26. Diagon Alley
After the Burning Cauldron Bar, Harry and others left behind, they returned to the hustle and bustle of the past, but their topics changed. You can hear the name "Harry Potter" that occasionally popped up from everywhere.
"Master." Running to the dark corner, Professor Quirrell whispered to the uninhabited corner. "What should we do when Harry Potter is admitted to school?" His fluent spoken language did not seem to be as stuttering as before.
"Idiot, pay attention to the surroundings." A voice rang in my mind. Qilu looked back in panic, and no one noticed this.
"Don't worry about Harry Potter, I need him to take out that thing for me..."
"That Oriental..."
"A Muggle, Dumbledore is a confused man, and actually let Hagrid bring a lowly blood Muggle into the magic world." The voice sneered. "But he was strange... he felt my existence."
"What should I do! If he told Dumbledore, we all will..."
"Don't panic, idiot!" the voice shouted. Professor Quirrell's body trembled and he stopped talking.
"I'm not sure. I can be sure that he is a lowly Muggle. As for discovering my existence... it's probably the illusion I had after being injured... Qiluo, my soul is beginning to weaken. You have to find a way to get the blood of the unicorn within a few days."
“Yes, master…”
...
The narrow cobbled streets were filled with wizards wearing robes and wizard hats. Many of them were children of similar age to Harry. Like Harry, they also received invitations from the Magic Academy to come here to purchase admission props.
With these little guys joining, Diagon Alley is much more lively than usual. The winding downward slope makes the view wider, and the flow of people and building roofs can be seen in a distant range.
The magic shops are next to each other, each with their own characteristics. They seem to be not built, but instead have a strange beauty, making people feel that this is what the magic world should look like.
Harry was stunned. He subconsciously turned back to the wall when he looked at it, but saw it slowly closed like a puzzle until it returned to its previous appearance.
"You can buy quills and ink here." Hagrid walked in front of the two and pointed his hand at the shops on both sides and introduced, not realizing that his physique blocked Wang Yao and Harry's sight.
"There are all kinds of magic things sold there. There are also here, you can buy owls, cats, toads, and bats..."
“World-class competitions with magic brooms.”
Several little boys gathered in front of the window of a shop, making constant marvelous sounds.
In the cabinet, a streamlined maroon solid wood broom is installed.
"Wow, look! The latest 2000 light wheel!"
“The fastest model right now.”
Harry reluctantly left his sight from the light wheel 2000 in the window, looked up and asked his back to his Hagrid.
"But where can I afford those things, I don't even have a penny."
"You have money to go there, Harry, Gringott, the wizard's bank." Hagrid pointed to a white marble bank more than ten meters ahead. "That's the safest place in the world, except Hogwarts."
Standing in the bank to sign up, Hagrid stopped and turned to Wang Yao and said, "Wang Yao, you can take a look here first, I'll take Harry to handle something."
"But Hagrid, he..." Harry wanted to say something else, Wang Yao waved his hand and took the initiative to let go.
"It's okay." Wang Yao let go Harry. "You guys go first, I'll take a walk here."
Hagrid signaled to Wang Yao, pulled up the reluctant little Harry, and stepped on the steps into the Guring Pavilion gate.
"Why don't you let him follow us?" Harry asked in confusion, and walked into the magnificent hall, with the counters of fairies standing on both sides.
"This matter is very important. Professor Dumbledore told me that he only needs to tell you one person. At the same time, only the three of us know about this matter." Haeger said. He didn't know that Wang Yao knew everything. Wang Yao knew that Heeger didn't know that he knew everything. Haeger didn't know that Wang Yao knew that he knew that he didn't know.
"Is it a lot of money?"
"That's another thing, it..." Hager realized that he almost let out a word and quickly shut up.
Several fairies pulled the truck by the two of them. They were wearing long pointed boots, pointed ears and noses, which were half a head shorter than the 11-year-old Harry. They looked really unsatisfactory.
"Why do all the people in the tavern know me?"
"I don't know if I should tell you about this." Hagrid looked at Harry with a embarrassed look.
"Then I won't ask...what are they?" Harry Potter pointed at the goblin on the counter.
"We have a problem with Mr. Do," Hagrid joked and continued: "They are goblins. Goblins are very smart, but not very friendly. Cough, it's better to follow me closely."
...
After Hagrid brought Harry into it, Wang Yao turned around and looked at the magic street curiously.
On the left is a bio shop, hanging in more than a dozen cages outside the door, with owls in it, making a giggle sound, and round and big eyes to see passersby.
Robe store, magic bookstore, wand store, owl store, potion store, these stores that can only exist in fantasy novels are around, and wizards come in and out.
Wang Yao looked around and walked into the wand shop in front of the window with a wand that was placed on a faded purple mat on the exhibition.
This is a crowded, narrow, shabby shop. Especially for Hagrid's figure.
The scene here is very familiar to Wang Yao. Harry's wand was picked here. As he pushed the door open, the bells hanging behind the door jingled.
"Is anyone?" Wang Yao walked towards the counter, the wooden floor was trampled, making a slight squeak.
The cabinets that reach the ceiling behind the counter are stuffed with thousands of magic wands, wrapped in long and narrow boxes. Spiritually they are waiting for their masters to take them away.
"Oh, we're here a guest." Behind the counter, a clothes rack ladder slid from the shelves at the corner, and an old man with white curly hair lay on the top of the ladder, marveling. "And it was from the east."
He slowly climbed down the ladder, and it seemed that even if a wizard was old, he would still have to grow old.
"Would you like to repair the wand or buy a new little guy?" The old man picked up the handkerchief on the counter and wiped off the dust from his palms.
"Uh...I..." Wang Yao stuttered for a moment, and then the old man suddenly realized, "Oh~ it must be a little guy from the East. Did he just find out the magic qualification? It doesn't matter, you can try this." After that, he bent down under the counter and fumbled out the long and narrow box. He blew off the dust on it, pulled the box halfway, and handed it to Wang Yao.
"Come and try it."
Wang Yao kept silent, took the box silently, and pulled out the magic wand.
