Chapter 27 The gem is in Shixi's pillow

Jack's gems are valuable, as the children and teachers in the orphanage know.

This was something left to him by his family. Jack cherished it very much and everyone knew it was his treasure.

The gem was still there before Jack went to bed, so everyone decided to go back to the dormitory to look for it.

For some reason, Shi Xi had a bad feeling in her heart and she stopped.

A group of children were rummaging around in the dormitory, and Shi Xi stood at the door watching them come and go.

"Found it," one child exclaimed.

Everyone looked over and saw that the gem was found from Shi Xi's pillowcase.

Jack had a look of disbelief on his face. He walked up to Shi Xi with the gem and asked, "Why is it at your place?"

"I don't know," Shi Xi looked at him at a loss.

Jack's eyes were red and his face was filled with anger: "Thank you for trusting me so much, you bastard."

**

Shi Xi was sitting alone in the corner of the dining hall. The other children no longer played with her.

When Jack saw her, he hid far away and even asked Teacher Jenny to change dormitories.

In the middle of the night, Shi Xi couldn't sleep, so she stood in front of the window and looked at the crescent moon in the night sky.

"Xixi," Wuwu looked at her worriedly.

Shi Xi's eyes were very bright, and the golden blue eyes shone under the refraction of the moonlight.

"Someone is setting me up," Shi Xi said firmly.

"Definitely," Wuwu said guiltily, "It would be great if my body's shooting function was still there."

If I had known this would happen, I wouldn't have made that deal with that guy.

"You can't blame Wu Wu, bad guys don't like me," Shi Xi touched its cold body and said, "And your body is like this because of me."

Wu Wu was silent and asked, "What should we do next?"

"Look," the little cub said in a very firm tone, "I will find the guy who really did bad things, the guy who harmed me, and I won't let him go."

Wu Wu's heart was very complicated. Just as he was about to say something, the little cub said again: "I want to find him out, beat him up and make him cry."

**

Sunflower Orphanage Spring Outing Day.

The teachers took the children to have a picnic at the edge of the forest and get close to nature.

A group of children were playing on the grass, Jenny was sorting out the ingredients, and they were preparing to cook here.

She noticed the little silver-haired cub standing alone in the corner, with the other children completely ignoring her.

Others also noticed her, and someone whispered: "Why did you bring that child here? It would be terrible if she causes trouble again."

"She can't put herself in an orphanage."

"That's right. Speaking of which, we originally planned to go to the amusement park to play, right? Why come here for a picnic?"

"Deputy Dean Jieli was worried that the child would cause trouble to others at the amusement park, so she changed it to a picnic."

"Oh, that kid is quite cute. I didn't expect him to have such a bad personality."

Jieli looked at the children who were constantly playing with a smile in her eyes. She clapped her hands and said, "Come on, children, I need your help for lunch. Who will come?"

"Me me me!"

"I come."

The children rushed to raise their hands.

Jieli assigned tasks to them one by one. One was to collect firewood, the other to fetch water, and the other to help cut and wash vegetables.

"After completing the task, you can go play."

"good!"

The children received their tasks and dispersed.

Jerry looked at their retreating figures with a smile, and her eyes inadvertently fell on the little silver-haired cub in the corner.

Shi Xi was very depressed. He had never been so depressed on the garbage planet.

Jack and the others had been ignoring her, and she was a little sad.

She suddenly felt that life on the garbage planet was quite good. She lived with Wuwu. Although she didn't have enough to eat, she was happy every day.

If Daqiang bullies her, she will find an opportunity to fight back.

But it doesn't work now. Teacher Jenny and Jack are very good to me, but now they just misunderstood her.

She wanted to hit someone but couldn't do it.

"Xiao Xi," Jie Li walked up to the little cub and brought her thoughts back from her wandering thoughts.

"Teacher Jerry," the little cub raised his head and looked at her.

"Can you go pick some mushrooms and come back?" Jerry handed her the small basket in her hand, "Go straight to the west. There is a patch of mushrooms over there."

The little cub looked at her hesitantly, this person didn't like him.

"You and Jack haven't reconciled yet?" Seeing that she didn't take the basket, Jerry wasn't annoyed and sat down next to her.

"No," Shi Xi became even more wilted upon hearing Jack's name. Jack was his first friend, and it felt bad to be hated and misunderstood by his friends.

"Jack likes mushrooms very much," Jerry said with a smile.

Shi Xi turned to look at her, and Jie Li continued, "This is your chance to make peace."

Shi Xi thought for a moment and said, "I'll go."

The little cub walked into the forest to the west carrying a small basket. The forest was lush with trees, and only a little sunlight passed through the gaps between the leaves.

"Xixi, I think that woman has bad intentions," Wu Wu stood on Shi Xi's shoulder and said, "We'd better not go."

"It's okay, I saw other people entering the forest just now, so they won't be scared," Shi Xi said.

Wuwu was still worried, "What if I get lost?"

Shi Xi picked up a branch from the ground and made a mark on the ground, "This will do."

Wuwu immediately praised her, "Xixi is so smart."

The figure of the little cub slowly disappeared into the depths of the forest.

Shortly after she left, a figure appeared quietly. She looked down at the mark made by the little cub and erased it without hesitation.

The little cub didn't go too deep. She marked the mushrooms while looking for them. After searching for a long time, she picked less than half of the basket.

"Xixi," Wuwu on her shoulder suddenly became excited, "over there."

Wuwu jumped down and rolled to a slender grass, "This can change your medicine."

Shi Xi was stunned for a moment, then was very surprised: "Really?"

"Yes, it can be exchanged." Wuwu circled around the grass, "This is herbal medicine. The doctor is looking for it. The price is very high. In addition to the medicine you take, we can exchange it for other things."

After hearing this, Shi Xi squatted down decisively and was about to pinch it off but was stopped by Wuwu, "The doctor wants the whole plant, including the roots."

"Okay," Shi Xi put down the small basket in his hand and carefully dug away the soil with his hands.

After digging for about ten minutes, the herb was finally dug out.

Immediately, the little cub and the robot discovered that there were many such herbs nearby, and they began to dig seriously.

Time passed slowly minute by minute.

Seeing that it was getting late, Wuwu reminded her, "Xixi, it's getting late, let's go back early."

Shi Xi looked at a few herbs not far away. Although she regretted not finishing digging, she heard Wu Wu's words and responded without hesitation: "Okay."

She followed the marks and after walking for a while, she let out a sigh.

Wuwu asked: "What's wrong?"

"I didn't seem to draw this mark," the little cub tilted his head and looked around, "It seems like we have never been here before."

"How could it be? We followed the signs." Wuwu was surprised.

The two walked around in the forest for a long time, and finally determined the fact that Shi Xi was lost.

The marks she made along the way changed direction for some unknown reason. When she followed the marks, the marks disappeared. Not only the marks, but also the pits she and Wuwu dug for herbs were gone.
