Chapter 105 Father and Son

Shuichi Akai first learned of the existence of the black organization twelve years ago.

His parents are both mi6 agents. His father, Akai Taketake, became a British citizen after getting married. Before that, he had been living in Japan, where most of his relatives and friends were also.

Akai Mutake had a friend from childhood, Yasuharu Haneda. His only son was named Koji Haneda. He went to the United States to participate in a chess competition, but unfortunately he was involved in a murder case and died in mysterious circumstances.

Yasuharu Haneda was angry at the tragic death of his only son. The incident took place in the United States, and the American police had never found the murderer. It was unreliable to ask the Japanese police to trace it, so he thought of his friend Akai Taketake who immigrated to the United Kingdom, where he married a wife and had children. Please

He traveled to the United States to investigate.

That year, Shuichi Akai was fifteen years old. Before leaving, his father hugged his mother, who was pregnant again at the time, touched his and his brother's heads respectively, and said that he would be back soon to catch up with the birth of his third son or first daughter.

.

That was the last time Shuichi Akai saw his father.

——Akai Mutake went to the United States alone, and his whereabouts and life and death are unknown since then. He only left them an email.

[You may not have me in your future life. I have provoked an incredible guy.]

Afterwards, Akai Mari took them to Japan. His father's email mentioned that it was safer here.

Yasuharu Haneda felt very guilty about the disappearance of his friend. In addition, he lost his only son and wanted to adopt a child, so his younger brother became the adopted son of the Haneda family and began to learn shogi.

Shuichi Akai didn't believe that his father died like that, and his body was never found.

He told his mother that he wanted to study in the United States, but he went to the United States alone before his sister was born.

After studying, getting a green card, working, and joining the FBI, he did not find the whereabouts of his father, but finally found out who he had offended back then.

It is a criminal organization shrouded in mystery. The name of the organization is unknown, and most of its members are dressed in black. The FBI has been investigating this organization for many years, and many agents have been killed during this period, but there has not been much progress.

Until that boy - Gray Crow appeared.

The female ogre case five years ago shocked the entire United States. Many foreign media also rushed to report that the FBI would take over such a vicious case involving children and was very concerned about Gray Crow, who almost became the seventh victim.

Gray Crow was only nine years old at the time, and had incredible injuries. If Ms. Crowe hadn't been able to produce the physical examination report when she adopted him, she would have been sent to prison by the FBI on charges of child abuse.

She refused to send her adopted son to receive psychological treatment, which aroused the high vigilance of several female agents who cared about him.

With their repeated requests and voluntary overtime work, the FBI conducted long-term surveillance on Ms. Crowe and finally caught evidence of her contact with that organization.

The FBI realized this was a good opportunity, and they sent undercover agents to contact her, hoping to take this opportunity to break into the organization.

As a result, the undercover mission was unsuccessful.

The undercover agent disappeared, Ms. Crowe suddenly committed suicide, and Gray Crowe was given custody by relatives on the day he graduated.

By the time the FBI found the undercover agent's dissected body, the boy had already boarded a plane to Paris and disappeared from their sight.

But they didn't get nothing. They learned that the organization's roots were in Japan, and the United States was only one of the countries where they operated, so they were still unable to get much information from their desperate pursuit here.

When he learned that the foundation of the organization was in Japan, Akai Shuichi was not at peace in his heart.

He still remembered that before his father disappeared, he asked them to come to Japan, saying that it was safer than Britain or the United States... but in the end, his wife and children went directly to the enemy's lair.

After leaving Morohoshi's house, Akai Shuichi made sure that there was no suspicious person nearby, and then walked towards the place where he currently lives.

There was no one around and the street was very remote. He took out a cigarette from his pocket and lit it, silently recalling the progress of the two tasks.

It was such a coincidence that the illegal organization that Morohoshi's father borrowed money from was probably the black organization they wanted to investigate. The coincidence was so coincidental that Shuichi Akai began to wonder if this was a trap.

Although Japan is a country where the underworld is legal and there are many organizations, big and small, there are not many lawless ones, especially when he calls them like crows.

Mentioning crows, Akai Shuichi once again thought of Gray Crow.

This boy's surname is Crow in English, but his appearance and temperament are completely different from those of the sinister and cunning birds. He looks very harmless, and it is easy for others to worry about him.

I remember that the FBI went to the school to check on him, and an agent patiently explained to him that the teacher next door was a bad person who wanted to harm him.

But he stupidly said it didn't matter, he could forgive her because the cake the female ogre fed him was delicious... as if he didn't realize the seriousness of the matter at all.

Akai Shuichi crossed the bridge and returned to the apartment where he was temporarily living. After checking that no one had broken into the apartment, he called Judy.

"I met Mr. Morohoshi, and he refused to go to the United States." Shuichi Akai said straight to the point.

"Why?" Judy was surprised. "He hasn't seen his son for several years. Don't you miss him?"

"His eyes...are a little inconvenient."

Akai Shuichi didn't know how to tell Judy about this, fearing that she would be impulsive if she knew about it.

He recalled the content of the exchange between the two at Morohoshi's house. Mr. Morohoshi first thanked them for their kindness, and then once again rejected the FBI's invitation to take him to the United States.

"Now that I am like this, I don't want to bring him more trouble. As long as I know that he is safe, I am satisfied."

Mr. Morohoshi had a satisfied smile on his face when he spoke. It seemed that hearing that the child was truly safe could soothe the painful experience and pain on his body.

Akai Shuichi is not a person who is good at persuading others. Facing such a father, he felt completely different from the difficulty and powerlessness when facing a prisoner. He really didn't know how to persuade him better.

"It's not convenient for your eyes?" Judy on the opposite side was stunned.

As a girlfriend, she knew Akai Shuichi relatively well, knowing that sometimes he could talk promiscuously about people of the same sex, and sometimes he could be so gloomy that he wouldn't even say a word.

"Well, I'll go there and have a look too. Sometimes your aura is too scary. Maybe he thinks you are a bad guy and is on guard."

Akai Shuichi wanted to defend himself, but suddenly he remembered the dark history of one, two, and three of his kind attempts to persuade people to leave the dangerous area, but instead treated them as a bad guy and scared the other party to tears. The dark history of Akai who went to visit and investigate, but was treated as a good buddy by criminals and tried to hook up with each other.

Five, six, seven, eight...

...and when he was going to see Gray Crow, his colleagues stopped him at the door and refused to approach him.

Akai Shuichi no longer thinks about the past that left him speechless, "I'll send you the address. Please."

At 9 o'clock in the morning the next day, Akai Shuichi went to Morohoshi's house again.

When he walked to the door, he vaguely felt something was wrong. This was an intuition he had developed after encountering several dangers.

The doors of the apartment here all open outwards. Shuichi Akai found that the door was not closed. He took the door handle and pulled it gently, and the door opened.

I saw Moro Hoshida's father hanging on the beam at the door. As the door opened, his stiffened body swayed.

He was still wearing the clothes he wore when he met Akai Shuichi yesterday, and his ferocious and painful expression had a hint of peace that he had finally been relieved.

"..."

Akai Shuichi found an envelope lying at his feet. Just as he bent down to pick it up, he heard footsteps coming from the stairs.

One person...no, two people.

He quickly judged that one of the footsteps was ordinary and the other was the sound of high heels. There might be a woman among them.

Morohoshi's house was not far from the stairs. Akai Shuichi stared there with a gloomy expression, and then he saw an unexpected person appear there.

——It’s Miyano Akemi.
