63. Play(2/2)
These Shikigami, those who can wear clothes, all wear white clothes; those who can wear hats, and those who can hold things, hold Vajra sticks;
If you cannot wear clothes, just wrap a piece of white cloth.
In the real world, there are only five people, but with Shikigami, it is a mighty man.
"These people are here for pilgrimage," said Uehara Moe.
Master Kukai, who was born in the Four Kingdoms, conducted harsh practice methods such as "Void Prayer and Call for Listening to the Dharma" on this land.
One of the ways of practicing is to sit in the cave in a harsh sea, not eat, only drink water, for forty-nine days.
After that, he already had the Buddha's light on his face, which was the undisputed number one in Japan's Buddhism. So he changed his surname to "Konghai" and went to the Tang Dynasty as an envoy to send the Tang Dynasty.
Next, we will learn everything about Buddhist Tantric Buddhism with Master Huiguo in Qinglong Temple in Chang'an.
Later, he achieved Vajra and returned to Japan with the "Diamond Sutra" and the "Mahakata Sutra". He was summoned by the [Lord of Kyoto] at that time and was rewarded with Takano Mountain.
The 88 temples he practiced in the Four Kingdoms are called the 88 spiritual fields of the Four Kingdoms.
The so-called pilgrimage means following the footsteps of Master Kukai, visiting 88 spiritual fields, and carrying out the ascetic practices of Master Kukai that year.
The "two people walking together" written on the hat does not refer to the companions who are pilgrimage together, but the pilgrim himself and Master Kukai, which means: Master Kukai is with me.
For ordinary people, the pilgrimage path is to pray for the health of their families, to temper their will, or to travel; for practitioners, it is true practice.
The five pilgrims in front of them were men and women, all of whom were expressionless.
In addition to "two people walking with each other", the hat also wrote a verse: "I am confused because of the three realms, and I am enlightened because of the emptiness of the ten directions; there is no world, where is the north and south?"
Such a verse above the pilgrim's head is to show that his determination is not afraid of life and death and transcends life and death.
88 Spiritual Fields, each of which represents a painful practice. There are not more than one hundred practitioners who can persist and live a complete journey.
In other words, since there was a pilgrimage, it has been more than 1,200 years since the pilgrimage was completed, and there is no one who has completed it in an average of 100 years.
The five monks came over with their Shikigami. When they passed by Genyu and the others, they all bent down to salute. Then, without saying a word, they continued to head towards Yashima Temple on the top of the mountain.
Moezu Uehara didn't think something was wrong, but just thought that monks liked to salute people.
When the pilgrims disappeared, several of them also took steps and continued to climb the mountain.
Soon, I occasionally looked up and the eaves of the temple were vaguely visible in the dark green.
When I entered the mountain gate, I saw many Buddha statues, including stone Buddha statues and bronze Buddha statues.
Next to the main hall is the row of red torii mentioned before. There are very few red torii, with more than a dozen.
There are two stone statues of raccoon cats (probably) next to the Torii.
The warm sunshine floats in the temple, and the stone tables and benches in the courtyard are dazzlingly white, as if they are emitting a soft white light.
Even the roof tiles seemed to be warmed up.
When Genkisu and others were looking at the Seto Inland Sea, a group of monks suddenly came over.
The leader is wearing a black cassock and looks like he is forty years old.
They first saluted to Shen Lin Yuzi and Ji Gong Shiliu, and then saluted Yuan Qingsu.
"Old Master Yuan."
"Hello." Yuan Qingsu also nodded slightly.
"Welcome to visit Yashima," said the monk.
"Is there anything wrong?" Yuan Qingsu asked directly, and the eyes of Yuan Mengzhi beside him were filled with doubts.
The monk explained his purpose and wanted to ask Yuan Qingsu to explain.
Because Yuan Yongde and others, the story of his entry into the second turn of the "Master of Great Sun Tathagata" has long been spread.
"Forget it, let me do my homework with you." Yuan Qingsu said.
The monk did not make any requests. Although he did not understand his intention, he immediately agreed.
On the way to Yashimaji with these people, Uehara Moe couldn't help but secretly ask: "Brother Kiyosu, why did they invite you to give a lecture?"
“Because I am a student of Dongda University.”
"But you are a medical student?"
"Do you know about Medicine Buddha?"
Uehara Moeji held the skateboard in her left hand and scratched the back of her head with her right hand, making her confused.
After entering the Buddhist temple, someone had already summoned all the monks in the temple, and all the pilgrims who were temporarily practicing in Yashima Temple also came.
"Tourists who want to visit or participate, please let them come," said Yuan Qingsu.
"Okay." It should be the monk who presided over and nodded to agree.
"I'm going." Yuan Qingsu said to the two witches.
"Are you a monk?" Ji Gong Shiliuye asked with a smile.
"Although you can marry a wife after becoming a monk, I'll forget it. I don't like too many men." Yuan Qingsu walked to the top and sat down at the futon arranged by the host.
The Buddhist temple was filled with people, headed by Yuan Qingsu, and spread like scallops.
Shenlin Yuzi, Jigong Shiliu Ye, Uehara Moeji, stands on the far right side of the Buddhist temple.
Outside the door, tourists looked around curiously.
The cigarettes were curling, and the ones worshiped Sakyamuni, Guanyin, Ksitigarbha, and Master Kūkai were at the bottom.
Yuan Qingsu picked up the wooden croaker and knocked it on the wooden fish.
"Du!"
The world is silent.
"That day has passed, and life will also decrease. If there are few fish in water, what's the pleasure?"
"public!"
"Dynamic efforts should be made, like saving the head, but be impermanent, be careful not to be careless."
The voice is quiet, with afterglow.
In an instant, even though he had not used his divine power, his whole body was bright and flickering, full of Buddha nature.
The people in the Buddhist temple almost had an illusion, as if they had seen the Buddha.
All the monks couldn't help but recite the "Verse of Warning the World" in unison.
The hall was buzzing, dense syllables, and solemn atmosphere.
The tourists stood outside the door and listened, and felt that the sound was amazing and overwhelming, as if people from all over the world were chanting scriptures.
They cannot hear the specific content of the chanting scriptures clearly, but when they hear it in their ears, their hearts calm down and feel a sense of satisfaction.
Everyone was fascinated and felt that this was the voice of the Buddha and the words of the immortals.
However, at some point, Yuan Qingsu suddenly stopped.
Everyone suddenly woke up, and felt a sense of emptiness in their hearts. They looked at the man in the first place in confusion.
I saw Yuan Qingsu looking at the roof, and everyone looked at it and it turned out to be a lost bird.
Birds flew around the roof, hovering over Sakyamuni's head, looking for a way out.
Maybe the Buddhist temple was suddenly quiet, or maybe it was because it was tired, the birds landed on the palm of the Buddha statue holding flowers.
It jumps in the palm of Buddha's hand, the solemnity of religion and the magnificence of life, in an instant, fits each other and reflects each other.
Everyone abandoned their concentration and did not dare to disturb Yuan Qingsu, who was watching seriously.
"What did you see?" Only Ji Gong Shiliuye asked.
Yuan Qingsu smiled and replied: "There are stars in the sky, the dew in the earth, the Tathagata above, and the birds below."
The divine light surged, and it was beyond the world.
In the eyes of practitioners, they only feel that the source of pure and pure golden light is all over the body, and the ethereal and Buddha light is hanging behind their heads.
He was standing there, but he was like a Buddha hanging in the void, unfathomable.
In the eyes of ordinary people, it is the afternoon sunshine, passing through the treetops in the forest and the Buddhist temple, and shining alone on Yuan Qingsu, shining brightly.
No one knows what he has learned.
After finishing your homework, at the request of the host, Yuan Qingsu recalled his sudden enlightenment and wrote a verse:
"Reciting three thousand verses is not as good as a bird falling from the Buddha's head, and the Tathagata has no precepts"
The pen is firm and full of spirit, and even has a trace of what can be called "dominant".
The Tathagata has no precepts, which not only refers to the Tathagata who is the Great Sun, but also to himself.
