Chapter 55: Soraka

"Goodbye, little Diana, I hope you will be on the path you hoped for next time you meet you."

Reed didn't stop any longer. He waved to Diana in his infancy, while the little girl tried hard to reach out, as if she wanted to grab him, and her mouth was still screaming "baya" as if she didn't want him to leave.

"My friend of Yodel, if you have time, you can come and see this child. She seems to like you very much."

The old hunter hugged the little Diana who was struggling in his arms, and then shouted to the back of Reed who had already continued to move forward, and Reed just waved his hand to respond to him.

Saving Diana little while climbing the mountain was just an episode. Reed continued to move forward and went to the home of his old friend. The mountains he had just passed actually did not belong to the Giant God Peak, which was just the foot of the Giant God Mountains.

The Giant God Peak is steeper and colder. The huge sun above the head seems to be fake. There is no way, after all, the cold here is due to its height.

Soon, Reed arrived at the westernmost peak of the Giant God Mountains. It was still on the way to the top of the Giant God Peak. To the east is the rugged mountainside flat ground, and to the west is the steep cliffs that cannot be seen at the bottom. A cold wind whistled here all year round, blowing everything to the west.

On the edge of the cliff on the flat ground on the hillside, Reed saw a yellow dome tent. The tent was not small, but was quite conspicuous on the cliff. Through the windows of the tent, you can see that the space inside was also very wide.

"Reed, my friend, I'm glad you were able to visit."

The door of the tent was opened and a woman walked out, with a warm smile on her face, obviously very happy.

The woman had silver-white hair neatly combed behind her head. Her skin was strangely blue-purple, which was somewhat similar to Ryze's skin color, but it was much smoother than that old man. Her ears were pointed and there was a single horn standing upwards on her forehead.

Soraka was wearing her brown-yellow clothes, not holding the staff in her hand, but opened it happily, as if she wanted to have a hug with Reed.

Her golden eyes seemed to be shining with stars, and it was filled with joy of reuniting with her old friend.

"Soraka, your place is really remote. There is no portal nearby. It's really hard to come to find you once. Can't you change your place?"

Reed did not give a warm hug with Soraka. After all, his height is posed here. No matter how tall he is among the Yoders, he still only reaches Soraka's chest. Such a hug is not good after all, although Soraka doesn't seem to mind.

"Although it's a pity, that's not possible, because I've lived here very happily and I don't have any plans to move yet."

Soraka didn't carry Reed, but she didn't feel embarrassed. She just smiled and took Reed into the tent.

The center of the dome tent of Soraka is a lit fire. A stone pot is driving above the fire. The whitest snow inside the stone pot has begun to melt at this time. The tent is filled with dry tea leaves and a faint smell of mountain herbs. It is obvious that Soraka seems to be about to boil water and make tea.

"You're here just now. I just boiled water and was about to make tea."

After pulling Reed down on the carpet in the tent, Soraka got up and went to get another cup, and she was about to start preparing a cup of tea for Reed.

The tent in Soraka has a lot of furniture, tables, beds, chairs and a conspicuous shelf. These things are made of wooden things, and it can be seen that the carpenter who made them is average.

Reed knew that these things were made by Soraka herself, and she was obviously not very good at woodworking because the shelf had some extremely subtle bends, just like the other woodworking products in the tent.

But it was just a shelf. What really mattered was the things on the shelf. There were a wide range of things on it, with souvenirs from various eras.

Among them are the wicker head crown from Omeka Yaran, the dog-shaped stone sculpture from the old Nash Lame, and the oldest of them, the small golden acorn from a good friend of Bander City.

"Don't worry, it'll be fine soon."

While picking tea skillfully, Soraka talked to Reed. She obviously often drank tea, and her skills in making tea were much better than her woodworking skills.

"Your life is really leisurely now."

Reed sat on the carpet and looked at Soraka busy, and couldn't help but sigh, but it didn't seem like Soraka had been moving here for long.

For thousands of years, the footsteps of this son of stars have filtered out every inch of land in the Rune Land, and her legendary story has also been passed down in every inch of land in the Rune Land.

Among some Freljode tribes, a wanderer from afar, a healer with long horns, is still singing about healing frostbite in the coldest winter.

Under the deep ditch of Zuan, there was the story of a lilac-colored medical worker. The magical doctor would purify those patients who were poisoned by alchemy.

In the turbulent Ionia, the oldest Vastayachari myth records a prophet who can talk directly with the stars, summon the starlight to heal the wounded, and burn those who add harm to the newborn earth.

As the child of the stars in the heavenly world, a star spirit who truly came to the world, Soraka gave up his so-called "divine nature" and put on his blood and flesh to the rune land.

Although her fragile body was burning with powerful magic in her body every moment, she did not care at all. As long as she could bring healing to others, the suffering she suffered was not worth mentioning.

Currently, Soraka has set up her home in this place. She does not give up on continuing to heal people, but is watching over a secluded Vastaya tribe and teaching them how to use healing magic.

She had long realized that it was difficult for her to heal more people by herself, so she needed more people to help her. The isolated Vastaya tribe has a strong talent for healing magic and is one of the few tribes that can learn her magic. This gave him and she hoped that she could have more hope for her fellow travelers.
