Chapter 23 The Request

"You are right. I did ask you before, but now you ask me." William crushed his feet hard, still smiling.

After all, William's previous Denton Pirates was no longer in the ordinary, and making a living on the sea is a high-risk profession that puts his head on his belt. A naval battle cannonballs fly and bullets are fired. These are not something that Tony, who only hangs on the shore, can meet. In terms of threat level, William did not take Tony and other hooligans to heart from beginning to end, so no matter how Tony's attitude was, he did not change his color.

"What?" Tony asked gritted his teeth.

William kicked the pistol away, raised Tony with one hand and said, "Now, you need to ask me to let you go!"

"You dream!" Tony had a bit of a gangster's courageous aura. At this time, he still wanted to fight back. He didn't know where to turn a dagger and took the opportunity to stab William.

The result was naturally predictable. William snatched the dagger over with one move, then stuck his neck, and spoiled him on the big tree behind him.

William exerted great force, trembling with the big tree that they hugged together. Tony sat under the tree in a daze.

Several leaves that were shaken fell on Tony's head, and William patted him gently like an old friend: "Now your life is in my hands, so you have something to ask for me, so we should be able to have a good conversation."

"If you have the courage, just do it!" Tony glared at William.

William frowned in confusion: "Why do people like you always shout whenever their lives fall into the hands of others? Do you think I am a gangster who only talks about threats, so you dare not kill people?"

After he finished speaking, he turned his head and said to Ajin not far away, "Kill that man named Manny."

Without saying a word, Ajin pulled Manny's body over and pressed him to the ground.

As soon as Manny was about to scream, Ajin's big hand like a pliers was pressed down on his mouth and stuffed his yell back into his stomach.

Ajin pressed Manny who was struggling with powerlessness on one knee. In Tony's horrified gaze, the cold-lit knife was directly sent into his body from Manny's back and slowly penetrated into it bit by bit.

Manny burst into tears and soon turned from struggle to convulsions. Tony was sweating all over his head, especially Ajin's habitual indifferent expression made people feel like he was killing.

Tony said in a trembling voice: "Stop, stop!"

Ajin didn't stop until William then asked him to stop, and he stopped. He pulled out the knife. The blood gushed out of the wound quickly wet the land beneath him. Manny gasped quietly, and had already vented more and had less venting.

Tony's face was as pale as paper, sweating like rain, and Edmund's face was not very good-looking. Only William, Akin, Alamis and others remained unchanged. Even the always honest Valon did not blink from beginning to end.

After all, Edmund was just a self-proclaimed pirate, while William and the other four were pirates who were fake.

"He's dying," William withdrew his gaze from Manny, took out a handkerchief to wipe Tony's cold sweat, and said slowly: "When he's dead, it's your turn, and then it's your turn, so you don't have much time."

Tony said in a stern voice: "What the hell do you want to do?"

At this time, Alamis took Angie's hair, dragged his body directly to William, and said carelessly: "Don't talk to him so much nonsense. These wastes are so weak. Let's kill them first, and then rushed to Hongye Village overnight to kill the minion leaders, and directly control his gang. A group of gangsters who bully the weak and fear the strong dare to rebel?"

"Don't kill me!" Tony hurriedly said, "My uncle is the village chief. You can't hide it from killing me, and it's even more impossible to control my power in Hongye Village."

William waved to Alamis and drove away the guy who deliberately scared people, before saying to Tony: "Don't worry, if you are willing to cooperate, I will not have this bad idea."

"I cooperate, I cooperate." Tony nodded repeatedly like a chicken pecking at rice.

"Help him stop the bleeding!" William turned his head and ordered Ajin loudly, and then said to Tony: "Don't worry, I really have a profitable business when I look for you this time, but what I want to rely on is your relationship with your uncle and your local connections..."

William casually fiddled with the dagger that Tony had snatched off and smiled disdainfully: "...it's not your boy scouts who are only suitable for playing with toys."

He took out a pack of cigarettes from Tony's upper pocket, helped Tony light one and asked, "Do you know the words? Do you usually read newspapers?"

Tony's face was still a little pale. He nodded first, then shook his head.

William took out a few newspapers from his arms and gave them to him, and he circled many news content or titles with a red marker:

"With wise or stupid? Norton I threatened to ban alcohol!"

“…If this news is true, then there will be no more places for the Kingdom of Navia to drink openly.”

"The Chancellor of the Exchequer gave a speech - 'Wine is the source of crime!'"

...

William probably might not be able to see it, so he explained to him: "Norton I, the king of the Navia Kingdom, is said to have hated alcohol since he was a child."

William pointed his finger at a newspaper where the red circle was drawn, which was an introduction to the Kingdom of Navia and King Norton I: "He never drank alcohol, and since he became the throne, he had been taxing heavily on the sale of alcohol. Now he finally wanted to completely eradicate alcohol from his own kingdom."

With a smile, he continued, "Of course, unlike this kind of fool who was kept in a palace, who thought he was the center of the universe since he was a child. I think I should know that he can't stop drinking, and he will only increase the price of alcohol ten times or even more, and he can't collect taxes."

Tony was somewhat savvy, and William understood what he said, so he quickly interjected: "Do you want to smuggle alcohol in the Kingdom of Navia?"

Tony's mind circulated. It was indeed not a profitable business, but there was also a big threshold: "I'm afraid it's not easy."

"Of course, if it's so easy, I did it alone, why ask you to cooperate?" William smiled and patted Tony on the shoulder, stared at his eyes and said, "Since you promised to cooperate with me, what suggestions do you have for the business project we are about to start?"

Tony glanced at William's smileless eyes, then looked at two miserable subordinates, gritted their teeth, as if they were determined, and said, "I think another person should be pulled in."
