263. The strong prey on the weak

The endless virgin forest is lush and green, with birds singing and beasts roaring from time to time in the forest, and the rugged rocks are sharp and sharp, piercing the sky.

There is a small deep pool in the mountains. I don't know how deep it is. The water in the pool is deep and green. There are ancient trees beside the water. Their branches brush against the water, leaving dancing reflections on the edge of the pool.

From time to time, various animals come to drink from the pond, leaving footprints of varying depths on the pond...

The mountains in the distance are dark, it is already evening, the sky is getting dark, and more and more animals are coming to the pond to drink water.

Roe deer, elk, wild wolves, bears, and even leopards all stopped by the pond to drink.

These animals seem to have some scruples. Even if they are huddling together by the pool, they do not dare to take another step forward. They also look at the water surface alertly after taking a sip, as if some ferocious monster will suddenly emerge from the pool...

As night falls, more and more animals come to the pond.

At this moment, a group of wild wolves were occupying the pool and drinking water. They were alert and would look around after a few sips.

A wild wolf seemed to smell something in the air, sniffed hard, and looked at the ancient tree with a pair of green eyes.

The ancient branches are lush and leafy, so I can't see anything wrong with them.

The wild wolf stared for a while and found nothing more, so he turned his head away and lowered his head to drink water.

Several elephant calls were heard in the forest, then the earth trembled, trees broke in the distance, and five elephants ran towards us.

Even a group of wolves did not dare to provoke the elephants. The wolves quickly gathered into a group and gave up the best drinking position.

Elephants can be said to be the kings of the forest, and few animals dare to mess with elephants. Even lions and tigers will take a detour when they see them.

So these elephants ran to the edge of the pool and stretched out their trunks to drink water.

The elephants' bodies are huge, and it is obviously inconvenient for five of them to be crowded together. One male elephant felt that it was crowded and that the water on the shore was too shallow, so he took a big step towards the water and half of his body was in the water.

It was obviously much more enjoyable to drink water this way. The male elephant swung his trunk from side to side and splashed the water splashing around, having a great time.

A large whirlpool suddenly formed in the deep green pool water. Although the wolves gathered on the other side to drink water, they kept staring at the surface of the pool. When they saw the whirlpool, the leading wolf let out a long howl, and the pack of wolves suddenly burst into laughter.

Back quickly...

Almost at the same time as the wolf howled, a huge black shadow surfed out of the pool, making a roar and splashing water. The elephants were frightened and ran away in a panic.

But the bull elephant, half of its body dipped into the pool, had no time to escape, and watched helplessly as a bloody mouth rushed towards it!

The big mouth was the size of a small house, and the sharp teeth in the mouth were like rows of sharp knives. With just one bite, it bit off most of the majestic elephant's head. The elephant corpse fell down, and the blood dyed the pool water red...

The owner of the big mouth is a huge thing, shaped like a giant python, but with a single horn on top of its head. The horn is green and shines strangely in the night.

The head was ferocious and ugly, and a pair of long and narrow eyes glanced towards the edge of the pool. The beasts had already fled, leaving only messy footprints on the edge of the pool...

The one-horned python raised its head and let out a long roar, which seemed to be a demonstration and a triumphant sound. It caused the mountains to respond and made the whole forest seem to tremble.

After it finished its long call, it lowered its head to look at the elephant carcass in the water, then opened its big mouth to swallow...
