252 In a dream

As soon as I lifted the lid of the pot, a large ball of white air suddenly rose.

The entire kitchen was filled with hot water and the rich fragrance emitted by the steamed meat.

Qiuqiu sat in front of the stove door and filled the stove with firewood. She held her cheek and tilted her head to look at the scholar's wife. Her face was fluttered by the firelight in the stove.

The scholar's wife picked up a piece of hot meat, blew it, and stuffed it into Qiuqiu's mouth.

Qiuqiu was so hot that he was inhaling.

The steamed pork was marinated by the scholar's wife himself. The meat was kneaded very well. The steamed pork was crispy and there was no need to chew it. You could swallow it by shutting up.

The rain had stopped, and a frog croaked in the distance.

Qiuqiu felt like she was back in the past.

Just as the separation between the middle has never happened, she still lives by the scholar and the scholar's wife, and she is in love with her knees.

The mother and the mother made steamed pork, fried beans and loofahs, and cooked a soup.

When the food was ready, the scholar raised the chopsticks first, and then the whole family started to have a meal together.

Qiuqiu used to complain that scholars like to show off their family style. In fact, there are only a few people in the family, who should I show them?

But now she felt that even the scholar raised his chopsticks looked so friendly.

The heat of the soup smothered into her eyes, and Xiuxiu's gaze quickly blurred.

No one spoke on the table, and even my younger brother didn't say anything.

Everyone seemed to have infinite enthusiasm for the job in front of them. As if they were hungry for many days, my whole face was about to be buried in the bowl.

The scholar's shoulders trembled slightly, and he was squeezing his rice.

Qiuqiu picked up a large piece of crispy meat for her. The scholar-in-law swallowed the crispy meat with tears.

The scholar was still stable, but if you look closely, you could see that his hand holding the bowl was trembling slightly.

The scholar himself discovered it, and he quickly put the bowl back on the table.

When cleaning up the dishes, Qiuqiu helped the scholar's wife clean up. She put all the used dishes and chopsticks in the basin and poured water into it. The scholar's wife did not let Qiuqiu interfere, and slowly brushed one bowl by one by one.

The scholar's wife didn't say much, and she always told her to be obedient. She should get along well with her classmates and never argue with others. When things happen, give in if they can, and don't be competitive...

Xiuxiu took the cleaned bowls aside and placed them one by one in the cupboard.

"Have you kept the clothes I gave you?"

"It's taken away."

The scholar's wife nodded: "I sewed a talisman in the collar of the clothes... I asked for it last month. It was the most effective way to bless peace. I don't know if you let them bring these things. If you believe in the Bodhisattva, it doesn't matter if you wear them. If you don't believe in the Bodhisattva, you don't wear them, as it will cause trouble if you see them."

"I get it, mom."

Qiuqiu's head rested on the shoulders of the scholar's wife.

The scholar's wife said to her: "He's so old. She's still acting cute... Your brother will definitely laugh at you when he sees it..."

She raised her hand and wiped her eyes with her sleeves. She continued to wash dishes.

"Can you... stay sleeping at night?"

"Um."

The scholar's wife smiled: "I clean your house every day, keep your things, the quilt just happened to be sunburned the day before yesterday..."

The house is small, but it is full of memories.

"Will mom sleep with me?"

The scholar's wife touched her head: "Okay, mom, sleep with you. Come and sit down, mom combs your hair."

Qiuqiu sat upright, and the scholar-in-law took out a wooden comb. Unlocked Qiuqiu's headband and combed her hair one by one.

“It’s a little longer.”

The scholar's wife's voice was unstable. Qiuqiu didn't dare to look back.

After combed his hair and blew out the light, both the mother and the mother lay down.

The scholar's wife slept in the bed, while Qiuqiu slept outside the bed.

She had no sleepiness at all and didn't want to close her eyes.

She was breathing the familiar air, and the scholar's wife was lying next to her, in another room in the yard, the scholar and his younger brother were already asleep, right?

Qiuqiu felt sad.

The naive person is really good at teasing people.

She didn't want any immortality or immortality at all, and she didn't want the sense of accomplishment that was above the common laws.

She just wants to stay at home, be safe and peaceful, and be together.

Someone tapped the window lightly.

Qiuqiu turned his head.

She knew who was outside the window.

I also know why this person appears here now.

Qiuqiu gently turned over and sat down on the ground.

She stood in front of the bed, looking at the scholar's wife with infinite attachment.

The window was knocked again.

Qiuqiu turned around and pushed open the door and walked out.

The man stood outside waiting for her.

Qiuqiu walked out the door with him silently.

The bluestone road under the night reflects the moonlight, with a faint flash of light.

They move forward step by step.

Home is also away step by step.

"Close your eyes."

Just like when he came, Qiuqiu stretched out his palm again.

The whistling wind came from his ears again. At the moment of weightlessness, Qiuqiu hugged the person in front of him tightly.

After a long time, the wind in his ear disappeared, and the man whispered: "Okay."

Qiuqiu didn't open her eyes: "Has I had a dream?"

The man did not answer.

Qiuqiu opened her eyes.

She was also standing in Ziyu Pavilion, standing in her room.

Everything just now was indeed a dream, right?

But this dream is so real...

Qiuqiu suddenly remembered something, she turned around, glanced at something in the room, then took two steps and lifted the lid of the box just now.

Clothes collars, clothes collars...

Qiuqiu groped along the collar, and then her hand stopped.

Following the hole that was left intentionally without sewing, Qiuqiu took out a talisman of peace that was stacked into a triangle from inside. A red rope was tied to one end of the peace that the knot was made by the scholar's wife.

Qiuqiu pinched Ping An.

Not a dream...

Not a dream!

She turned to look at the man.

If all the things just happened were Qiu Qing’s dreams, how could the person in the dream tell Qiu Qiu that even Qiu Qiu himself didn’t know?

Only the scholar-maid who sewed it into it would know about this talisman, and just now, the scholar-maid told her.

"I'm really back just now? Am I dreaming?"

"No, it's not your dream." He whispered: "It's their dream."

Qiuqiu took a little effort to understand what this sentence means.

"I... got into their dream?"

Isn’t that just what others say about dreams?

Did she meet the scholar in the dream, the scholar's wife and younger brother?

Everything just now was so real. They used food together. The scholar's wife combed her hair. The touch of combing her teeth seemed to remain on her scalp.

They are all dreams?

It's a dream...it's fine.

Whether it is a dream or a reality, they always met and said a lot to each other. When the scholar woke up, why would he feel more relieved because he had a good dream?

But who can manipulate other people's dreams?

Master didn't have this ability, right? And when Master came that day, he was in the house, but he had hidden his figure. Master didn't notice that there was another person in the house.

Does the head have such ability? Qiuqiu doesn't know the head, but she just feels that the head should not have the position to do it.

What kind of skills and cultivation do you need? Qiuqiu discovered that the longer she spent, the less she felt that she could see the person in front of her.

Why should this person stay by her side?

Although she didn't say anything, her expression and eyes had already revealed all her thoughts on her face.

"Don't hurry." He sat down beside her: "Take it slow, you'll remember it."

What do you think of?

Qiuqiu is extremely confused.

Did she really forget something important?

But what if... what if he admits the wrong person?

Did he get separated from an important person and look for her everywhere? He thought Qiuqiu was that person.

But what if not?

All this is good, all this gentleness and tolerance are not for her.

When I think about this, Qiuqiu suddenly became frightened.

If she had never gotten it, it would be fine, but if she had gained it, she would definitely be sad if she had tasted the delicious food and lost it.

"Stop thinking about it, rest, you have a lot to do tomorrow."

Qiuqiu lay down in a daze and closed her eyes.

She shed a lot of tears just now, and now she feels a little sour in her eyes.

Before Qiuqiu could lift his hand, his cool finger suddenly fell gently on her eyelids.

Qiuqiu was slightly surprised.

He could feel Qiuqiu's eyes trembling uneasyly.

"You go to bed quickly."

A faint cool breath came from his fingertips and penetrated into the tendons and veins around his eyes.

The sour feeling gradually faded, and the comfortable feeling could not be expressed in words.

Qiuqiu asked him softly: "What's your name?"

After a while she heard him say, "I am Shi'er."

This name sounds like a nickname.

Qiuqiu suddenly remembered something, and she held back and didn't laugh out loud. But the tremor in her chest could not hide it from him.

"What are you laughing at?"

Qiuqiu coughed and cleared his throat: "You must have a good relationship with your dragon. Your name is Shi'er, and its name is Huo'er... It sounds like two brothers."

His fingers moved away from Qiuqiu's eyes and gently held one of her hands: "Is that true?"

"Um."

Although this is making fun of him, Qiuqiu thinks he won't be angry.

In fact, he was really not angry, and Qiuqiu even felt that he seemed to be laughing.

What does he look like when he smiles? It must be better than when he doesn't smile?

And in the distant hometown of Qiuqiu, the scholar's wife woke up from her dream.

She woke up with a smile.

But after waking up, I listened to the regular snoring of my husband by the pillow and looked at the moonlight coming through the window.

She thought sadly, it turned out... she had a dream.

As soon as she moved, the scholar beside her woke up.

The two have been married for many years, and the scholar asked her: "Do you want to get rid of it?"

"No, do you want to have tea?"

Both of them drank half a cup of warm tea, and the scholar's wife whispered: "I just... dreamed of Qiu'er."

The scholar was a little surprised and paused before saying, "Is that so? I... I dreamed of her too. I dreamed of her coming home."

The couple were both surprised and told each other about the situation in their dreams, but they were exactly the same.

The scholar's wife couldn't sit still, put on her clothes and went to her son's house. Her son woke up, and he said he had dreamed of his sister.

How could it be that the three of them all had the same dream?

The scholar's wife suddenly remembered something. She quickly walked to the room where her daughter originally lived. She didn't even light the light. She fumbled on the table and grabbed the comb.

There were two soft hair wrapped around the comb.

She even sorted it out during the day, and the comb was obviously clean.

In the dream, she used this comb to comb her daughter's hair.

The scholar's wife grabbed the comb and couldn't help but whimper. (To be continued. If you like this work, you are welcome to vote for recommendations, monthly votes, and your support is my greatest motivation.)
