The biggest problem with mechanization is that it is difficult to simulate manual operation techniques and meet the requirements of parameters such as cooking, entering and exiting the tank, and distillation. The wine yield rate is low and the quality of the wine is affected.

Li Xuewu put forward requirements in the winery investment and construction plan that the traditional manual operation techniques of liquor must be retained.

Mechanized replacement can only be used for relatively mature equipment and devices, such as grabs, cranes, and mechanical ventilation beds.

As far as outer packaging is concerned, Moutai bottles come in four colors:

Domestic wine bottles use clay ceramic bottles produced locally in Renhuai. There are two main types: one is gourd-shaped, and the other is cylindrical with two or three sections, commonly known as "three-section bottles."

But now is the age of commodities. Not only does this kind of clay bottle look dull, but it also has blisters and leaks of wine.

As for sealing, Maotai liquor was initially packaged with "oil paper, pig urine skin, and sealing paper", and later it was packaged with "cork, pig urine skin, and sealing paper."

After the pig urine is dried, it will naturally shrink and seal the bottle mouth tightly. If the pig urine is not enough, pig intestines will be used.

After 1959, the domestic five-star Moutai liquor was still made with pig urine, while the export Moutai liquor was improved to include a cork stopper covered with cellophane, a rubber sleeve, and then a trademark and leather wrapping.

Obviously, this is a last resort under limited conditions, but it still faces the problem of leakage.

In July this year, the Moutai Distillery received a notice from the Light Industry and changed the packaging of Moutai for domestic and export sales into milky white glass bottles and red plastic screw caps.

However, the answer given by the winery was that there were not enough bottles and bottle caps.

Why?

Because white glass bottles had just been developed at this time, the purpose was to solve the three major problems of light protection, leakage, and beautiful appearance.

The milky white glass bottle was successfully designed and trial-produced by the Guizhou Glass Factory, but the project was terminated in time for this year's major learning activities.

Not only was there a problem with the bottle, but the bottle cap was also criticized by sales channels.

Because wine bottle caps are difficult to open, and plastic bottle caps are considered by foreigners to be of low quality and have chemical effects and other problems.

Wu Feng Hong coordinated with Moutai Distillery to study the use of aluminum lids as early as possible, but now there are not enough plastic lids, so where are the aluminum lids?

The packaging problem has not been solved for a long time, the production efficiency of the brewery cannot be guaranteed, and the impact of the big learning activities has been widespread.

Ng Fung Hong has invested in channels and product agency operations, and is just waiting for the liquor, which is still called Five Star Moutai, to be rebranded and re-exported.

This stick was so strong that Wu Feng Hong had to consider the option of off-site production.
