Bodhi, for example, if someone has a human body like King Sumeru, what does that mean? Is this body a great thing?"

Subhuti replied:

"Very great, World Honored One. Why? The Buddha said it is not a body but a great body."

To put it simply, the Buddha asked Subhuti whether the solemn Buddha land is solemn. Subhuti replied: The solemn Buddha land is only called solemn, but it is not really solemn.

The Buddha used this as an introduction to the question of a pure mind. Finally, he asked a question about King Sumeru.

Yang Ji could see that the Buddha was using the example of the solemn Buddha Land to enlighten his disciple Subhuti. Later, Subhuti realized that when the Buddha mentioned the great body of King Sumeru, he did not really refer to the body, but just the name.

It's just called the body.

"Don't abide by color and generate the mind. Color refers to everything seen in the outside world. Mountains are color, water is color, people are color, and stars are also colors. Everything seen by the eyes is color. Abstaining from color creates the mind. It refers to nature. It means not being moved by external things, not being motivated by external things."

"Sounds, smells, tastes, touches, and dharmas should not arise in the mind. The sounds, smells, tastes, touches, and dharmas here naturally refer to hearing, smell, taste, and touch, but actually dharmas are also included."

Yang Ji secretly thought in his heart. Dharma refers to Buddhism, Taoism, magic, and of course martial arts and everything else. It is impossible for people in martial arts to abandon martial arts.

Even the method of uniting essence, energy and spirit is also a method.
