Chapter 50 Magical Creatures

In this era, "Chen Ju"'s speed eventually exceeded human expectations. When BVF tracked to the gas station, he was almost at the southernmost small town of Pris.

It was originally planned to arrive at noon, but an accident happened halfway through. By the time he arrived at his destination, it was already the night gradually covering the earth.

He jumped out of a passing train car and walked along the unmanned railway. It was surrounded by dense forests, but the climate was not as cold as the north, and the temperature was about ten degrees.

After walking for a while, he stopped, closed his eyes, and slowly sensed the signal source from afar.

This small city that is unpopular is neither a tourist destination nor a city of industrial and economic importance. It is like thousands of ordinary small cities, unknown and difficult to leave any name in history.

At the edge of the town, when night began to fall, a brown-haired child was pedaling his bicycle wildly, and behind him, followed a fat man and a black-brown-skinned child.

The three of them quickly moved forward along the aisle full of towering trees, and soon a single house in front of them appeared in front of them.

When I parked my bike in front of the garage, the brown-haired child said excitedly: "I dare say that this is definitely the most magical creature you have ever seen. I have been searching the animal and plant illustrations in the library for a long time today, but I couldn't find any similar creatures."

"What would that be? Is it an alien creature?"

The little fat man was holding a lollipop in his mouth, imitating the adults' smoking and exhaling.

"How is it possible? Alien creatures are all cheating on children."

Although he is a child himself, the only child with black and brown skin shook his head.

The fat man also thought his words were funny.

"I swear, after you see it, you will definitely change your mind."

The doorbell was ringing, and after a while, the door opened and a brown-haired woman opened the door, "Jones, you're late."

The woman was very unhappy, but when she saw that there were other children, she put away her unhappy face and said kindly: "Davis, Manu."

Davis was the little fat man. He nodded casually, while the brown-black Manu was much nervous and quickly said respectfully: "Mrs. Logan, good evening."

He was the second generation immigrant from the Republic of Intega, and had already learned to some extent "respect" in the white country of Plis.

"Good evening, too, let's have dinner here tonight."

"Thank you Mrs. Logan."

Manu was still thanking, and the other two friends had already run into the house. In the attic, this was a personal world completely subordinate to Jones. In addition to a small bed, it was also filled with all kinds of strange things, books, toys, etc. he collected.

“Adam is not dead.”

The little fat man had long been familiar with this place. As soon as he entered the attic, he walked to the fish tank and watched a black goldfish swimming around inside.

"Remember, you lost my ten game coins."

Jones was very proud, "You said that Adam could not live for a week on my hands, but obviously you were wrong."

The little fat man curled his lips and reached out to take a few pieces of feed in the fish feed bag next to the fish tank and threw it into the fish tank.

"Okay, where are the magical creatures you mentioned?"

The little fat man soon lost his interest in goldfish because he lost his bet.

Manu, who followed behind, brought a bag of popcorn, "Who are you interested in eating this?"

"Oh my God!"

Jones widened his eyes, "What my mom gave it to you?"

"Yes, Mrs. Logan is really good."

Manu put down the popcorn, the fat man grabbed it and stuffed it into his mouth, and said vaguely: "I know, this is the enjoyment that only guests can have. I never enjoy the food that guests can eat at home."

Jones also came up and rushed to eat. After eating several times, he realized that the point was not the point. He shook his head: "Okay, guys, it's not the time to eat this, come over."

The fat little Davis almost took out the treasured books Jonesse had under the bed. Hearing this sentence, he stood up lazyly and followed Jones to the innermost desk with Manu.

A glass tank was placed on the desk, which looked like a fish tank, but it was much smaller than the fish tank that had Adam.

And in this small glass tank, a gray-black object the size of a palm was floating quietly in the water, looking like a rotten bark from a distance.

"Is this the magical creature you let us see?"

The little fat man was disappointed: "I look like a piece of wood."

"A piece of soaked bark." Manu corrected.

"You are wrong. The next scene is a scene that you will never forget in your life. Remember, you will benefit from me when you can see this scene. Maybe it will be recorded in history books. The great Jones Logan discovered an unprecedented magical creature, and the witness was his two friends... Of course, history books never record the names of the friends of the parties involved."

The little boy Jones kept muttering, and at the same time he picked up a plastic rod, put it into the glass tank, and gently touched the floating "bark".

The two friends tried hard to open their eyes, trying to get a visual shock effect from the next scene.

but……

Nothing seems to have happened.

"Huh?" Jones was stunned. It was obvious that this did not meet his expectations, so he poked the gray-black "tree bark" with a plastic stick.

But there was still no response.

"Well, that's what you want us to witness?"

The fat man whispered: "I admit that we were shocked because it is hard for me to believe that today there will be people holding a piece of bark to pretend to be some undiscovered species. It is precisely because no one thinks it is so stupid that I seem to be particularly stupid at this time."

Manu sighed and patted Jones's shocked shoulder: "Maybe...you're confused? I've had this kind of experience, too."

"No, no."

Jones poked the "bark" hard with a plastic rod, "After this thing is put into the water, it will emit light whenever it touches it with something."

“Give out electric light?”

The little fat man and Manu looked at each other, "It seems you really need a rest."

Faced with the disbelief of the two friends, Jones was very angry: "Don't you believe me? I have never lied to you."

"Wait, you lied to me last time and lost it."

The little fat man is not to be outdone.

This immediately made Jones speechless and paused. He said angrily: "That doesn't count. Apart from this, when did I deceive you?"

"You asked me to help you weed and said you would pay me, but in fact it was the punishment given to you by Mrs. Logan, and you didn't pay me."

Manu replied.
