Chapter 91 Family reunion

After entering the front yard patio, Dakui couldn't help but stop. He saw three steps, one post, five steps and one sentry in the corridor around the courtyard, and there were even teams of soldiers walking around in the courtyard. The large house was as tightly guarded as a military camp.

Dakui turned around and asked, "How many people are guarding my home?"

A soldier behind him hurriedly stepped forward and replied: "Your Majesty, we are the guard camp of General Sun Qian. Your Majesty has 500 guard soldiers, and there are people in every courtyard. You can rest assured about this safety issue."

Dakui not only wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, but this was what he was most worried about. He couldn't help but ask: "Which general is in charge of guarding?"

The soldier replied: "Guo Xiaoru, the commander-in-chief of the Qianqi Battalion, and the five captains who led the team."

Dakui nodded when he heard this and looked at the armored soldiers coming and going in the courtyard. Then he turned around and said to the two soldiers behind him: "Close the courtyard door tightly and ask Mr. Guo Qian and the five school lieutenants to wait for me in the front hall."

The two soldiers clasped their fists and accepted the order. Unexpectedly, just as they were about to leave, Dakui called out: "No one can enter or leave my house at will without my order. Unless his rank is higher than my rank."

The two soldiers were stunned for a moment, then clasped their fists and bowed again and said in unison: "As ordered."

Dakui waved his hand and rushed straight to the backyard.

Sun Qian could not but say that he had good intentions. There were armored guards all around the outer courtyard and Zhang Mansion, and there were actually maids with swords in the inner house. When Dakui came to the door of the inner house, he was stopped by two maids.

Dakui's face darkened and he said, "I am Zhang Dakui, the censor of Zuodu, Zhongshu Province. Please step aside for now."

The two maidservants looked at each other, and then gave way to the door. Entering the inner courtyard, Dakui immediately saw Zhang Changfeng playing in the courtyard, and Huang Ying, wearing a warm fur cloak, stood guard by the side, her eyes full of love.

When she first saw the door open and then Dakui entered the yard, Huang Ying could hardly believe her eyes.

Their eyes faced each other, tears welling up in their eyes. Then Huang Ying picked up her cloak and trotted towards Dakui. She jumped into Dakui's arms like a bird in the forest. "Husband..." Huang Ying cried bitterly, but there were thousands of words that she couldn't finish.

Unexpectedly, Dakui pointed his finger and raised his lips: "Shh~ don't make any noise. You can't stay here for a long time. Take Changfeng with you and follow me."

Huang Ying raised her teary eyes and looked at Dakui in surprise, but for a moment she said nothing and turned to Zhang Changfeng who was in the courtyard and called out: "Feng'er, come here." Zhang Changfeng was making a snowman and was wondering when he saw his mother throwing herself into the arms of a stranger.

, and then saw his mother calling him. Zhang Changfeng was stunned for a moment, and then ran towards Huang Ying.

When Dakui left home, Zhang Changfeng was only one year old. After a year, Zhang Changfeng could already be said to be able to run. Seeing Zhang Changfeng running towards him, Dakui dodged Huang Ying first and rushed towards him. Unexpectedly, Zhang Changfeng suddenly stood up.

Da Kui looked at him stupidly but did not dare to come over.

Huang Ying said softly: "Feng'er, this is daddy."

Zhang Changfeng still didn't move, just looking at Da Kui in a daze, as if he didn't even hear his mother's call. Everything happened so suddenly, there was no trace of his father in Zhang Changfeng's heart, even though he was only two years old.

Dakui was anxious, so he immediately rushed up to hug Zhang Changfeng and turned around and handed him into Huang Ying's arms. "It's not too late, let's go quickly."
