1677 Three Doors

The strong floral fragrance came to my nose. Shalu was not a person who loved fragrance, but when I smelled this floral fragrance, I couldn't help but take a few deep breaths.

In the fragrance of flowers, Shalu's originally anxious mood slowly became soothed.

He opened his eyes, wanting to see where he was.

In front of you is a winding path, at the end of which is a very inconspicuous looking wooden house.

However, the wooden house looked inconspicuous. But the path leading to the wooden house made Sharu feel frightened. Because on both sides of the path, there was endless darkness, like a road emerging from the chaotic void.

Against this background, even the wooden house became weird.

"Where is this?" Shalu took a step back in fear, but as soon as his toes touched the ground, he immediately took it back. Because behind him, there was also endless void.

There was only one road leading to the wooden house that allowed him to stand firm.

Shalu's mind was constantly changing. He wanted to know where this place was, but no one told him. He shouted loudly, but he got no response.

Shalu could only calm down.

Surrounded by the rich fragrance of flowers, Shalu inexplicably felt that his thinking became much clearer.

With no one responding, it seems that the only thing he can do now is to explore by himself. But if he explores, the environment here is so weird, it may be dangerous.

When Cellul hesitated, the faces of Angel and Froud appeared in his mind.

There is no doubt that it was them who brought him here.

If they wanted to let him die, there were too many ways, and it shouldn't be that troublesome. Since they didn't want him to die, it was definitely not an unsolvable dead end for them to leave themselves here.

Since it's not a dead end, maybe there's a way out.

The only way in front of me seemed to be to go to that wooden house.

Shahru thought for a moment, and finally took a step towards the wooden house. He couldn't stay where he was. If he wanted to ask for a change, he had to make a change.

While Shalu was walking towards the wooden house, Angel and Froud were also talking outside.

"Sharu's character, despite his reckless and arrogant character, actually according to my observation, he is very cautious, even to the point of being timid." There was doubt on Froud's face: "With Shahru's character, he

Will you really enter the cabin?"

Angel glanced at Froud with some surprise: "It seems that you have not entered the House of Heart."

Flood wondered: "Does this matter?"

"If you have ever entered the House of Heart, you should know that Shalu will definitely enter the wooden house, not only because he has no choice, but also because he is not thinking at all at that time."

Shahru thought he had made a careful decision and chose to enter the cabin. In fact, this was not the case. According to his real-life character, he could not have made the decision so quickly.

The reason why he decided so quickly was actually because of the fragrance of the flowers. The fragrance of the flowers was actually part of the illusion. It seemed to wake up the mind, but in fact it also had the effect of inducing thinking.

For an illusion wizard like Angel, the fragrance of flowers is completely useless to him. But for Shalu, under the temptation of the fragrance of flowers, he would not notice anything strange at all, and thought it was his own decision.

After listening to Angel's words, Froud finally realized that the fragrance of flowers in the House of Heart had this effect. He had previously recorded the process of Knight Sabel entering the House of Heart, and actually discovered the anomaly of the fragrance of flowers, but he did not

No focus was placed on this.

"Speaking of which, are you really not going to experience the House of Heart?" Angel looked at Froude.

A trace of embarrassment flashed across Froud's face, and his eyes were slightly averted: "Forget it, I don't know if I am obsessed with it or with a demon. I just don't want to face... the past."

Angel took a deep look at Froud and nodded noncommittally: "It's up to you. Anyway, the House of Heart is here, and you can experience it at any time."

"Facing the past is actually facing your future."

Froud lowered his head, said "hmm" and stopped talking.

On the other side, Shalu was almost approaching the wooden house. So far, he didn't feel anything strange.

"Perhaps I am too worried. There is actually no danger in the wooden house?" Just as Shalu was thinking this, a black shadow suddenly passed by the window of the wooden house.

Shalu paused for a moment.

He didn't see clearly what the black shadow was, but the appearance of this black shadow meant that there must be someone in the wooden house...or some kind of creature.

Shalu felt slightly uneasy, but when the fragrance of flowers entered his nose, this uneasiness inexplicably weakened. Shalu did not notice it himself, but said to himself: "Maybe there is Master Thiessen inside, he has

Why did you come to me to do this? Or maybe my brother Lisa is in there?"

Shalu's mind kept thinking of the party that was leaning toward interests, making him no longer so afraid, and even had greater expectations, and continued walking towards the wooden house.

When he came to the wooden house, Shalu noticed that there were several pots of brightly colored flowers placed on the steps of the wooden house. The rich fragrance must have come from these flowers.

Shalu raised his feet and stepped onto the steps.

The moment his feet touched the ground, the surrounding environment suddenly changed. It was like time and space were staggered. The original wooden house disappeared, and what appeared in front of Shalu was a corridor connected to the void at both ends.

In this corridor, there are three doors.

While Shalu was still wondering what happened before, he had already arrived at the first door.

When Shalu saw this door, a trace of disbelief flashed in his eyes. This door was very old and had mottled marks on it.

Shalu looked at this familiar door, and many childhood memories suddenly appeared in his mind.

He squatted down and touched the door frame at his knees with his hands. When he touched some scratches, his eyes suddenly became moist.

Why is there such a door here? Why does this door appear here even though it has been away for more than ten years?

Shalu put his ear against the door, trying to hear what was going on inside, but he couldn't hear anything.

He stretched out his trembling hands to push open the door.

But finally, he took his hand back.

After his mother passed away, he and his brother Lisa left their hometown with their uncle and went to live in Saint Syme City. Since then, he has never returned to his former home.

And the door in front of me is the door of my former residence.

He wanted to push away and take a look, but was afraid.

This is a strange feeling, not the kind of worry and fear about the unknown, but the fear of facing the place where I once lived...or, in other words, the fear of being close to home.

In the end, Shalu clenched his fists and did not push the door open.

He planned to look at the other two doors and figure out the situation here first.

Shalu took a deep breath and came to the second door. This door was an iron door.

Even though the iron door was featureless and as cold as ice, Shalu still recognized it at a glance.

This is the door of my uncle's house.

He and his brother Lisa lived at his uncle's house for six years, and those six years were the most painful six years in his life. The feeling of living under someone else's roof, and the memories of being unable to resist, were like nightmares that have been haunting him until now.

Shalu looked at the iron door, a cold light of hatred flashed in his eyes.

However, he still didn't push the door open. He even didn't bother to touch the door.

The third door that Shahru finally came to was completely different from the previous two doors. It was a door divided into two halves. The door frame was made of stone. It looked familiar...

It seems to be the gate of Chuxin City?

However, it is a reduced version.
