As long as you insist on practicing according to the requirements, you will gradually become more proficient and various unnatural phenomena will gradually disappear. During the process of practicing this step, the spleen and stomach are generally weak and the appetite is poor.

Step 2: Follow the trend of the Dantian with your mind and breath. When you practice the first step to the point where you feel your heart is hot every time you exhale, you can follow your mind and breath, and use your mind to induce the hot air flow in your heart every time you exhale.
Gradually extend downward, step by step toward the Dantian (inside the lower abdomen). But you must be relaxed and natural, and do not overdo it or do it too hastily. Practice in this way 3 times a day, for about two quarters of an hour each time, for about a year, you can do it every time
When exhaling, there will be a feeling of heat flowing down to the Dantian. At this time, there may be a gurgling sound in the lower abdomen, an increase in energy, an increase in appetite, and those with physical abnormalities will gradually become normal.
Step 3: Regulate your breath and concentrate on guarding the Dantian. Continuing with the previous step, when every time you exhale, heat flows down to the Dantian. After the Dantian is warm and heated, stop breathing at the Dantian intentionally or unintentionally. That means guarding the Dantian with intention. Do not pay too much attention to the exhalation.
Qi. Practice three times a day, about three quarters of an hour each time. It takes about 40 days to practice this step, and you can feel a "qi mass" forming in the Dantian. As the skill accumulates, the gas mass gradually increases, and the lower abdomen is full and full.
If you feel weak, you may sometimes experience vaginal itching, perineal pulsation, and fever in the kidney area and limbs. These phenomena or feelings may vary from person to person. Generally, those suffering from insomnia, impotence, irregular menstruation, and abnormal bowel movements will gradually improve.
Step 4: Don’t forget, don’t help, don’t help. Continuing from the previous step, when the Dantian’s true energy is enriched to a certain extent, it will move up along the spine. At this time, the mind must move up accordingly without being distracted by other things (

Because the speed of the upward movement completely depends on the degree of fullness of the true energy in the Dantian. The fuller the Dantian, the better.

When the upward movement reaches the "Yuzhen Pass" behind the head and it is difficult to pass up, you can use the method of looking inside and above the head, and you can usually pass the Yuzhen Pass.
This step is a critical step. The number of daily exercises can be appropriately increased to 4-5 times, each time taking about half an hour. Generally, within seven days, the airflow can pass through the "Jade Pillow Pass". This is also due to the

Urgency, head tightness, etc., are signs before rushing through the customs and do not relax; after passing the customs (Weilu, Jiaji, Jade Pillow), you will naturally feel relaxed and happy. After passing the customs, the heat flow goes straight down the Dantian when you exhale, and the heat flows when you inhale.
Along the spine, over the top of the head and to the mouth, forming a Rendu cycle (i.e., "Little Zhoutian"). At this state, the body can be significantly improved, and long-term persistence is expected to make a recovery. Those who are not sick can also be light-bodied, agile, and full of energy.
Step 5: The Yuanshen accumulates energy and vitality. After the Rendu cycle is formed, usually the lower Dantian is still guarded, and other meridians can also be opened one after another. If there is power on the top of the head, the upper Dantian (in the brain) can be guarded instead, and it can be controlled flexibly

Reactions such as head tightness and tightness vary from person to person, so there is no need to be afraid or pursue it. After about thirty days, all kinds of movements will naturally subside.
