Chapter 11 Flying to the Southern Hemisphere

That night, there was a rare laughter from the Zhang family, and they chatted with their parents until very late before returning to their rooms.

The floor of my younger sister's room has been laid, but fortunately the bed is too narrow, otherwise it would be strange if I don't feel guilty if I don't feel guilty.

The two chatted until the middle of the night, and I don’t know who couldn’t stand it and fell asleep first. When they were woken up by the alarm clock, it was already bright outside.

After Zhang Lin finished washing up, soy milk, fried dough sticks, steamed buns and tea eggs were already placed on the table, which were all what he liked to eat before.

"Lin Wazi, see if it suits your appetite? We don't know if you're used to it." Seeing Zhang Lin sitting at the table, the old Zhang and his wife stopped their work and looked nervously.

"Well, then I'll start!" Zhang Lin was not polite to them. How could he not know the old man's feelings? Seeing himself eating all these would give them the most satisfactory answer.

Zhang Lin ate it in an orderly manner. According to his previous steps, he peeled the tea eggs and stuffed them into his mouth in two mouths. The dry egg yolks felt very comfortable choking.

The fried dough sticks were pulled open, soaked in soy milk and then eaten. They also opened a can of fermented tofu on the shelves and dipped them in steamed buns. The taste was so enjoyable.

Zhou Min looked around and was already covering her mouth, trying hard to control herself and not making any sound.

Zhang Changzhou's hands were also tightly clenched, and the joints had already been broken and pale.

Finally, Zhang Xin, who had been watching at the door for a long time, couldn't help it, rushed over and shook Zhang Lin's arm and shouted, "Sister, why do you have exactly the same eating habits as my brother?"

Zhang Lin raised his head, the two lines of tears were clearly visible, and he tried hard to swallow the last bite of food, got up and said with a smile, "I had a dream, and I was him in the dream."

"Mom, help me put these steamed buns and tea eggs in a bag and I'll take them to the road to eat."

"Oh, I'll pretend for you."

"Dad, give me the nougat on the shelf."

"Yeah, I'll get it for you."

"Little sister, I have kept the towel and toothbrush for me."

"Sister, don't worry, this will be the next time I come."

It was almost time. Zhang Lin took the bag handed over by his parents, looked at the place that had raised him for more than 20 years, and knelt down at the old couple with a "thump".

He kowtowed his head on the floor three times, "Mom and Dad, I'm leaving now. Take care of yourself and wait for your Lin Wazi to come back."

Several people quickly helped Zhang Lin out of the ground, and Zhou Min wiped the dust on Zhang Lin's forehead with her hands, "You should also pay attention to it, call me if you have time!"

"Sister, I will definitely study English well and strive to study abroad in your place."

"Oh, okay, your grandpa is waiting outside. Hurry up, don't miss the plane."

"Well, then I'll leave," said Zhang Lin, after he picked up the package, ran out of the door immediately, and walked towards the parked taxi without looking back.

It was not until the car started that Zhang Lin dared to look back at the three figures outside the car, and silently said in his heart, "I will definitely come back!"

At 10:20, the Airbus a330, driven by a powerful engine, broke free from gravity and flew towards the southern hemisphere with his head held high.

Zhang Lin didn't expect that his native bun, which had never even been sold in Kyoto City, would have gone so far in an instant.

The novelty of the journey somewhat diminished his sorrow of parting. Soon Zhang Lin fiddled with various facilities on the take-off plane, listened to music, watched movies, and ate some food provided on the plane, and enjoyed it.

Seeing that Zhang Lin's mood returned to normal, Lawrence spoke up to him about the situation in New Zealand.

"There is a country without any pollution, very similar to our original hometown. I have been to various other continents, but only the ones that suit us, so I'm sorry, I couldn't keep you in Kyoto."

The words were a bit obscure, but it didn't prevent Zhang Lin from instantly understanding what he said. He nodded and replied, "Grandpa, I can understand. Don't worry, I will do my best to do the best!"

Lawrence heard Zhang Lin call him grandpa again, but he was happy and sighed in his heart, "It's a pity that we will end our fate soon."

More than twelve hours later, the plane finally landed at Auckland Airport.

Zhang Lin, a native bun, could only follow Lawrence closely. When he arrived at the inspection office, he realized that there were many things that could not be brought into New Zealand.

The sausage and bacon brought by a passenger on the same plane were confiscated. Fortunately, the steamed buns and sugar were not included in the contraband, which shocked him and broke out in a cold sweat.

After leaving the International Port, the cold wind blew in the early morning, and Zhang Lin suddenly shivered. Fortunately, there were clothes from the time they came in the suitcase so they did not turn into frozen quails.

Kyoto has bid farewell to the scorching heat. I have just seen the shadow of summer here, from north to south, and it is indeed quite different. Although it is late spring and early summer, the marine climate near Antarctica in New Zealand is still chilling in the morning and night.

A few minutes walk along a green line and then transfer to Auckland's domestic port.

While waiting for the flight, Zhang Lin walked to the window and looked around. The clouds floating rapidly in the blue sky seemed to be fake. The skin of the crowd around him was white, yellow, black, brown, and very complete.

"I'm going abroad now!" Zhang Lin was still a little dazed. His life was really changing too quickly!

After another two hours of voyage, Zhang Lin and his team reached Dunedin, the South Island of New Zealand.

Dunedin Airport is not very big and seems a bit simple. After picking up your luggage, you will turn to the entrance of the hall and take the taxi you made to the end of the trip.

The taxi driver was an uncle with two beards. When he knew the destination, he shouted happily, "Oh! Pittska Farm! Oh Maiga, I took my family to the beach in front to play last week, there are so many sea lions there!"

Perhaps it was the memory of this body. After Zhang Lin came here, an inexplicable sense of familiarity gradually emerged in his mind. He heard that the driver was so surprised that he actually started to chat with him very familiarly.

Lawrence, who was in the seat next to him, nodded secretly, "It seems that everything is moving in a good direction. Maybe in a short while, the Miss's previous memories will be transferred."

———

"Uncle York, thank you, really don't come in and have a drink?" Zhang Lin and the driver Uncle York were already like old friends.

"Haha, no, my dear wife is still waiting for me to come home for dinner, thank you, beautiful girl," York rolled down the window, "Goodbye, Lawrence! Good luck, Lin!"

Watching York turn the front of the car, Zhang Lin walked towards the fence ahead under Lawrence.

As soon as we approached, a "woof" dog barking came. A black and white shepherd dog rushed over, shaking its long tail desperately, standing upright on the fence door, showing enthusiasm and joy in his eyes.

"Pipi!" Zhang Lin exclaimed and snatched up. He quickly found the hidden buckle inside the fence and opened it. He knelt on the ground and let Pipi lick his palms and cheeks.

As she stroked Pipi's fluffy back hair, a long-lost sense of familiarity emerged in Zhang Lin's mind, "You are so naughty, I'll call you Pipi..." "Pippi, where are my shoes? Hurry..."

"Oh, I said why Pipi called so happily? It turns out that you are back. Hurry up, I happened to prepare a beef and onion-flavored pizza and bring it to you later, haha."

A female voice sounded, and Zhang Lin knew that this was Aunt Susan in the yard next to her. Since Lawrence helped her child cure her asthma, she has been helping to cook the manor.

"Aunt Susan, I can't wait to taste the deliciousness of pizza," Zhang Lin shouted happily while rubbing his sleeves on his face.

"Oh, it'll be fine in a while!" Susan dragged her fat body forward and gave Zhang Lin a tight hug. Then she greeted Lawrence and left in a hurry, muttering, "I want to sprinkle a lot of spices, Lin likes this flavor."
