Chapter 44 Strength

Although Chen Yi temporarily failed in his studies, he soon discovered that the place where I lived in seclusion was really a good place.

When he boldly told Laozi about this discovery, Laozi looked at him with contempt, as if he were seeing an orangutan from ancient times, and said: "This is called Qingcheng Mountain, of course it is a good place."

Qingcheng Mountain is a Taoist holy land. Since ancient times, there has been a saying that Qingcheng is quiet in the world. This quiet refers to quietness and also refers to something mysterious.

I told Chen Yi that the reason why Qingcheng Mountain has become a Taoist holy land is because Qingcheng Mountain is rich in the vitality of heaven and earth. Taoists can get twice the result with half the effort by practicing here.

Chen Yi looked gloomy. Such a beautiful place had no fate with him. Didn't he have the fate to master the power? Thinking of Li Yu who was still in the hands of the Buddha Sect, he felt even more sad.[

I reached out and patted his shoulder, comforted him and said, "There will always be a way."

Yes, this is really a famous saying, but what can be done.

Lao Tzu said: "I was pregnant in my mother's womb for seventy years. Think about it, how did I survive those seventy years?"

Chen Yi was a little moved. For an elder to dig out his heart and lungs like this, even a stone would be touched. He was also very curious, so he asked: "How did you get here?"

I stroked my snow-white beard and said calmly: "I'm looking forward to coming here. Every day I think about how I can go out the next day."

Chen Yi looked up at the sky and felt that life should be like this. Only when there is hope can there be life.

As if I saw what he was thinking, I added another sentence: "Hope is given to you by yourself."

Chen Yi was greatly moved, and finally understood that life is filled with hopes one after another. Hopes are all in tomorrow, and life continues endlessly.

He also thought that faith is actually a kind of hope.

He vaguely felt that he had touched something.

His Buddha body is huge and accommodates thousands of Buddha names, so it affects his practice. Buddhism uses the power of faith to enter the Tao, and only when the wishes of all believers are gathered together can great supernatural powers be formed. He reincarnated as a golden cicada,

I was born with a Buddha body, but this Buddha body in my previous life was too grand.

This life is affected by this, which is actually in line with the Buddhist view of karma and retribution. Taoists seek nature, and all magical powers are based on communicating the vitality of heaven and earth. However, Taoists do not cultivate the body, and the vitality of heaven and earth is not stored in the body. Chen Yi in this life

Since I no longer have faith, I can no longer practice cultivation.

If you abandon this Buddha body, you may be able to practice Taoism.

So he found me and asked: "Master, can you kill me?"

I almost thought he was sick and was ready to slap him.

Chen Yi then said: "I mean can you destroy my Buddha body?"

Lao Tzu thought for a while and felt that there was no possibility, so he said: "Since the Buddha's body is your body, your body is the Buddha's body. If I destroy the Buddha's body, wouldn't it be equivalent to destroying your body? If the body is gone, you are still practicing.

What?"

Chen Yi's eyes showed disappointment. But I immediately went on to say: "Your idea inspired me. Please allow me to think about it. How can I destroy the Buddha's body? How can I destroy it?" I was entranced.

.

I was in trance for several days, and Chen Yi had no choice but to wander around in these days. The Qingcheng Mountain has verdant trees, evergreen all year round, surrounded by peaks, shaped like a city outline, with thousands of steps of elixir ladders, winding paths leading to secluded areas.

Jie wins. But Chen Yi really only cares about the scenery.

After finally surviving on the third day, I finally came to my senses. When he saw Chen Yi, he smiled and said, "I have thought of a way. I just don't know if you are willing to do it."[

Chen Yi wanted to curse, but in the end he couldn't curse the elder who was his teacher, so he said: "Don't be preoccupied, speak up quickly."

Lao Tzu said slowly: "The way of cultivation is nothing more than a method of communicating spiritual consciousness with the vitality of heaven and earth. No matter what you do, the vitality of heaven and earth is always there. This means that the key to cultivation lies in spiritual consciousness.

Your spiritual consciousness is too weak, so the Buddha's body is stimulated by the law."

"Is there any way to increase spiritual awareness?" Chen Yi listened carefully and asked the question carefully.

"In conventional ways, meditation and practice can continuously increase spiritual consciousness." Lao Tzu said.

But Chen Yi heard another layer of his meaning and asked: "What about unconventional ways?"

I thought about it and felt that I should tell Chen Yi the truth, so he said: "Maybe it will push you to the edge of life and death, and your consciousness may increase explosively."

"Then you push me to the edge of life and death. It doesn't matter if I'm forced to death." Chen Yi didn't hesitate at all. At this time, he was extremely eager to have power.

"Then let's try"

As a result, there is a pair of masters and apprentices who are dedicated to death on Qingcheng Mountain. However, seeking death is not that easy. When you really want to die, the hanging rope is broken, the neck knife is rusty, and the river is shallow... In short, fate will not let you die.

No one can die.

At this time, Chen Yi felt that it was a sad thing that fate favored him. He was born with a Buddha body and was so powerful that he could not be cut with a knife or killed with an axe. He could jump off a cliff and it would be fine if he jumped off a cliff dozens of feet high.

I sympathize with Chen Yi's experience, but sympathy is of no use.

Chen Yi often prayed to heaven to give him a way to die. But heaven did not respond to his wishes.

Later, I finally couldn't stand it anymore and came up with the last resort.

Chen Yi named this move "Flying Immortal from Heaven" because when he recalled it many years later, he felt that such a scene could only be described with this word.

I pulled Chen Yi up and flew high into the sky, rising, rising, and getting higher and higher until he passed through the wind layer, then through the stratosphere, and all the way to outer space. At that time, I didn’t know what it was.

He only knew that the outer sky was a dangerous place without air and vitality.

I conveyed my thoughts and said: "If I throw you down from here, you will die anyway."

Although Chen Yi was within the protection range of my abilities, he always felt uneasy about being an astronaut without a spacesuit. He knew very well that when thrown from outer space, light would be caused by the friction of the air.

The heat can make you die. The Buddha's body is resistant to blows and falls, but it may not be resistant to heat.

Facts have proven that the heat resistance of this Buddha body is also first-rate.

I threw Chen Yi down. Chen Yi couldn't fly and could only accelerate and fall under the influence of gravity acceleration until there was severe friction with the air and intense heat was generated.

The clothes Chen Yi was wearing were burned immediately, but the Buddha's body gradually became transparent under the high temperature, but there was no trace of melting.

Even though the Buddha's body was strong, the pain caused by the high temperature still seemed to tear Chen Yi's soul apart.

Chen Yi suddenly realized that his body was not destroyed, but his soul might have to be destroyed first, and he was finally forced to the edge of life and death.[

However, he can't die. He still has many things to do. The important thing is that Li Yu hasn't been saved yet.

Chen Yi thought and suddenly remembered the Diamond Sutra. Eighteen years of Buddhist study manifested as an intuition at this moment. Chen Yi recited the Diamond Sutra silently and found that today's Buddhist sutra communicated with his soul, just like inviting the soul to dance together.

Chen Yi recited the Buddhist sutra more attentively. Unexpectedly, the Buddhist sutra he recited at this time actually had a concentration effect. After reciting it, Chen Yi felt that the Buddhist meaning of the Diamond Sutra seemed to be integrated into his soul.

The soul is like substance.

At that moment, Chen Yi clearly felt everything around him, the fire, the wind, the vitality of heaven and earth, and his Buddha body that had been made transparent by the high temperature. Everything was in his heart.

At that moment, Chen Yi suddenly felt that the sky and the earth were connected with him.

Chen Yi opened his arms, like a burning firebird, and suddenly slowed down his fall, hanging in the air like that.

I suddenly appeared next to Chen Yi, smiled proudly, and said, "It's done, kid. I didn't expect that once you enter the spiritual path, you will be in the realm of unity between heaven and man."

Chen Yi rushed towards me and wanted to kiss his old face. My face changed drastically, turned into a strong wind, and ran away without a trace.

Chen Yi laughed so hard that the whole world seemed to resonate.

Chen Yi punched out, and a huge white cloud in front of him dissipated.

Strength, I finally touched the threshold of strength, I finally had the power that I could control.

From now on, I no longer have to live under the protection of others, and I no longer have to be afraid of any hardships and dangers.

One day, I will change the world.

Chen Yi stood in mid-air and made a vow.
