Chapter 28 To build a city, we must first ensure water...

Guan Fei had just finished marking work at several universities, and it became dark. The truck that came to pick them up had arrived and could only wait for tomorrow to continue.

There were too many people sitting in the cab, so Guan Fei invited the older Chang Yueming into the cab, and he, Meng Nan, and guard Li Qing, flipped into the car.

As soon as he got on the bus, Meng Nan advised him.

"Brig Commander Guan, I think you have drawn too thinly. When you mark the lines, you not only draw the outline of the campus, teaching buildings, experimental buildings, and student dormitories, and other lines are also drawn according to the planning diagram. That's all, you spend so much time on the artificial lake. You can draw the drawings as you plan the drawings. This is too wasteful!"

Meng Nan is also old. Although he was hit hard in front of Guan Fei, he could withstand the ability, and he was not jealous of him. What should he do or what he should do later? When he saw something wrong, he took the initiative to put forward his own opinions.

"Isn't this the marking like this?" Guan Fei held the car and was stunned for a moment.

"This is the case during the specific construction, but now you only need to distinguish the locations of each functional area, so there is no need to draw too thinly. You are all marking lines like this, the entire city is dozens of square kilometers, and tens of thousands of lines are crisscrossing. What day do you want to draw?

I suggest drawing the large frame first. For example, if you plan here as a university of technology, then you can draw the position it occupies with white lines as the basis for construction.

The same is true for other areas. In residential areas, you can first draw lines on the community and graffiti, and you can leave the rest to us.

Besides, you can’t let the people from the engineering team watch it? We don’t care, but you’re in vain to raise so many people, wouldn’t it be a loss?”

He finally laughed and joked.

That's right.

Guan Fei found himself in a misunderstanding, or was planning the city according to the previous idea of making game background.

When making game sets, he was responsible for designing a city, how to layout and where to place the building, he would work diligently to complete it. After planning, in order to determine the location, he would draw outlines at the location of the building and indicate the name of the building. Only after the overall planning was completed, he would build models according to the different buildings.

However, that was done with the assistance of the biological auxiliary brain and it didn't take much time.

But it seems inappropriate to do this in reality.

A university campus covers an area of dozens of acres, and a primary and middle schools also requires more than ten acres of land. It takes more than ten minutes to walk around the wall. Then, if all the functional buildings inside have to be carefully marked one by one, it will be too time-consuming.

According to this progress, at most, the commercial area will be completed in one week. Next, there will be a large number of communities, and the residential buildings are all individual buildings, which can’t be handled in a month.

He decided to accept Meng Nan's advice.

"Let's do this. When I go back, I will hand over the detailed construction drawings of each unit to you. Please make detailed corrections to these drawings."

"Are you even ready for the specific construction drawings?" Meng Nan's hand slid and almost couldn't hold it tightly. Guan Fei quickly supported him and waited for him to stand firm again.

The planning map is just a large frame. Divide the land into several frames, mark each frame with a color and indicate the purpose of the building. This tests the overall layout level. As long as the overall view and have a certain knowledge of urban planning, he can accept it if Guan Fei can complete it alone.

But the specific construction drawings are different.

That is, for a specific construction unit, it is divided in detail, how deep the foundation is dug, whether the building structure is frame or prefabricated board, the building size of each room must be marked in detail, just like the architectural drawings he handed over to Chang Yueming to review and calculate.

Guan Fei said that he had completed the construction drawings of every unit in the entire city, and Meng Nan would not believe it even if he was beaten to death.

What a huge workload this is. Even if all the staff of the Provincial Architectural Design Institute are working together, it will take a whole year to come up with a first draft. If the details are revised in three or five years, you can't even think about completing it.

"Of course it's impossible to complete all..."

Guan Fei's explanation made him feel relieved. Although he knew that this was impossible, in the face of the accidents that Guan Fei brought to him again and again, he was really not sure whether he would release another "big satellite".

"My design is like this. Except for a few key projects, most of them are temporarily replaced by modularity. For example, I positioned the No. 1 residential area as a high-end villa, so I designed a villa shape and then positioned the area for this specification.

The residential area No. 14 is positioned as a small elevator building, so I took a 12-story elevator apartment building specification diagram and marked the area. The distribution cabinets, communication cabinets, sewer directions, specifications and requirements can be planned more clearly.

During the specific construction in the future, the designer will be asked to make drawings that meet the requirements according to the requirements of the residents.

But this is the general direction. With a more specific example, you may also have a judgment on the purpose of the area and can also have a basis for the processing of flat grounds."

Guan Fei said in more detail what was going on with the construction drawings he mentioned.

After listening to his explanation, Meng Nan felt as if he could accept it. But after thinking about it carefully, he still felt very different.

Even a sample room is a lot!

With this complicated mood, they returned to the location of the Longkang Town Tourism Department.

Guan Fei took out the construction drawings he drew. Meng Nan was really relieved after reading them. There were not many sample drawings, only a dozen. Each picture was not as detailed as it was drawn, with only one appearance, frame, and interior room layout.

These figures can be used as first drafts. With this overall framework, they can calculate the required parameters based on them and come up with a more detailed preliminary land treatment plan.

This is almost the same.

...

Chang Yueming left with various architectural sketches drawn by Guan Fei. He wanted to go back and work with colleagues from the design institute to use the sketches as a sample, based on the ability of various building materials, and after scientific calculations, he finally came up with the actual construction drawings.

What he took away not only the architectural drawings of the military camp and the brigade office building, but also the dozen drawings that Guan Fei took out later. In his words, although these drawings cannot be used as real construction drawings, the appearance design and room layout are very interesting, integrating the advantages of oriental aesthetics and Western architectural pragmatism, it has considerable reference significance for domestic architectural design.

Without any help, Guan Fei had to draw a new set of Meng Nan. This set was even simpler, with only rough frame structure data, room layout, and no other details.

These are enough for the construction team.

When Chang Yueming was about to leave, Guan Fei gave him another set of design drawings.

This is a cement production line with a daily output of 4,500 tons, including vertical milling, rotary kiln, suspended decomposition preheater, cooler main machinery, as well as auxiliary equipment including feeders, feeders, and crushers.

This set of design drawings is not as unreliable as architectural drawings, but an extremely complete set of production line processing drawings.

Each component has detailed descriptions of materials, sizes, processing accuracy, etc., with no less than hundreds of large drawings. Although there are only hundreds of large drawings, some of the large drawings inside contain manufacturing drawings of several small parts. If they are separated, there will be no less than two or three thousand. As long as the factory that obtains the manufacturing drawings has the corresponding manufacturing capabilities, workers only need to follow the drawings to start construction directly.

Domestic cement manufacturing technology and practicality are basically synchronized with international standards.

As for cement production technology, several landmark advances are rotary kilns instead of gap vertical kilns; suspended preheating kilns, and the latest predecomposition kilns.

Among them, the pre-decomposition kiln was successfully studied based on the German suspended pre-heating kiln in 1971, but it was only a successful research and has not yet been put into practical use.

Before, in 1970, they proposed the improvement idea of "two-level calcination, kiln tail plus fire" in China. The project was established that year and successfully conducted laboratory verification at the Building Materials Research Institute. Then in 1972, the Hangzhou Cement Plant conducted actual production experiments of "kiln tail plus fire" and achieved certain results, but it was ultimately unable to continue due to the movement.

In 1973, a systematic study on four-level separation and pre-decomposition was conducted at the Building Materials Research Institute again, and it was also successful. Last year (76), the first industrial trial production was conducted at the Shiling Cement Plant in Siping, Jilin, and it was a great success, with output more than doubled.

It has achieved industrial practicality of preheating and decomposition technology for the first time in China before abroad.

Of course, then again, it is not necessarily the best to do it long ago. Because the domestic manufacturing processing technology is still insufficient, the automation processing technology is not as good as that of foreign countries, and the more accurate scientific calculation formulas have not been established, manufacturing relies more on experience rather than scientific calculations. Therefore, since the reform and opening up in the 1980s, a large number of foreign cement production lines have poured into the country, defeating domestic production lines.

The production line given by Guan Fei is a production line developed by domestic cement production line manufacturers in the 1990s after absorbing their own and foreign experiences, based on their own technical strength. In this time and space, he only has the data drawings of this production line (this is already a branch under the mechanical branch. Only classic products with leaps and bounds of technology will have a complete set of technical data descriptions to allow students to understand and master it in depth).

The rest of this production line adopts mature foreign designs in the 1980s, but there is a very critical technology that we have developed ourselves. That is, there is a very clear calculation formula for the cyclone volute design of the preheating decomposition kiln. Just calculate according to the formula to calculate the best design plan.

Even in the 1980s, foreign manufacturers still produced this formula based on experience, and their efficiency was about 30%.

Guanfei canceled the above automation control system and waited for its own improvement in the future. In terms of the current domestic manufacturing level, as long as workers do it with their hearts, they can do it, and at most they are a little difficult.

Cement is currently in short supply in China and is a strategic material. There is no problem with a small amount of supply. If you want to build a city, you can only produce it yourself.

With this production line, a daily output of 4,500 tons of cement and a five-story teaching building, he can build thirty buildings in one breath!

Considering that building buildings have to wait for the cement to dry before the next step can be carried out, it cannot be completed in one day. Then, its cement output can allow hundreds of construction sites to start construction at the same time at the same time, meeting the rapid and efficient construction progress of the new city construction.

Industrial construction is a category with large investment and long construction cycle. No matter how urgent it is, it must start from the basics and follow the steps step by step, and it will not be too anxious to come.

In his plan, 1977, 1978, and even 1979 were the time for him to lay the foundation. After that, after various projects were gradually put into use and a team of skilled real estate workers were trained to make his strength come into play one by one.
