Chapter 216: Tired

Almost fifteen minutes later, the taxi arrived near Yoyogi Park. Naruse leaned forward and guided the driver to the downstairs of the apartment.

"Arrived."

He pushed Shangzi and Haixing, and they dragged their tired bodies out of the car and took out the things in the trunk.

After paying the fare, Naruse got off the car and took most of the shopping bags from Naoko.

Watching the taxi door automatically close and restart, she asked, "How much?"

"What...the fare? It's more than four thousand yen."

"It's so expensive..."

Naruse lowered his head and looked at the large and small bags in his hands.

"..."

She bumped him lightly with her arm and said, "This is not the same thing."

Naruse smiled.

"Anyway, I don't have the energy to squeeze into the tram... Let's get on first."

After dragging the two of them into the apartment, then into the elevator, and back to the room upstairs, neither Matsu Chiaki nor Ms. Sato came back yet.

"I haven't sent any messages yet. I'm probably still busy filming. No need to wait for them."

"It doesn't matter."

"If it's late in the evening, they will make dinner on the way."

"Okay."

After Shangzi sat on the sofa for a while, he felt that his legs were extremely heavy and he couldn't lift them up.

"I'll prepare dinner..."

"I'll do it." After spending the whole afternoon shopping, Naruse's attention was focused on the two of them most of the time, and he was more energetic now, "What do you want to eat."

"Want to eat..."

Shangzi thought for a moment, then turned to look at the starfish, "What does the starfish want to eat?"

"..."

She opened her mouth and shook her head.

"Don't know?"

"No... I don't want to eat anything. I just feel so tired..."

As she said that, she fell aside.

"My legs are so sore...and my body is so heavy..."

Looking at the starfish, Naoko smiled at Naruse and said, "I feel the same way."

"Aren't you hungry?"

"Hungry...but don't want to eat."

Naruse was a little helpless and had no choice, "Let's rest for a while first."

He also sat down.

The two of them sat slumped on the sofa, looking at the "trophies" randomly placed on the ground.

"It seems that I was brainwashed as soon as I arrived in Ginza...My mind is filled with the voice of 'buy, buy, buy'." Naoko said softly.

"Who made it the most prosperous commercial street in Japan?"

She smiled, leaned forward, and leaned forward.

"It cost a lot of money..."

"It's all my mother's fault."

"No..." Shangzi shook his head, "Forget about eating, drinking, having fun and traveling. These are things I want to buy myself."

Naruse didn't say much. He turned to look at her for a while, and then his eyes fell on the starfish lying next to him.

"Starfish?"

No response.

Holding his arm, Naoko tilted that way, glanced at it, and tried to get up but had no strength, so Naruse pulled him back.

"Asleep."

Naruse shook his head, took the thin blanket placed on the sofa, and asked Naoko to cover her.

After sitting for a while, he stood up and said, "I'm going to cook some udon noodles. You should be able to eat it, right?"

Shangzi nodded.

"Naoko, do you want to take a shower first?" Naruse asked again.

She looked at him, "What if I fall asleep in the bathtub..."

"Then let's go after eating."

He walked into the kitchen and got ready.

After staring there for a while, Shangzi stood up with support and packed up the things he bought.

After carrying all the big and small bags back to the room and the living room, Haixing was still sleeping.

Shangzi walked into the kitchen, "Have you prepared some starfish too?"

"Yeah."

"She seemed to be sleeping deeply."

Naruse stared at the cooking pot, "Then drag her back before she falls deeper into sleep."

Shangzi smiled and didn't go out, just watching from the side.

After a while, when the udon noodles were almost cooked, she returned to the living room and pushed the starfish on the sofa.

"Starfish, let's have something to eat."

"Well..."

"The udon noodles are already cooked."

"I won't eat..."

She dragged the blanket and covered her face, "I want to sleep..."

She soon became silent again.

"..."

Naoko looked back at Naruse at the kitchen door.

He shook his head and said, "Let her sleep, let's eat first."

"Okay."

Two bowls of udon were brought over, and the two of them sat at the dining table and started eating.

"How about."

“The noodles are neither hard nor too soft, and the texture is just right.”

"I just added some chopped green onions, isn't it a little too bland?"

"It's okay."

"There are leftovers from yesterday in the refrigerator. Let me bring them over."

"Okay."

After eating a large bowl of udon noodles, both of them felt a lot more energetic.

Buzz——

Naruse glanced at the news.

"My mother is ready to come back."

"Is this the end of time? Then dinner..."

"It will be sorted out on the way. Well, I'll tell them."

After dinner, after sitting for a while, Naoko went to take a shower, and Naruse washed their dishes.

Back in the living room, Starfish on the sofa is still sleeping deeply.

"Sleeping like a coma... are you so tired?"

Naruse sat next to him, lifted up the blanket and took a look.

Feeling the light, the curled-up girl frowned slightly and moved her lips, but quickly returned to calm.

The blanket covered up the ups and downs of breathing, and the loose blond hair half covered her face, like an exquisite doll.

There was no one else in the living room, and she was unaware. He stared at her for a while without being disturbed.

"..."

When he looked away, he sighed silently.

By the time Naoko came out of the shower, Naruse had already returned to his room, playing on the computer.

"Chunhai, do you want to take a shower?"

"Later, my mother and the others will be back soon."

"Okay." She wiped her hair and sat on the bed, looking at him from behind.

After more than half an hour, Matsu Chiaki and Miss Sato finally went home.

"I'm back..."

"Welcome back."

Shangzi came out to greet her, and Song Qianqiu lay on top of her, "I'm really tired today...it smells so good. Has Shangzi already taken a shower?"

"Yeah."

Miss Sato walked in, holding a small packaged cake in her hand, "Master."

"Thank you." Naruse took it and put the cake in the refrigerator.

After lying on Shangzi for a while, Song Qianqiu moved to the sofa, and then he discovered that there was someone lying under the blanket.

"Starfish?"

"Asleep."

"Why did you fall asleep here?"

"Too tired." Naruse said.

"Ah, by the way... you are going to Ginza in the afternoon."

Song Qianqiu touched her ankle and asked, "Did you buy a lot of things?"

"Pretty much, I think they want to move the whole Ginza home."

"..."

Shangzi glanced at him and blushed a little.

Matsu Qianqiu smiled and sighed, "I haven't gone shopping in Ginza for a long time."

"Miss Matsu, we just went there last week." Miss Sato reminded.

"..."

Song Qianqiu was silent for a moment and stared.

"One week is a long time!"

"Okay."

After sitting on the sofa and chatting for a while, seeing that Haixing still didn't wake up, she gave him a few gentle pushes.

"Starfish, go back to your room and sleep."

"Well..."

"Why can't this child wake up...Chunhai, take her in."

"I can't hold you."

"Hurry up."

"..."

Naruse walked over and poked Haixing in the face a few times.

Snap!

She opened his hand, turned over and continued to sleep.

Shangzi sighed softly.

"It's better to carry her in, and I'll make the bed."

Naruse bent down and picked up Haixing.

Back in Matsu Qianqiu's room, Naoko had already pulled away the quilt. Naruse carefully put down the girl in his arms and covered her with the quilt again.

"..."

Naoko pulled the quilt off Haixing's face and glanced at Naruse.

"Who made her hit me just now?"

"Okay..." She pushed him out and returned to the living room.

Ms. Sato had already gone to take a shower, while Matsu Chiaki lay slumped on the sofa, showing her exhaustion.

"The shooting went smoothly in the morning. In the afternoon, there was a long line of about five minutes. I always felt that the emotions were not well connected. I shot it back and forth and kept shooting. I don’t know how many times I shot it in the afternoon. When the shot was finally completed, it was...

It’s all dark...fortunately it’s an indoor scene.”

Naruse pursed his lower lip and sat next to her, "Thank you for your hard work."

Song Qianqiu smiled, then asked Shangzi to sit on the other side, holding the two children with both hands.

"Although it is indeed very hard, the moment I finish taking the last shot, I also feel an indescribable sense of satisfaction... I can take thousands more shots for this moment."

Naruse just nodded, and Matsu Qianqiu didn't say anything else. She leaned on him, held Naoko tightly on the other side, closed her eyes and rested.

She didn't open her eyes until Miss Sato came out of the bath.

"Ah, by the way...I'll sleep in Yoko's room at night."

She stood up and smiled at Shangzi, "After a day of shopping, Shangzi and Haixing should also have a good rest."

"Okay..."

Matsu Chiaki went to take a shower and waited for her to come out, followed by Naruse.

And when he came out of the bath, Shangzi was already lying down on the sofa.

"Still awake?"

She closed her eyes, "Asleep..."

After a brief silence, the body was picked up, and the corners of Shangzi's mouth curved.

"I'm also very tired today."

"Then let's rest together."

"Yeah."

After carrying Naoko back to the room and setting her down, Naruse just straightened up when she held her hand again.

"Good night."

"Good night."

After looking at the sleeping starfish, he closed the door and left.

It was less crowded when two people slept together. She pressed the quilt on Haixing, adjusted her position slightly, and Naoko fell asleep.

Time flows silently in the darkness.

The exhaustion accumulated all day swept over him. Shangzi couldn't resist it and quickly fell into a deep sleep.

After an unknown amount of time, the starfish suddenly opened its eyes.

"So hungry..."
