First of all, I would like to apologize to everyone. When the Lord of Pets finished, I was thinking about opening a new book from March to May.

It was the end of March and early April, and I also said in the book circle that I expected to open the book in mid-May.

But as of now, I have been conceiving for two months, but I have only a 100,000-word outline (including world background, level, map, power, era, monsters, human abilities, plot, characters, character design, inspiration... all of which are mixed), and a draft of more than 20,000 words, which is far from the level of "making enough preparations and being able to publish a formal article."

My pot, I admit my mistake.

【Talk about new books】

I have a habit that lasts for a long time. No matter whether I watch movies, animations, novels, games, chat, eat, or be alone... As long as I capture interesting materials or think of valuable inspiration, I will immediately take out my phone and record it in different documents.

Including the creation of "The Pet Master", there are also a lot of inspiration, which are only recorded but not used in the main text.

These are all excellent "ammunition" for authors.

Many inspirations may not be used in their entire lives, but if you fall into a mental trap or lack a plot idea, you will occasionally find miraculous effects.

Then, when "The Pet Master" was finished, I mentioned that the new book is still "Beast Control".

I finally wrote this book, accumulated writing experience from beginning to end, and accumulated reader audience from zero to one. I did not feel uncomfortable "written with the same type of subject" and did not have the idea that "the same type of creation seems to be shackles me and is not conducive to my long-term development"...

No matter how you look at it, now is a good time to make a concerted effort to achieve higher results.

Based on these concepts, I sat in front of the computer and thought hard for a long time.

Based on my current experience gained by 3 million words in practice, the core of "Beast Control Stream" is generally "the mutual achievement between humans and beasts."

As long as you can choose the type of "Beasts in the Protagonist Group", choose the attributes, highlight personality, intersperse daily life, and enjoy the battle... Secondly, create a bizarre world background with a large number of monsters. This book can reach the passing line of 60 points and make quite good returns.

Of course, under this premise, the writing style is too shady, the plot is too redundant, and the characters are too brainless... The superposition of the subtraction items will greatly reduce the scores of the novel that could have reached 60 points.

I will not consider negative things for the time being.

When conceiving a new book, I took the lead in thinking about what advantages and disadvantages do I have as an author?

A rough self-analysis, my advantage is probably "pursuing logic as much as possible", "a rich mindset", and "a serious attitude". I am relatively at ease in creating a monster-related ecological system and enjoy it.

But I have many disadvantages, such as "only pass the writing style", "the amount of bad updates", "the character portrayal is stiff and dull", "the sudden transition", "the plot rhythm" and so on.

On the road of writing, I just left the novice village, and there are countless bosses waiting for me to compete for leveling up.

However, I always believe that the road to writing is a wrong way except reading more, writing more, and reviewing more.

Only by repeatedly practicing, trying, exploring, constantly stomping, climbing pits, learning from the protagonist in the story, encountering difficulties, overcoming challenges, overcoming challenges... I can thrive and honing between right and wrong, right and wrong, good and bad, good and bad, can I thrive.

Thinking through this, I sat in front of the computer and continued to ponder.

——The second book, what kind of beast control flow should I write?

If I want to write the same subject, it does not mean that I want to stick to the rules.

In fact, I like to jump out of the way, like accidents, like to go unnatural.

Since the birth of civilization, no matter which region, it will be accompanied by various legends, myths, and monsters...

There are many things that can be derived from the theme of "Beast Control".

I have already clarified the core of the beast control stream. What I need to think deeply about is what kind of elements can achieve the effect of 1+1 greater than 2 when combined with them.

No matter how bad it is, I will make my readers' eyes shine and make the second book a little different.

I thought about it for a long time.

In the memo, there are some interesting or boring thoughts left.

I think some ideas can be deeply translated, and I can write several novels about the beast control flow above the passing line.

But I have to admit that I have ambitions and I have desires.

If the first book "The Lord of the Pet" is mainly aimed at practicing writing, I can take it lightly and read the others.

In addition to continuing to practice writing, I also want to make money and try to prove it.

It also takes time to create, and also takes energy to conceive. It takes tall people from the shorts to practice whether the experience I have accumulated in the first book is correct. This is also my core goal.

Just like that, go around in circles.

I spent a lot of effort to lock in the "mixture" that I thought I could try.

Like "The Lord of the Pet", I still pursue full fiction and originality, still want to practice the magnificent world background structure, and still want to shape hundreds of all kinds of weird creatures.

I will not say that I "can be able to write well" or that I will say, "My thoughts, my vision will definitely be welcomed by readers." I will not be sure whether it is now or in the future.

But I at least want to try new possibilities, at least within the scope of ability tolerate, pursue "do my best" and "reduce regrets".

It is not convenient to disclose too many details before the new book is officially released.

I can only briefly introduce that the second book should be different from the conventional beast control flow. There will be many new settings, taking the path of "beast control" + "privileges" to further deepen the bonding relationship between humans and beasts.

In addition, I only dare to promise an average daily update of 4,000 words in the second book, but in order to achieve results and promises, I want to force myself to try a daily update of 6,000 words - that is, 1.5 times the daily workload of "The Pet Master".

Maybe it will fail in the middle, maybe it will not last long enough.

But I will try and persist as much as possible in the new book, or in the early and mid-term of the whole book.

(This is also an important reason why I postponed the issuance of a book. It is difficult to write a new book at the beginning. I only wrote one chapter in a day without a single day and didn’t stock up on more manuscripts. I really feel unsure.)

Because once the official post is published, it will be a rotating gear that can only move forward and is difficult to modify.
