Chapter 20
Things that cannot be touched
That night, Li Cu didn't know how long he had slept, so he had a dream all night. When he woke up, it was already noon the next day.
Li Cu was very strange. Why didn’t anyone call him and the team didn’t set off? Could it be that everyone in the expedition team was sleeping in?
Li Cu cheered up before crawling out of his sleeping bag and walking outside the tent.
The tent can isolate the cold and the heat. When Li Chu walked out of the tent, the heat waves came to his face, and the sun was as bright as it was rendered with a computer.
After finally waiting for him to get used to the light, he saw that almost all the people in the expedition team were standing next to Haizi. Their attention was attracted by something in Haizi, and no one paid attention to him at all.
Li Cu looked at the camels brought by the inspection team and thought that this was a good opportunity to escape. If he knew how to control the camels and knew the way back, it was a pity that this was obviously impossible, so he quickly gave up the idea.
Then he also walked to a crowded place and saw that several soldiers had been stripped of their clothes and didn't know what to catch in the sea.
"What's wrong?" he yawned and asked the person next to him. The man said, "Someone threw all our equipment into the sea."
"Ah? Who did it?"
"I don't know, it should be very safe here, so there was no one to be vigil last night. No one expected that someone would do such a thing here. Is the soldiers catching something, put it aside to see if it can be used after drying."
Li Cu turned around and saw Wu Xie and Professor Wang fiddling with some things he had caught, and asked, "Are these equipment important?"
"If you can't practice well, we have to go back." The man said, "Inspection is not sightseeing." Li Cu walked to Wu Xie and was about to speak, but Wu Xie waved his hand: "I'm not in the mood to answer any of your questions now."
"I didn't want to ask you a question," said Li Cu; "I just want to remind you one thing."
"What?"
Originally, Li Cu wanted to tell him about the black shadows on the camera, but as soon as Wu Xie finished saying something, someone from Haizi exclaimed, and there was a riot in the crowd.
Wu Xie and Professor Wang immediately stood up and ran over, and Li Cu had to give up for a while. He ran over and saw several people pointing around the equipment they had caught.
"What is this? Take it up and bring it here. Where are you muttering about?"
"This is not our equipment," said one of the soldiers in charge of salvage.
The soldier pointed to the equipment he had caught and said, "I know everything else, but look at this thing, this is not our thing."
It was an object that seemed to be wrapped in metal leather, but not too heavy. It was about the same size as the wheels of a wheelchair. It was cylindrical in appearance and was rusted with a lot of small bumps on it, as if it was a large number of rivets that had been rusted.
"Isn't this our equipment?"
"Absolutely not."
“When did it be taken?”
"I don't know, I was caught in this pile of equipment. I didn't pay attention to it before. I just discovered it when I was sorting it out. It seems that this thing was originally at the bottom of the lake."
Wu Xie went up and touched it with his feet. The thing rolled onto the sand. Wu Xie felt that the thing was very light.
"Don't, be careful of a bomb or something." Someone exclaimed. Everyone immediately retreated.
Wu Xie sighed and looked at the people, with a look of confusion. But Li Cu had already recognized it at this time. He stood there as if he was stunned, thinking how could such a thing be here?
"This..." He wanted to speak, "This...This...This...This...This...This..."
"What?" Wu Xie turned around impatiently, "If you have a fart, please let it go."
