472 Awake

Qin Zhen seemed to have slept for a long time, and when she woke up again, she felt a little confused and didn't know what night it was.

She felt as if a lifetime had passed.

All the bones in his body seemed to be crispy.

She opened her eyes and gradually adapted to the light. It was the candlelight that stunned her for a moment, giving her the illusion that she was still locked up in a dark room.

But the bed tent above her head made her understand that she was lying in her own home.

She tilted her head slightly, and as soon as she moved, she felt a pair of hands wrapped around her waist. As soon as she moved, the hands automatically tightened, trapping her tightly in her arms.

Qin Zhen had just woken up and her brain was still a little dull. After a while, she realized that the person holding her was Lou Yan.

Before she fell asleep, she saw Lou Yan coming back.

Qin Zhen turned her head to look at Lou Yan's face. As soon as she turned around, she met a pair of eyes, staring directly at her.

Qin Zhen was stunned again. She thought Lou Yan was asleep, but she didn't expect him to be awake. And it seemed that he was always awake.

Qin Zhen paused and shouted: "Ayan..."

Lou Yan still stared straight at Qin Zhen, neither speaking nor moving, not even blinking.

Qin Zhen realized something was wrong, raised her hand with difficulty, touched Lou Yan's cheek, and shouted again: "Ayan, why don't you speak?"

Her touch finally made Lou Yan react.

The other person's eyes blinked once, then blinked again, and then the nerves on his face twitched. Those eyes slowly began to turn red.

Qin Zhen was a little panicked: "Ayan, what's wrong with you?"

Lou Yan opened his mouth and held back two words for a while: "Zhen Zhen?"

Qin Zhen frowned when she heard that voice.

As if he had swallowed iron sand, his voice was hoarse.

"It's me," Qin Zhen put her hand on Lou Yan's cheek and said softly, "Do you feel it? My body temperature."

Lou Yan's eyes were red and he pressed Qin Zhen's hand, then tightened it little by little, and finally couldn't control himself and held Qin Zhen tightly in his arms.

"Are you awake?" Lou Yan said cautiously, "I'm so afraid that I'm dreaming."

Qin Zhen leaned in Lou Yan's arms, listening to his trembling voice, and thought to herself that she might have scared Lou Yan this time.

Qin Zhen reached out and patted Lou Yan on the shoulder, softly comforting: "It's not a dream, I'm awake, I'm fine."

Lou Yan hugged her tightly for a moment, then suddenly sat up from the bed, turned his head and shouted outside: "Someone, come quickly."

After a while, the door was pushed open, and Linglong and others filed in from outside.

As soon as he entered the door, he saw Lou Yan holding Qin Zhen in his arms and looking at the door with red eyes.

"Go and invite Murong Yan, hurry up!"

Linglong also saw Qin Zhen, and her eyes turned red with excitement. She stumbled and said, "Yes, yes, yes, I will go now."

There was another turmoil until Murong Yan appeared in the house and took Qin Zhen's pulse.

Lou Yan still held Qin Zhen tightly in his arms like he was guarding a treasure, and asked Murong Yan nervously: "How is it?"

Murong Yan took back her hand and breathed a sigh of relief: "It's okay. The princess will be fine when she wakes up. Just pay attention to her care and take care of herself in the future."

Lou Yan: "Really?"

Murong Yan nodded and said helplessly: "I'll guarantee it with my head."

Lou Yan wanted to say something more, but Qin Zhen raised her hand and patted the back of his hand, saying softly: "Don't embarrass her. I'm really fine. Don't be nervous."
