Chapter 5 Elizabeth Sent Away

Elizabeth is being held in prison in Port Royal.

At this moment, she was still wearing a dress that was intended for marriage. It was a luxurious long dress specially bought by Governor Swan from London, and it was also a skirt that Elizabeth liked very much.

A few days ago, she was looking forward to marrying William Turner in this long dress and becoming Mrs. Turner, but she did not expect that the wedding day was not the happiness of the wedding, but the bad news that both of them were imprisoned.

The sudden blow made Elizabeth feel like a bolt from the blue, and she didn't know what to do.

William Turner was released yesterday, and before he left, he met Elizabeth with the help of Governor Swan, and told her that Lord Beckett wanted him to find Jack Sparrow to get a compass.

This reassuring Elizabeth was a lot of relief. Although Jack Sparrow was a hopeless asshole and a pirate who followed the "tradition", Elizabeth and William, who had experienced life and death with him, both knew that Jack Sparrow was a reliable friend at a critical moment.

If it really matters to her and William's life and death, Elizabeth believes that Jack Sparrow will definitely find a way to save them, just as they will save him.

And now all she has to do is believe in William and Jack and wait for them to save her with peace of mind.

However, just as Elizabeth cheered herself up, the prison door was suddenly opened. His father was standing at the door with an anxious look on his face and waved to her, "Come out quickly, Elizabeth!"

Elizabeth hurriedly got up and followed her father to leave the prison.

Although I believe William will come back to save him, Elizabeth doesn't need to hesitate to be able to leave the prison.

"Father, what's going on?" Elizabeth couldn't wait to ask Governor Swan. Although William had told her a lot before, she still didn't understand what's going on.

However, Governor Swan did not explain to Elizabeth, but said to her: "I arranged a boat for you. The captain is my friend. He will send you back to London. There is also a friend from London who will accompany you. When you arrive in London, you will live in his house first. When the matter here is over, I will contact you."

"Why? Didn't William have already gone to find Jack? We can be forgiven when he comes back!" Elizabeth was obviously full of trust in his fiancé.

"Beckett only has a pardon document, which was prepared for Jack Sparrow, so even if William can come back smoothly, he will not be able to save you!" Governor Swan explained to Elizabeth in a hurry: "When William comes back, all you can wait for is sent to the gallows! I can't watch my daughter die in front of me, understand your father, Elizabeth, don't let me see that scene."

Seeing his father's expression of grief, Elizabeth couldn't help feeling sad: "Father..."

"Okay, get on the bus quickly, the boat will send you directly to London. My friend in London will find a way to get you a pardon order and promise me not to worry me anymore in London." Governor Swan took his daughter's hand and stuffed her into the carriage.

After being stuffed into the carriage by his father, Elizabeth suddenly asked him, "But what should William do?"

"William is a good boy. I will find a way. I promise you that even if he has to be tried in the end, I will give him a fair judgment." Governor Swan comforted his daughter. Although he did not want his daughter to marry William Turner, he did not have a bad impression of this boy and did not mind giving him a better ending.

However, Elizabeth was dissatisfied with this. She angrily said to her father: "The most fairest judgment to William is to send him to the gallows."

"If that happens, you will not worry about it here." Governor Swan felt a little sad when he heard his daughter say this. His well-behaved and cute daughter had been kidnapped by the damn blacksmith boy: "Okay, stop talking about this, time is tight, I'll take you to the dock."

As he said that, Governor Swan closed the carriage door, climbed into the carriage groom himself, and drove the carriage towards the dock of the port with his reins.

Due to the arrival of the East India Company, the entire Port Royal has been a bit depressed recently, and there is no one on the streets at night, unlike the usual drunk sailors.

This made the carriage particularly unattended to run, and soon sent Elizabeth and Governor Swan to the dock.

On the dock, the ship arranged by the Governor Swan was ready to sail. Although the night flight was a bit dangerous, the captain, as the friend of the Governor Swan, was still willing to help the Governor.

At this time, there was not only the captain on the dock, but also the gentleman who had come to attend Elizabeth's wedding at the invitation of Governor Swan.

When the gentleman saw the arrival of Governor Swan, he hurriedly greeted him: "Governor Swan!"

"Thank you, you are a real friend!" Governor Swan saw the gentleman greeting him and sincerely expressed his gratitude to him: "Thank you for your help. It is more precious than gold to be willing to lend a helping hand at this time!"

"You are too polite, Governor Swan, a real gentleman will not refuse to help a lady in need at this time." The gentleman was still calm and said politely to Governor Swan.

Governor Swan was deeply moved and after getting off the car, he handed her over to the gentleman and the captain: "My daughter will ask you two, please be sure to send her to London safely."

"Please leave it to me with confidence. I will definitely send Miss Swan to London safely and ensure her safety." The gentleman solemnly promised Governor Swan.

"Then I'll ask for everything." Although Governor Swan refused to give up his daughter, he could only send her away at this time: "It's a long night and a lot of dreams. You should set off quickly. If it's too late, I'm afraid that the people from the East India Company will find out."

"Okay, then we will say goodbye." The gentleman nodded and boarded the ship with the captain and Elizabeth, which had been waiting for a long time.

Standing on the side of the boat, Elizabeth looked at her father reluctantly and shouted at him: "Father!"

However, Governor Swan just waved at her and signaled her to leave quickly.

The sails opened and the ship quickly sailed out of the harbor and disappeared on the sea while the night was dark.

Watching the ship carrying his daughter go away, Governor Swan turned around and shouted at the empty dock, "Okay, you can come out."

Chen Xin and Lord Beckett walked out of the darkness together.

"I have sent Elizabeth away as you told me. What do you want me to do next?" Since I have decided to cooperate, Governor Swan gave up his indifferent persistence.
