sherlock.

With a loud bang, accompanied by a lightning bolt falling from the sky, the giant octopus cracked from the middle, split into two, smashing towards the sea level, causing huge waves.

The red explosion in the control room was confused. Did he encounter a monster? Or was he punished by God?

Fortunately, the control room was set up on the left side of the octopus and was not directly cracked.

The first wave of red explosion operation brought the octopus body on the left to regroup together, and there were signs of activity again.

But he was not trying to attack Sherlock, but turned around and ran away. It was not a good sign to be struck by lightning.

"Don't leave."

Sherlock was just bored and he got into the octopus monster's body.

"Damn it! Dalme Lisa is lucky today! You won't have such good luck next time!"

In the control room, a red explosive head roared.

"It turns out that your target is Lisa."
