012 Imprisoned

What's going on?

Ronan's head was full of question marks.

Obviously, the band is facing a difficult situation now. From the chaos after the performance accident tonight, you can vaguely smell some clues. This should be a dilemma that concerns the life and death of the band, and the differences of opinions within the band make the situation even more difficult.

But, what exactly is the situation? What is the specific problem? Ronan didn't have time to sort out a thought.

Or to be more precise, Ronan is still unable to fully integrate into reality now, and is always immersed in the joy of seeing the light again and taking the stage, and has not spent time thinking about the situation carefully - for him, there are more impactful things at present.

Joy, before the taste was finished, bitterness and difficulties were already coming, forcing Ronan to quickly gain a foothold and adapt to the situation.

But... nothing was clear, how should we respond?

From the beginning, Ronan avoided speaking easily, otherwise he would be exposed if he was not careful. It is not a solution to explain it with a high fever and a silly explanation every time. In the final analysis, it is still necessary to really figure out the situation so that he can get rid of the passive situation.

Ronan, who became the focus of his teammates' attention, frowned slightly, seemed a little troubled, and seemed a little hesitant, and did not express his opinions easily.

really!

Seeing Ronan's expression, Cliff was a little irritable, and his subsequent words were rude, "Is it not clear enough now?"

"Even if we are willing to continue completing the tour, we have no income, gasoline fees, accommodation fees, and other daily expenses?"

"Okay, we can pay out of our own pockets. Let's not talk about the five of us who can't find a green bill in their wallets. Even if we have completed the tour by begging all the way, what's the point?"

"No one is waiting for our performances, those bars don't care, those drunkards don't care, and don't expect those music producers. There is no hope, no meaning, no value, nothing, so what exactly are we persisting for?"

"We paid out of our own pocket to complete a tour that has no meaning, no hope, no end, no effect, and then?"

"Nothing."

"This kind of thing is not the first time, nor will it be the last time. Haven't we experienced enough in the past five years? Haven't there been enough similar blows? Don't forget how we got to where we are today and how we embarked on the second journey. We have worked hard, we have worked hard, but what's the result?"

"Otherwise, what do you think is the reason for Trasttan to do this?"

As he spoke, Cliff's voice came to an abrupt end. His undulating chest leaked his excitement and loss of control. His blushing cheeks seemed to explode at any time. His eyes were so embarrassed and so panicked. He quickly lowered his eyelids to hide his fragility.

Maxim didn't say anything, stubbornly stubbornly stalking his neck, diverting his gaze to the distance, but his tight arms and shoulder muscles revealed a surging inside.

Oli lowered his head silently, rubbed his eyes secretly, and then turned his head in panic and looked in another direction, leaving only one back of his head.

The air fell silent, and the sound of frogs faintly came from his ears, and the noise of the night seemed to slowly settle down.

tristan-cuban.

The name passes through the brain like a flash of lightning, awakening the chaotic memories in Ronan's mind, connecting scattered fragments like keywords, echoing Cliff's words, and the ins and outs of things emerges a vague outline, at least not in a state of blindness.

One Day Kings, originally founded in 2005, consists of three freshmen, Ronan, Ollie and Maxim, who attended UCLA.

Originally, this was just a band team with interests and hobbies, which was a garage band that countless high school students and college students in North America had tried - an amateur band that was established in a small garage in his own garage, mainly for self-entertainment.

When he entered his sophomore semester, Maxim met Cliff, who was one year older than them because of music. By chance, Cliff also joined the band and served as a guitarist position. The band entered a new stage of development and gradually began to stand out in the performances on the university campus.

Thanks to Cliff's extensive connections, the band began to win more performance opportunities and was appreciated and recognized by an independent record company. The band members also had the idea of officially entering the music field and finally reached a consensus. The four members chose to take a break from school and suspend their studies, signed a contract with the record company, completed the recording of their first album, and were ready to make an official debut.

However, there are unexpected situations in the world.

In 2008, the subprime mortgage financial crisis that swept the world made record companies go bankrupt. Even though the album had been recorded, it was no longer able to produce on a large scale, let alone distribution across the United States. In the end, the Kings' debut plan was forced to stop at the last moment.

In desperation, the band members returned to campus to continue their studies, performing while studying - bar resident singing, commercial performances, etc., but they never got a second chance. However, the band members refused to give up easily. After graduation, in order to allow the band to continue their development, all four members had done a lot of part-time jobs.

Ronan once worked in gas stations and convenience stores, and also helped advertising and sang commercial songs; Ollie once worked as a waiter in the restaurant and also went to the construction site to build scaffolding.

Cliff worked part-time as a real estate agency and worked for nearly six months in an advertising agency; Maxim maintained his income by working as a tutor for guitar and saxophone.

The bad situation continued intermittently until last year, in 2011, when an agent named Trastan Cuban appeared.

Trastan is also an alumnus of the band members, but he is three years older than Cliff. He graduated early and became a music agent. Because of Cliff's matchmaking, Trastan made a special trip to watch two live performances of the Kings Band in one day. After multi-faceted evaluation and consideration, he finally decided to sign a contract with the band.

After three years of silence, the band finally had a second chance.

After signing with Trasttan, the performance opportunities of the Kings Band in One Day have indeed risen sharply. Not only did they serve as a warm-up guest at some small concerts, but they also performed opening performances for NCAA's rugby matches. There are really many opportunities for exposure and they continue to accumulate performance experience.

On the one hand, the Kings have accumulated popularity and performance experience through commercial performances one day; on the other hand, Trastan has been contacting the record company, hoping to find a second chance to record a brand new album for the band.
