614, the worried child

Liuliu and Dudu wanted to frame Cheng Cheng. Although Cheng Cheng looked cute, Xiaobai could guess it. She asked: "Is it Cheng Cheng?"

Puliuli nodded. This little scoundrel was a little better than telling lies with her eyes open, because she didn't speak.

“Is it Cheng Cheng?” Xiaobai asked Dudu.

Dudu was so panicked that he scratched his itchy chin and said: "*...¥¥%¥%"

Xiaobai asked Cheng Cheng: "Cheng Cheng, do you know where the radio and pillow are?"

Cheng Cheng nodded and said, "It's from Li Baibao."

Xiao Bai immediately looked at Liuliu and Dudu. Liuliu sighed quickly and said, "Li Pendui must be very sad. Oops, it's not good. Good guy, Cheng Cheng, you are such a good guy. Li Pendui is going to cry."

Xiaobai asked Cheng Cheng: "Did you steal Cheng Cheng?"

 Cheng Cheng shook his head.

 Hongliu nodded.

The little bad guy Dudu nodded.

Cheng Cheng came to the door and said to the door: "Li Baibao, here."

 Then, Lao Li appeared.

Liuliu and Dudu were shocked and went into the room one after the other.

Lao Li had met Teacher Jiang before and knew that this was Xiaobai's grandma, whom Zhang Tan specially brought from Sichuan.

He is six years younger than Teacher Jiang, so they can be considered the same age. The two of them talk a lot together and have a good conversation. In addition, the principal, Aunt Huang, talks to her.

After dinner in the evening, Zhang Tan accompanied Teacher Jiang to the first floor to visit the children and distributed the snacks and fruits they bought to everyone. The children thanked Grandma Xiaobai one by one.

“Sit down in a row and divide the fruits~” Xiaobai stood at the feet of grandma and shouted, asking everyone to line up and pick up the fruits one by one.

Teacher Jiang was very happy to smile, so many children were very cute. Xiaobai stood beside her and introduced each child who came forward to her, who is this, who is that, and those who don’t know him just hesitate.

He is a good child until all the children have been introduced.

Luo Zikang sat on the steps outside the classroom. He was lonely and cold, watching the autumn wind sweep away the fallen leaves. All the children had been bribed by Xiaobai, and he was the only one left.

Ding Xiaohai also betrayed him, went to get Xiaobai’s snacks and fruits, and called Xiaobai’s grandma.

Ding Xiaohai asked him to go, but he didn't go. He wouldn't go.

He won’t reach out for anyone who doesn’t welcome him, and he won’t take it if it’s offered to him! Especially if there’s a bear drink in it, what he hates the most is the bear drink.

He sat on the steps, not looking, but he couldn't help but listen. His ears were filled with the chirping sounds of children calling Grandma Xiaobai.

He felt irritable, so he got up and walked around in the yard, got into the woods, and looked out through the wall at the bustling West Chang'an Street, where people were coming and going.

 “Who’s there?”

Suddenly Lao Li's voice sounded, and the flashlight came over and hit Luo Zikang's bald head, causing waves of reflections.

“Oh, good guy, it’s still rebounding!”

Lao Li shifted the flashlight slightly, moved it away from Luo Zikang's bald head, fell on him, and finally saw him clearly.

“Luo Zikang, why are you here? Everyone in the classroom is eating delicious food, why don’t you go quickly.”

“I’m not going.” Luo Zikang looked at him, then turned around and continued to look at the street.

Lao Li asked him again: "Would you like to come over for tea?"

 “I won’t drink it.”

“It tastes good, come and have a taste, it’s the taste of life.”

 “The taste of mulberry leaves.”

   …”

Old Li looked up to the sky and sighed. Bai Chunhua’s little melon boy had led the little red horse children astray. It was obviously a tea ceremony that had been passed down for thousands of years, but now it was just eating mulberry leaves.

He told Luo Zikang to go back early, then left, and sat down on the rocking chair in the yard, making tea. But in fact, half of his mind was in the woods, paying attention to Luo Zikang. He thought Luo Zikang was going to linger there until ten o'clock in the evening.

I went to sleep, but I didn't expect that Luo Zikang would come out just a short while later, clutching his bald head.

Although it is already after the Mid-Autumn Festival and the weather is getting cooler, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the woods.

Luo Zikang just came out and wandered outside the classroom. When he saw that Xiaobai and her grandmother were still there and talking to the children, he did not go in and sat down on the steps. The moon was not full tonight.

I don't know how long it took, but the noise in his ears finally stopped. He was just about to get up and go back to the classroom. It was time to go to bed. Suddenly, a man sat down next to him. He looked sideways and was shocked. It was a man with white hair.

Grandma, he knew Xiaobai's grandma.

He was at a loss. He didn't know whether to get up and leave, or continue to sit and act like he didn't see her. He didn't understand why Xiaobai's grandma was sitting here.

“Your name is Luo Zikang, right?” Teacher Jiang asked with a friendly smile, which made Luo Zikang lose some of his guard, nodded and said yes.

“Why don’t you come and get some fruits and snacks?”

 “…I don’t want to eat.”

“That’s right, but I brought it to you, how about you take it first? You have to wake up after sleeping at night, and you will be hungry by then. It’s just the right time to eat.”

Teacher Jiang put Luo Zikang’s small gift on the ground next to his hand.

Luo Zikang said stubbornly: "I don't want it, I hate drinking bear drinks."

Teacher Jiang: "I know, Xiaobai told me, so there is no bear drink in it, don't worry."

Luo Zikang didn't speak for a long time, not knowing what he was thinking, but in the end he stubbornly said he didn't want it.

Teacher Jiang said: "Not all of them are for you to eat. There are also some for your grandpa. They are vegetarian cakes from Nanputuo and tea cakes from Jiujiang. They are very suitable for the elderly. It is so hard for your grandpa to pick you up so late."

This time Luo Zikang was silent and didn't speak for a long time.

Teacher Jiang put down her things and left.

Luo Zikang opened his mouth, wanting to call her out and ask her to take the things back, but in the end he didn't say a word.

Teacher Jiang's figure disappeared into the classroom. Luo Zikang withdrew his gaze and looked at the small snack box on the ground, wondering what he was thinking.

At eleven o'clock in the evening, Luo Zikang's grandfather came to pick him up.

Luo Zikang has not fallen asleep. He is lying on the bed with his eyes open, and there are all kinds of strange sounds in his ears, including teeth grinding, farting, rolling over, talking in sleep, and occasional crying or laughter.

He couldn't lie down for a long time. He was so upset by the infinitely amplified sounds. When he heard Teacher Xiaoman calling him, he immediately stood up, put on his clothes and shoes, and was about to leave when he remembered something under the pillow and reached for it.

What came out was a small snack box.

“Be gentle, everyone is still sleeping.” Teacher Xiaoman said.

When Luo Zikang passed by Liliu's little bed, he stopped for a moment and stared at the Guawazi who was talking in her sleep, grinding her teeth and farting, and really wanted to pull her out of her sleep.

 “What’s wrong?” Teacher Xiaoman asked.

“Liuliu is farting.” Luo Zikang complained.

Teacher Xiaoman didn’t know whether to laugh or cry: “What can we do?”

Luo Zikang thought that there was really nothing he could do, so he had no choice but to leave.
