Chapter 9 Departure to Destiny(1/4)

Four thirty in the morning, Hongfang Street.

The terrifying killer of the Brotherhood, Lyock's ghostly figure appeared on the roof of a house. The next moment, he appeared in a nearby alley. The next moment, he rushed towards the broad avenue.

Dozens of corpses lay on the blood-stained ground, including elite members of the Brotherhood wrapped in black cloth, and members of the Blood Bottle Gang wearing red turbans.

Leyock roared again and disappeared. When he reappeared, it was already the signboard of the shop opposite.

It's like - like he's trying his best to get rid of something following him.

The sounds of fighting continued in the distance.

Suddenly, a calm and stern expression suddenly appeared on Leyock's originally anxious face.

The next moment, Leyock's machete passed through his left armpit at a weird angle, and like an Amamba snake preying on prey, it stabbed his left rear like a thunder!

There was no one there, but—

"Tear!"

There was a sound of clothes being torn!

"One hit."

"'Ghost in the Wind,' Rolf."

Leyock raised his scimitar and wiped the blood on the tip of the knife. The anxiety and anger on his face had disappeared, replaced by a cold-blooded look that contained madness.

"'Silent Killer' Leyoke, are you just lucky, or have you really sensed my position?" A strange, feminine voice floated from all directions.

Leyock just maintained his original posture quietly without saying a word.

"It would be a shame for a killer like you to be in the Brotherhood."

As the voice fell, a figure appeared on the road in front of Layok.

A green-haired man wearing gray tights with tattoos on his face playfully touched his left collarbone, where blood was slowly flowing out of a wound.

Leyok's pupils shrank suddenly. His blow should have stabbed the opponent's heart perfectly, and then he pulled it out the moment after piercing the atrium blood vessels. As a result, his knife only grazed the opponent's collarbone?

Leyock was surprised for a moment, but quickly regained his composure and silently prepared for the next blow.

A killer must always be confident that his next blow will kill.

If Rick were here, he would definitely disapprove of Lyock's nickname of "The Silent Killer". That annoying killer has the most nonsense to mock him, right?

Even Thales, the time traveler, would nod: Lyok was not too "quiet" when he was fighting with Belicia in a goblin fight.

But at this time, Leyock's eyes were sinister, his whole body was motionless, and he stood on the signboard like a statue. He was indeed full of "silent" horror.

But the next moment, Rolf, known as the "Ghost with the Wind", changed his expression.

"Forget it," Rolf snorted, "I didn't expect that guy Kalka was actually killed by Morris. Is it true that the fat guy is worthy of being one of the six giants of the Brotherhood?"

"I'll hide for a while. But don't get me wrong, our game is not over yet, 'Silent Killer'."

The next moment, Rolf disappeared.

At the same time, Morris - one of the six giants of the Black Street Brotherhood and the mastermind of the population business - appeared at the corner with a team of elites and a fierce look on his face.

"Boss!" Leyock instantly floated down from the signboard and saluted Morris.

"It's Rolf the Ghost of the Wind."

The fat Morris nodded and dropped the body on his hand to the ground.

This was a strong man, but he seemed to be in extreme pain before his death. If the Brotherhood's exclusive black doctor, Strange Doctor Ramon, was here, he would quickly analyze that the strong man had purple lips and purple eyes before his death.

Congestion, nails pink.

The "Wolf Warrior" Kalka, a supernatural warrior from the nomadic tribe from the Giseri Grasslands of the Eastern Continent, died of suffocation.

"Have you found anyone else?" Morris asked solemnly, showing no joy at all in getting rid of a powerful enemy - especially if the opponent was a warrior with supernatural powers.

Layok shook his head with a heavy face: "No. But I encountered transparent air obstructions in several places. According to the descriptions I heard in the past," the killer paused, and said with great solemnity and worry: "I suspect that there is one of us

A powerful person with supernatural powers that I don’t understand has taken action.”

Morris said nothing.

He just frowned tightly.

"That's not a supernatural power, but an 'air wall'."

Under Leyock's doubtful gaze, Morris sighed.

"The one who took action was the magician of Qi..."

Leyock was stunned.

Immediately, Morris, the fat giant, spat bitterly.

Yes.

One of the two leaders of the Blood Bottle Gang.

The magician of air.

Ryok recalled his impression of the magician and thought: No matter which superpower he is, if he hears that the enemy he is facing is a magician, and he happens to be a magician who has restrained his own abilities,

You won't be too happy.

For this foolproof surprise attack, the Brotherhood gathered almost all the elites from the Yongxing City headquarters and organized them into groups in order to catch them by surprise and deliver a fatal blow. However, at the very beginning of the attack, the elites of the Brotherhood were attacked by several huge forces.

The force was scattered by strong winds, and some parts of Hongfang Street were no longer even passable. The originally powerful elite force instantly split into a multi-headed snake that could not see each other.

In the poems sung by the minstrels, the monster hydra Kilika was eventually cut off one by one by the hero Nekaru and died.

Judging from Morris's reaction, it was undoubtedly the "Qi Magician" who distracted them.

How is the boss going to deal with him?

But Morris had a completely different option in mind.

That scary guy, I hope I don't run into him head-on - Morris thought, listening to the constant sounds of fighting in his ears, and identifying his location.

"We were supposed to gather elites and attack the Blood Bottle Gang branch in Hongfang Street, but in the end, they ended up ambushing us - damn, it's really embarrassing to be thrown into the Kingdom of Mingye."

"The opponent's only two magic masters have dispatched one, and we still foolishly went forward to die! Our brains are simply duller than the sacrifice of the God of Night!"

Morris cursed with blasphemous words, but his mind was racing.

"There must be a traitor! When I get back, I'm going to squeeze Lancer's lungs out! How can this bad old man do intelligence work!"

Leyock lowered his head and wisely did not follow his boss, who was one of the "Big Six", in cursing another "Big Six" of the Brotherhood.

Morris took a deep breath and quickly made a clear judgment:

"Since the enemy is a magician, and we don't have any experts above the extreme level - the attack on Hongfang Street has completely failed!"

Leyock looked up in surprise.

Total failure?

The Qi Magician...is that scary?

"Scatter out and give orders to all your own people: Give up the target, return to the original path, and break out with all your strength!" Morris gritted his teeth viciously:

"Let's go back to the dark streets!"

Yara looked at Thales, and the expression on her face gradually disappeared.

Time seems to have passed a long time.

But Thales just stared at her motionless.

Until the other person exhales and lowers his head slightly.

"Smelly brat."

Yala had no expression on her face, just looking at the dim ground in the cellar.

Thales didn't even dare to speak out loud.

But then, the young female bartender quickly said silently:

"You - you - did anyone tell you -"

Thales listened attentively.

"——Are you very precocious?"

This time it was Thales' turn to be stunned for a moment.

precocious?

This—a time traveler—haha.

Think about it quickly, how did the senior time travelers get through when they were suspected by the locals?

Then, the time traveler touched his head, blushed, and said sheepishly:

"Hehe - am I very precocious? Haha, um, Yara, I understand what you mean, but I still enjoy my current single life, and I don't want to -"
