Chapter 173 Human-faced spider

In the entire dark and depressing space, you can only see the fluorescence emitted by Alan's wand.

Suddenly, Allen stopped and was stunned as if he had been cast a spell.

He saw a pair of eyes reflecting the darkness and staring at himself.

The unknown is the most terrifying.

Alan didn't know what kind of temperament the owner of these eyes was, gentle or irritable? Is it harmful to humans? Is it strong in attack?

He stretched his wand forward, trying to see clearly with the help of the fluorescent spell.

The eyes suddenly flashed to the side, and then a white thing ran over Alan.

In a panic, the white shadow hit a piece of granite, staggered and ran a few steps away, and in a blink of an eye he hid in another pile of dark shadows in the ruins.

Allen paused for a few seconds before deciding to track it down.

At first, Alan couldn't find it, but after fumbled in the dark and unclear ruins of the stone house for a while, Alan found a round well, exactly the same as the wells he had discovered before.

However, the well was half-covered by a falling pillar.

Alan suddenly had an idea: Could that thing have fallen into the well along the wall?

Alan poked his head out, looked down with the light of the fluorescent spell, and saw something as white as a giant sea turtle, moving quickly.

As it climbed down, the bright and bright eyes stared at Allen, making Allen shudder!

It's simply a spider with a human face!

It was climbing down the well wall, and then Allen noticed that along the well wall, there were many black protruding stones forming the downhill ladder.

The human-faced spider crawled extremely fast and soon disappeared into the darkness that the wand could not see.

"It seems that the earth under my feet must have been dug up and crisscrossed. The tunnels in these round wells are passages leading to underground space." Alan secretly speculated in his heart.

In order to confirm his guess, Allen planned to go down and find out, but something grabbed his clothes.

Allen turned his head instantly, and it was the shrinking Tina and Sniffing.

They were very anxious when they saw Allen's actions that wanted to continue.

Allen sensed that with the innate intuition of animals, they realized that something was not good for them in the underground.

But Alan had been curious about the white human-faced spider. Regardless of the obstruction of Tina and Sniff, he took them back to the pet space and jumped over the well railing.

It must be admitted that Allen's move to go down the well was quite hasty because he was worried that in such a dark and unfamiliar and depressing environment, he would lose the courage to continue exploring in the next second.

After climbing down about two hundred meters, Allen felt very tired.

These raised stones were obviously prepared for human-faced spiders who were smaller than Alan and lighter than him. They were small and narrow, and Alan was very uncomfortable to get up.

He felt both aggrieved and tired.

It would be fine if it was just like this, but a stone step loosened and could not bear the weight of Alan suddenly rolled into the deep well, almost knocking Alan to the bottom of the dark well.

After a while, Allen grabbed a raised stone with one hand and hung it there.

After a false alarm, Allen endured the soreness of his arms and spine and crawled down the well as quickly as possible.

I don’t know how long it took to climb, but Alan had a few times when he changed his mind to climb up and ignored what was underground.

But this thought was dispelled after a few twists in his mind, because it might be harder and more tiring to go up, and maybe it will be at the end soon!

Finally, Allen's feet were on the ground, and a small hole appeared on the well wall about a foot to his right.

Allen breathed a long sigh of relief and entered the hole.

Inside the opening is a narrow horizontal tunnel.

With his wand in his arms, Alan walked through the tunnel carefully and came to a huge underground cave.

This is an arched cave that extends into the darkness that the wand cannot shine.

A huge stone statue of chicken, snake, beast casts a strange black shadow in this hazy light.

The human-faced spider was hiding in the dark shadow, avoiding the light, and looming.

There was a smell of blood in the air. A little further away from the central clearing, the corpses of small birds and beasts were scattered.

The strong smell of blood, the inexplicable stone statues, the human-faced spider lurking in the dark shadows, all of which make people feel uncomfortable.

Allen felt that he might have guessed wrongly, how could Salazar Slytherin build a secret room in such a place?

He must have accidentally entered the human-faced spider's nest.

I just don’t know that there is only one such spider, but there is still a group of them!

As if he thought Alan could not pose a threat to it, the human-faced spider actually crawled out of the shadow and crawled towards Alan quickly.

Alan dodged his hook-like feet.

At this moment, Allen saw clearly the spider-no-human face - pale, chin-free face, huge, eyelid-free, light red and slightly gray eyes!

It looks disgusting!

The human-faced spider seemed to want to turn Alan into its food, opened his mouth wide, spit out a long spider silk, trying to entangle Alan.

"Fire Bear!" The tongue of fire rushed towards the human-faced spider along the spider silk.

The human-faced spider quickly broke the spider silk and hid back in the shadow.

The fired spider silk fell to the ground, and gradually the fire weakened, and it was destroyed after burning out the spider silk.

It seemed that it was difficult to mess with Alan, and the human-faced spider planned to escape.

This emotional fluctuation of it was captured by Allen.

Allen took advantage of the victory to pursue the spider, and the human-faced spider tried his best to avoid Allen's attack, and was eventually petrified.

After careful observation in this cave, Allen was surprised to find traces of the venom of the chicken, snake, and beast.

The corpses of those birds and beasts are likely to be captured by chickens and snakes to raise human-faced spiders.

After carefully observing the life marks left by the chicken, snake beast and the human-faced spider in the cave, Allen guessed that in return, the human-faced spider was likely to play the role of the chicken, snake beast, and the chicken, which was not quick to move, climbed up the round well.

This proves that Allen's speculation may be correct, and it does lead to the secret room here!

Alan walked deeper along the cave.

After walking a long way in the darkness, Allen came to a hall.

It seemed like the magic power emitted by Allen's wand was detected, and the surrounding light was made of brightness.

The magic lamps on the walls lit up one by one, and the bright light dispelled the darkness.
