Chapter 22 Strange Seabirds

In the following days, Moro did not show up again. Erin and Allen began to practice the triangle guidance technique, while Angel was immersed in the ideas of the questions assigned by Jon.

Moro said that knowledge is the most important thing for a wizard. Angel doesn't know whether Professor Jon's knowledge is useful, but he knows that this knowledge can enlighten his wisdom and make his vision not limited to the current situation.

Useful or useless. Angel doesn't care.

Angel writes furiously, and the complex formulas and numbers become yesterday's drafts. Every day, Angel has new ideas for solving problems, from molecules and atoms to magnetic fields, wave bands, and different angles.

Bring him different surprises.

As time went by, Angel knew that he was getting closer and closer to the correct answer.

On this day, Angel put down the quill in his hand and rubbed his temples. His brain was working hard for nearly half a month, and he answered more and more questions. He was getting closer to the final answer, with only the last 10 questions left.

He's making progress. But the continuous concentration is too much for his head. Especially this morning, he even had tinnitus and black vision. This shows that his body is already sending him an alarm.

Even though Angel was impatient for the answer, he still stopped. He was 14 years old this year and was still in adolescence. If the internal balance of the body was broken due to a moment of radicalization, causing changes in the most important period of his life, then he would be

No place to cry.

I have heard from Jon's mentor before that he suffered a serious illness due to his lifestyle habits during his adolescence, and his height later stagnated at 165. Angel didn't know if what the mentor said was true or he was just making excuses.

But would you rather believe that it exists than believe that it is nothing?

Angel yawned, stretched his arms, and straightened his legs. He looked at the clock hanging on the wall, it happened to be two o'clock in the afternoon.

Clocks are rare on the Edge Island, which is the Old Continent. Even the Pat Manor still used hourglasses, but in the Traditional Continent, clocks have long been known to the general public.

Pushing open the round cover on the wooden wall panel, Angel immediately smelled the tidal smell of the ocean.

This round wooden cover is the ship window. There are also such breathable windows in the middle-floor guest rooms of the Bauhinia, but the rooms on the ground floor do not have such treatment.

The sun was shining brightly, and the ripples on the sea surface made his eyes swell. The outside air was convection with the cramped room, and Angel didn't care about the fishy smell. He closed his eyes lazily, blowing the soft and warm sea breeze, and his thoughts began to wander wildly.
Angel recalled the beauty of his childhood, the love of his parents, the care of his brother, the teachings of his mentor, and then the green young man who was obsessed with the ocean of knowledge day and night. Angel's memories always made him smile unconsciously. He never ceased to smile.

When Pat left the Manor, he didn't take anything with him. Only this memory can stay with him for a lifetime.

Angel decided to follow Moro to the Fan Continent and become a wizard, not only to save his mentor, but also to revitalize his family. In the old continent, even a wizard apprentice received far better treatment than the emperor.

Pro-noble.

Moro once said that the lifespan of an official wizard is at least five hundred years. If he breaks through again, it will not be difficult to reach a thousand years. Angel has no extravagant hope of protecting his family for a thousand years. At least within a hundred years, no three generations of relatives will be able to

Prosperity is enough.

It was calm outside, and Angel wanted to relax, so he simply took out a tea bag from his luggage.

The tea bag contains morning dew after rain. At first, Angel divided all the morning dew after rain in the manor into two parts, and gave one part to Moro, while he took the rest with him.

Although Angel didn't like drinking this slightly bitter tea, he remembered that Moro said that this kind of tea was considered a low-level magic plant. He was about to enter the mysterious world of wizards. Drinking some from time to time should be helpful.

Beneficial, right?

When Angel was sipping tea, his eyes were wide open and the corners of his mouth were slightly upturned. Even if there was no one around, his every move and every detail, even the straight back when he picked up the teacup, looked very elegant. This kind of nobleman

His temperament seems to have been deeply buried in his bones. Coupled with Jon's years of accumulation of poetry and books, Angel's temperament has an extra gentleness. The combination of temperament makes his whole person glow with charming charm.<

Well, it would be better if you were older and your face was more mature. Angel muttered to himself in the mirror.

After drinking the cup, as before, the morning dew after the rain gave Angel nothing but bitterness and a taste of grass leaves. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t necessarily good either.

As for the efficacy of magic plants mentioned by Moro, it generally has nothing to do with him.

Jigujigu——

While Angel was contemplating the three flavors of tea, a bird chirped from the window, followed by a flapping of wings.

Angel looked up and saw a strange seabird that came from nowhere sitting on the windowsill.

The seabird is estimated to be about the size of two palms, with gray and brown feathers, red claws, an orange pointed beak, and green eyes. All of the above are in line with the basic characteristics of a seabird, but the reason why Angel calls it weird is because of this

The bird actually has decorations on it!

He wore a white high hat on his head, and a blue and white bib tied around his neck. There was a reflective pattern on the bib. What struck Angel the most was that there was a small blue bag hanging diagonally on the seabird's body.

He looks like the pigeon postman from a fairy tale.

The seabirds were chirping, and their green eyes were staring at Angel, as if they were having a conversation with him.

Angel laughed and rolled his eyes. Thinking that there was no outsider in the room, the young man's mind was at its peak again. He pursed his lips and talked to the seabird in a pretentious manner.

The seabird chirped.

Angel smiled and said: "You said your name is Jigu? It's really interesting. Who is your master and why he dresses you up so stylishly!"

The seabird narrowed his eyes and chirped disdainfully.

Angel stretched out his slender fingers and gently tapped the seabird's little head: "I told you that you are stylish, and your tail is even raised."

Hearing Angel's words, the seabird tilted its head and wanted to fly away. But after hesitating for a while, it stopped again, turned back and kept chirping, as if it wanted something.

Angel didn't notice it and was still playing with the bird happily. While playing with the bird, Angel also discovered that the seabird's small blue satchel was printed with the same pattern as its bib.
The pattern seems to be in the style of a badge. In the center is a lady with purple curly hair who is so fat that her face has several layers of flesh. This lady has flaming red lips, a small nose, seductive eye makeup, and a mole on her chin.

If she didn't have that fat, she would definitely be a beautiful girl. Unfortunately, a white body covers all ugliness, and a fat body ruins everything. On both sides of the pattern is a knife and a fork intersecting.

It looks quite strange. I wonder what it means? Is it a clan emblem? Angel smiled, if it is really a clan emblem, this family has a big heart.

If it wasn't a family emblem, what could it be? Angel didn't understand, but he didn't ask for a clear explanation. As soon as the question came up in his mind, he was thrown out of his mind in a flash.

Although curiosity is the first virtue of a learner, he prefers to use curiosity in the exploration of the truth.

Angel also found that Seabird's small satchel was bulging, and it must contain something. However, Angel did not reach out to take it, and took it without asking in front of the owner. He could not do this kind of behavior.

, even if the owner of this packet is a sea bird.

The seabird was still chirping, but Angel was talking to it like a duck. It looked very depressed and was pacing back and forth anxiously by the window sill.

"Little Jigu, why did you come to my place? Are you hungry or thirsty?"

When the seabird heard the name 'Little Chigu', he wanted to roll his eyes at Angel, but when he heard the next question, the seabird's eyes lit up and he nodded quickly, his little head pecking at rice.

"It turns out you're hungry, you're so smart, and you can find food by yourself." Angel took out the food bag from the drawer, took out the bread, and crumbled it while muttering: "I didn't know you

Who is the master of the house, and how did he train you to be so obedient? You can also understand people's words and know how to reply."

Angel looked out the window at the endless sea. "There are no islands nearby... Could it be that they were raised by the extraordinary people living on the top floor of the Bauhinia?"
