As I write this, "The Age of Dreams" has officially been completed successfully.
It's quite a bit unfinished, but actually it's pretty much the same.
All the parts that need to be written have been written. If you are interested, you can also think more about the happy plot behind it.
It took me about three and a half years to write this book, but the writing speed was not slow. I am very happy and satisfied to be able to write a novel of more than 8 million words like this.
At the beginning of "Age of Dreams", the results were very average, but I persevered and now I can't say it's very good, but it's still pretty good. At least it makes me feel that my hard work has achieved something.
I don't like to give up, especially when writing a book.
I hope that I can finish what I want to write, instead of giving up writing a new book as soon as I see poor grades.
If you give up once, there will definitely be a second or third time, and each time you will write something incomplete and incomplete. Then what do I do by writing a book?
Writing a book purely for money is definitely not my intention.
First of all, I like to write books, so I write books. I like to tell stories to everyone, so I write books.
No matter how many people read this story or how few people read it, I will try my best to tell the story completely.
However, the reality is still somewhat difficult.
As you can imagine, my income in the first year or so was almost nothing, which was such a huge setback for me.
But I am very happy that I, who has never been very resistant to pressure, actually persisted in this situation and wrote more than 8 million words.
Of course, I also rely on the support and encouragement of all book friends. If it weren’t for your increasing subscription support, rewards, etc., I really don’t know if I would have been able to finish writing "The Age of Dreams".
There are Rotsen, JimH, Shalex, Ali, Drunk with Joy, Paradise of Life, False Heavenly Lord, Drunken Smile, My Slap, Blade Dancer...etc.
I can't thank you all by name, but I am deeply grateful for all your support, without the slightest bit of hypocrisy.
Having said that, the perseverance gained through the support of brothers is far more satisfying to me than the increase in income.
People always need to make progress, no matter what aspect it is.
I hope I can make more progress in the next book, and I hope everyone can continue to support me.
The rivers and lakes are still there, and youth will never end.
