"The ambition is fulfilled and the merits are complete!"
Seeing that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was not only resurrected, but also the aura on his body surged, exuding a mysterious and mysterious mystery, obviously reaching a new level, Huang Shang was stunned for a moment, and then he immediately reacted.
Buddhism's ambition is a very special method, similar to Kurapika's technique in "Hunter". It can gain great power by making huge aspirations and setting great restrictions on oneself.
and some special magical powers to complete this ambition. And once this ambition is completed, oneself will also be blessed by the huge power accumulated over countless years, so that the power will be greatly increased, and the realm will be broken through in one fell swoop.
Moreover, the greater the ambition you make, the stronger the power you will gain, and the greater the benefits you will receive after completing your ambition!
Because of this, this method has also become a technique commonly used by some Buddhists to break through the realm.
It's just that although this method can obtain powerful power, it also imposes great suffering and restrictions on oneself. Not only does one need to stick to one's heart at all times and work hard to fulfill one's ambitions, but both the soul and the body will suffer severe pain.
Even if you are unable to fulfill your ambition, your lifelong cultivation will be limited to a certain level at the moment, and you will no longer be able to achieve breakthroughs.
That is to say, as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said: "If hell is not empty, I will never become a Buddha. Only when all sentient beings are saved can Bodhi be realized!"
You must know that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's cultivation, qualifications and talents are among the best in Buddhism. If he had not made this great wish at the beginning, he would have already achieved Buddhahood like many Buddhas in Buddhism.
But in order to save the evil ghosts in hell, he gained powerful power by making great wishes, and had supernatural powers of salvation that even the Buddha could not match. This also kept his cultivation realm stuck in the realm of Bodhisattva, unable to break through at all.
But now, due to the partial escape of the Yuanshi Demon, in order to restore its own strength, it burned all the evil ghosts in hell and made the hell empty. This is also another way to fulfill the ambition of "I will not become a Buddha until hell is empty", and it is also true.
Because of this, the huge power brought by the completion of the great wish not only allowed Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva to be reborn in Nirvana, but also broke through the bottleneck and reached a higher level, becoming Ksitigarbha Buddha!
"Amitabha!"
In Huang Shang's shocked eyes, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, no, to be precise, Ksitigarbha Buddha slowly opened his eyes, smiled slightly at Huang Shang, and said: "Dependent origination and annihilation, cause and effect reincarnation, Huang Donor
, we meet again."
At this point, Ksitigarbha Buddha actually made a Buddhist salute to Huang Shang, and then said: "Thank you so much, Donor Huang, for helping me practice, fulfill my great wish, and achieve the status of Buddha. The cause and effect here will be repaid in the future!"
Although he died before, due to the relic, he now knew what had just happened, so he said these words to Huang Shang.
Buddhism attaches great importance to cause and effect. It is said that the cause must be repaid and the effect must be repaid. Although it was Constantine who just let go of the Yuanshi Demon and tricked the Yuanshi Demon, this made the Yuanshi Demon have to take the fuel from the bottom of the cauldron and directly burn all the evil spirits in hell.
He exchanged evil thoughts for powerful power for his own use, but if Huang Shang hadn't kept preventing the Yuanshi Demon from escaping, things would never have evolved to this point.
So from a causal perspective, he also owed Huang Shang a huge favor!
But now that he has achieved the status of Buddha, he no longer calls himself a poor monk, but calls himself "I". This is obviously another change in Buddhism.
The so-called Buddha is the only one in heaven and on earth. This "I" who is the only one does not mean that Lao Tzu is the best in the world. It means that only by taking one's own heart as the criterion and seeing through all obstacles and falsehoods can one achieve Buddhahood. Here,
Before, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was just a Bodhisattva who had not yet fulfilled his great aspirations. In order to break the barriers of cause and effect, he always called himself a poor monk. But now that he has fulfilled his great wishes, achieved cause and effect, seen his original mind clearly, and achieved Buddhahood, he can call himself "I".
"!
"Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva... No, Ksitigarbha Buddha is too polite. I can't afford such a great gift. If it weren't for your help, I wouldn't be able to do this."
Hearing Ksitigarbha's words, Huang Shang quickly turned sideways to avoid the Buddhist gift from Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and then said with a wry smile: "It's a pity that the success fell short, and the Yuanshi Demon escaped."
"There is a common saying that a blessing in disguise is a blessing in disguise. Although the devil is out of trouble, it may not be a bad thing in terms of the overall situation. At least for me, it is an opportunity for success."
However, Ksitigarbha smiled slightly at this moment and said: "Also, whether it is Bodhisattva or Buddha, they are all empty appearances. Donor Huang, you can just call me Ksitigarbha."
Having said this, King Ksitigarbha paused for a moment, and then continued: "Friend Huang Dao, don't worry too much. Everything in this world can't go as planned. Just try your best... Maybe there will be another problem with this matter."
Where’s the turnaround?”
"Try your best, is there any chance of turning around?"
After hearing Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's words, a flash of light suddenly flashed in Huang Shang's mind.
Before going to Blood Prison Youquan, he also asked Tongtian Cult Master, Lu Dongbin and others about the specific situation of this operation, but all he got was an answer of "do your best". At this moment, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva also
So, is there another connection here?
Thinking of this, Huang Shang couldn't help but ask: "Dare I ask senior... Is there any mystery behind this?"
"Whether there is another mystery, I don't know much about it. I only know that before this, Tathagata Buddha once passed down a decree, telling me that this time is both a killing calamity and an opportunity for me. Only by killing one's own body can I become a Buddha.
, now it seems that this sentence has come true."
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva shook his head and said: "In addition, there are many doubts and inaccuracies about this operation. Perhaps the answers to all of these can only be obtained from the Buddha and the three Taoist ancestors."
Having said this, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva smiled slightly and said: "Since Donor Huang has many doubts in his heart, why not go directly to Taoist Patriarch and ask him a question?"
"Too……"
After hearing Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's words, Huang Shang also reacted.
Instead of thinking about so many things, it is better to go back and meet with Dao Ancestor directly. Firstly, he can tell them clearly what happened here, and secondly, he can also clear up the doubts in his mind.
And just as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said, this action is indeed full of doubts.
First of all, those powerful demons and leftists appeared too suddenly. Secondly, although the Taoist sect had made a lot of preparations and precautions, they always felt that something was wrong, and these precautions were still a little too sparse. Just relying on that
The eight ancient capitals and the powerful men from Shushan were able to deal with these things. Even if they added themselves and the summoned Emperor Fengdu, they still seemed to be insufficient.
This is indeed the case. If Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva hadn't passed away and he had performed exceptionally, and even had a second personality backstabbing the demon incarnation, the situation would have collapsed long ago.
It is related to the seal of the Yuanshi Demon, and the Dao Sect's preparation should not be so simple.
Also, the same is true about what Constantine said before about the three Taoist ancestors being restrained by the three goddesses of destiny in Olympus. Since the three Taoist ancestors had long been on guard against the Yuanshi Demon's escape, how could they be so easily able to do so at a critical moment? What if he was so restrained that he couldn't even prevent the Yuanshi Demon from escaping?
There are too many unreasonable things in all of this, and he must ask to find out!
PS: Here comes the third update, okay, there is also an explosive update, it will be released soon, please support!
