770 The Hungry People's Republic - Is there a monthly pass?

"... Today is a very special day. Thirty years ago, the Central Committee of India's GCD passed an important resolution that changed the process of the world revolution and India's war against China - "Opinions on the Destruction of the Rural Commune Movement in the People's Republic of India". Therefore, for workers and all Indian people around the world, this day is worth celebrating. Because the Indian GCD and Indian people at that time did not choose to compromise and surrender in the face of the tragic food war launched by the Central Imperialism, they bravely faced difficulties and overcome difficulties! And in the process of overcoming the three-year food difficulties period, they found a smooth road to transform the countryside of India and quickly get rid of poverty and backward situations!

In a sense, we should thank them, Chang Ruiqing, the head of imperialist China in Nanjing, and his advisers. If they hadn't thought about using vicious food wars to force us to surrender, our Indian GCD and Indian people would not have started the rural commune movement so early. We India would not have completed the socialist transformation so early, so that after the fall of the entire Soviet Union, we would have taken over the burden of leading the world revolution and became a new hope for workers all over the world.

Of course, this movement to transform rural India had already been put on the agenda before we lost the two major granaries of Bangladesh and Punjab. If there were no Chinese imperialist food warfare, we would have launched this movement sooner or later. Because the land system in rural India at that time, with farming land being the only land still belongs to the feudal small peasant economy in essence. Therefore, the efficiency of agricultural production in India was not too high, far from that of the collective farms in the Soviet Union. It was even far from the capitalist farms in the United States. So by 1935, this backward small peasant economy could no longer meet the needs of India during the war!

However, before the Central Imperialism launched the food war, India's food shortage was not large. It can be overcome by saving and rational use of food. However, as the largest agricultural country in the world with the largest arable land area (India does not recognize that the Far East, South Asia, Central Asia, Mongolia, Tibet, and the Three Xinjiang regions belong to China. Therefore, according to the statistics of the People's Committee of the Indian Agriculture, China's arable land area is not as large as India) that cannot solve the problem of 350 million people's food production. This is enough to prove how backward the small peasant economy is. So at the end of 1934, when the 1934 grain purchase plan was not completed, the Indian Central G was already considering socializing transformation of Indian agriculture. The food war adopted by Central Imperialism gave us such an opportunity." - The above is excerpted from Comrade Chariya's memoir "Written Before the Second World Revolution" (also known as "The Beginning of the Failure of the World Revolution").

At the end of September 1935, just as the warring sides on the Indian subcontinent were deploying troops to prepare for a new round of life-and-death battle, before the Punjab region of India's granary had fallen, hunger had quietly come to the heads of the Indian people living in a happy socialist family.

Although the weather in South Asia is still hot in September, it is filled with sunshine on the streets of Delhi. In the eyes of some Delhi citizens who are not very pure, it feels a little cold. The bombs and flyers thrown from the sky every few days are like a pot of cold water pouring on the heads of Indians with a little hot mind, making them a little more awake. The sharp reduction of the distribution of biological goods, especially food, makes them feel a major and bad atmosphere while their lives are becoming increasingly difficult. There are fewer and fewer foods to fill their stomachs. However, there are more and more political movements to torture people. Every time the Chinese people come to throw bombs and leave, a movement to catch spies will start in Delhi!

It seems that these Chinese planes were attracted by spies lurking in Delhi... The soldiers of the All-India Anti-Counter-Revolutionary Committee were riding carriages specifically for arresting people and rushing around the streets and alleys of Delhi. Under the leadership of GCD members and Communist Youth League members in various blocks, they arrested Indians suspected of spies everywhere. Then there were one public trial after another, and the charges were either spies, Indian raping, counter-revolutionaries, or land-rich elements, bad elements. Those activists who were close to defending the warriors knew that the above had already issued an indicator. According to the standard of 5% of the Indian population, there were about 17 million bad guys in India to be caught! If this number was really implemented, it would be the second 17 million. In the previous Indian Revolution, the All-India Anti-Counter-Revolutionary Committee also arrested people according to the standard of 5%!

This 5% arrest indicator is very easy to complete. In the present, thousands of years of slavery, the bloodiness of Indian untouchables (referring to castes) cannot be compared with the Japanese counter-revolutionary samurai class who was brainwashed by Bushido thought. As long as the Indian Cheka warriors roared: "You have been arrested!" Those arrested people will definitely be weak and wait for the Cheka warriors to arrest them, and use a knife to resist. I have never heard of it. I guess it has not happened in the history of the entire People's Republic of India, right?

As Comrade Lu Yi, the great Indian leader, pointed out, "class struggle will work as soon as you catch it." After several campaigns to arrest spies to suppress counter-revolution, the revolutionary atmosphere in Delhi really rose. In front of the collection site for collecting folk metal utensils set up on the streets of Delhi, there were always countless Indians holding various metal items in line. At the command of the Lu Yi leader, no one dared to collect metal items at home! Moreover, the faces of those Indians who lined up to pay metal items were filled with excitement. When they saw Indian Red Army soldiers or defenders walking by from afar, they would spontaneously shout revolutionary slogans. Even if these revolutionary soldiers walked away, these Delhi citizens gathered together to whisper and talked in a low voice, they would say something Comrade Lu Yi loved to listen to - if Takeda Yuki learned about this situation, they would definitely be envious.

"Comrades, have you heard that the day before yesterday, our heroic air defense force fired eleven Chinese imperialist bombers, one of which was shot by Comrade Lu Yi personally manipulated the anti-aircraft machine gun!"

"It's not an anti-aircraft machine gun, it was shot with a rifle! Comrade Lu Yi is so powerful. The Chinese planes flew so high that they couldn't escape the bullets fired by Comrade Lu Yi."

"Then you need to say that Comrade Lu Yi is a peerless great man! With him leading us, Chinese imperialism cannot grow a rabbit's tail."

"Yes, it can't grow... When the Chinese imperialism is driven out of Bangladesh, the food supply should be relaxed, right? I haven't eaten enough for a while."

"You reactionary, keep your mouth shut! The food supply is so rich now, how dare you say you can't eat enough? If you dare to spread such rumors, it must be a spy who has been a spy!"

"Yes, he must be a spy, beat him up, beat him up. After the beating, he will hand him over to the defending soldiers. Such people must be severely punished!"

"Down with the spy, the great leader Lu Yi! Long live! Long live..."

What a lovely people! There are such people. It would be really inappropriate if India's GCism cannot be established. However, Comrade Chariya, the eldest son of Comrade Luyi, who was riding a car by the Indian people who were catching spies, is not in the mood to look at these cute people more. This successor of the Indian Revolution no longer has the same kind of spirit as before. His face is full of deep fatigue that cannot be concealed, but he is also energetic. Chariya is not a military blind man who knows nothing about military affairs. He is still there

The Soviet Union attended military academy for two years. He also served as a regiment-level staff member in the Middle East, and still had military insights. Of course, he could detect some essential problems from the failures of the Himalayas, the Impal and the Bay of Bengal Battle. Although he was unwilling to accept it in his heart, he was still very clear that the combat effectiveness of the Chinese National Defense Forces far exceeded that of the Indian Red Army! The gap between the two sides is not a little bit! Although the failures of those three battles were due to the improper command of Buluhell, the strong combat effectiveness of the Chinese ** team may be the main reason!

For such failure and such reality, Comrade Chariya's first reaction was that he was unwilling to accept it. Then he mobilized more troops to defeat the Chinese, regain the lost territory of Bangladesh and restore the defeat. If he really followed the arrangement of Buluhel and allowed the Chinese to occupy Bangladesh to support the pro-China Mslin puppet regime, it would not only mean the shattering of the dream of world revolution, but also the People's Republic of India, which had finally been liberated and unified, would be divided into two, and there would never be a day of reunification! Although Chariya himself was an atheist, as a member of the former Hindu Brahmin caste, he still knew the status of religion in the minds of the Indian people. In Indian history, religious issues have always been above the national issues and are the top priority in India's domestic political life!

So during this period, Chariya personally stayed in the General Staff of the Indian Red Army, and worked with comrades Pavlov and other comrades to mobilize troops to the Northeast battlefield of India. However, various difficulties were reported to him. The logistics department reported that the Red Army suffered too great losses in the Himalayan Battle, the Bay of Bengal Battle and the Impal Battle. The Northeast Front Army of India lost more than 70% of its heavy equipment, as well as thousands of heavy machine guns, hundreds of thousands of rifles, and various shells were consumed and lost, hundreds of thousands of bullets and tens of millions of bullets. There was no such much weapon and material reserve in the warehouse of the Indian Red Army to supplement the losses of the Northeast Front...

The official responsible for the production of weapons and equipment also said with a sad face that India originally had a certain military production capacity. In Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi, there were large arsenals left by the British. As early as the Napoleonic War era, India was an important military production base of the British Empire. However, India's military production had shortcomings, the entire industrial chain was incomplete, and there was a lack of raw material production capacity. Especially after the steel production base in Bihar was blown up by the Chinese Air Force, special steel producing weapons and equipment could not be supplied. The copper mine in Malanjedekan was also bombed into ruins, and the refined copper used to make ammunition was no longer available. Therefore, now we can only rely on the plunder of metal materials from the people to barely maintain the production of weapons and ammunition, which is not enough to supply the Indian Red Army with a total of up to 6 million.

The Red Army officers in charge of transportation also brought bad news to Charia. The various weapons, equipment and military supplies transported through the Beilu Branch Corridor were bombarded by more than 50% due to Chinese and German aircraft. In September, the materials transported to the Delhi Red Army warehouse were only about 40,000 tons, and the average amount was less than 150 tons above the head of each local Red Army infantry division in India, and they could only maintain a battle of 10 days at most! Moreover, the railway lines in northeastern and northern India were also severely damaged by the Chinese bombing and urgently needed maintenance. However, the railway tracks, locomotive parts and other materials were not produced by India now. Therefore, the railway traffic in Northeast India and the northeastern India may be paralyzed, and the logistics support of the Northeast Front Army in India will only rely on manpower and animal power.

There are even more troublesome things, the Indian Food People's Committee member told Charia. India is now facing a serious food crisis! Due to the fall of the traditional grain-producing land of Bangladesh, India's grain purchase plan in 1935 is doomed to be unable to be completed! Moreover, a large number of young and middle-aged rural people participated in the Red Army, which also caused a lack of rural labor. The spring sowing area in 1935 decreased by more than 15% compared with 1934. In addition, due to the long-term destruction of India's light industry, it has not been able to recover its vitality so far, so it cannot provide enough products to exchange food for farmers (uh. All socialist countries have encountered the same problem, and India is naturally also

No exception, if that socialist country has enough light industrial products to exchange for food and is not short of food, then the country will inevitably embark on the road of capitalism, because surplus is the biggest feature of capitalism). In this case, Indian farmers are not naturally unwilling to have a variety of food, and are even more unwilling to exchange the food that has been planted hard for useless banknotes. The Indian People's Food Commission estimated that the 1935 grain purchase plan may only be able to complete the original 65%. In this way, not only will there be problems in the food supply in major and medium-sized cities in India, but also in important foreign aid tasks (mainly to aid countries in the Middle East) and military food supply!

How could the situation suddenly become so bad! Not only did there be no weapons and ammunition, but there was no food? India actually had no food. This is really ridiculous! Who doesn’t know that the cornerstone of the British Empire’s domination of the world were the powerful navy, South Africa’s gold, and India’s food? How long has the Indian Revolution been victorious now, there is no food, and... India has not done any collectivization. Why is it short of food?

"...It's those damn untouchables! After only a few days of turning over, I actually forgot the great kindness of Indian GCD. I dare not sell food to the government. It's so reactionary! It seems that it's really impossible to achieve agricultural collectivization. We must snatch the food from the farmers and snatch it up! With food, there will be an army, and with the army, we can fight with the Chinese to the end. Even without bullets, cannons, and planes, we can fight with bayonets and flesh..."

Comrade Charia was in the back seat of the car, looking at the city covered with revolutionary slogans outside the window, gritting his teeth and muttering to himself, his face gloomy and terrifying, as if a devil suddenly emerged from somewhere.

...

"...Comrades, we have no way out now. We must adhere to the established decisive strategy and do our best to support the frontline and support the Red Army. The People's Republic of India has reached the final decisive battle. If we take a step back, our Indian GCD may be smashed to pieces, and India will also fall into the abyss of lasting division and civil war!"

Charia finished his opinion loudly, and then looked at Comrade Lu Yi, a great Indian man sitting upright on the first seat of the conference table. Lu Yi was expressionless and said nothing. At today's enlarged meeting of the Indian GCD Politburo, Lu Yi did not say a word except to announce the beginning of the meeting. He seemed to have no idea how to deal with the current difficult situation. Charia's eyes swept over Pavlov, the chief of staff of the Indian Red Army General Staff, because Lu Yi personally served as the People's Committee on Labor and National Defense (at the same time, Lu Yi also served as the Indian Revolution.

Chairman of the Military Commission), so Pavlov, the Soviet Red Army general, is actually the highest-ranking military general in the Indian Red Army. He has always been reserved for the decisive battle between Charia and Apaneseko. Even after Charia put forward the opinion that the Northeastern region of India might be separated from India, he still did not agree to the decisive battle with the Chinese. However, after Lu Yi made up his determination to fight China in the Bangladesh region, Pavlov still devoted himself to the formulation of the decisive battle plan and preparation for the decisive battle.

Pavlov stood up and whispered: "I fully agree with Comrade Chariya. We should use most of our strength to the Bangladesh region, but given the strong strength of the Chinese National Defense Forces, the specific implementation of the Bangladesh Battle should be very cautious and must not act rashly. Therefore, I suggest that the overall policy of the Bangladesh Battle should be determined as defensive counterattack, with defense as the main focus and counterattack as the auxiliary. In terms of specific arrangements, I suggest occupying the north and south

The wing is released, and the main force is used to control the mountainous areas north of the Ganges, west of the Jalkhand, and the Odisha. Use the Galkhand and Bihar plains on the south bank of the Ganges as the preset battlefield. At the same time, organize elite forces to penetrate into the enemy-behind areas of Bangladesh and northern Myanmar, and strive to disrupt the rear of Chinese imperialism with guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines..."
