Chapter 27 Abrahams Prophecy

Rove is now very sensitive to the word prophecy.

The prophecies in the magical world are not just tricks used to deceive people, nor are they like the Delphi oracle in ancient Greece, who always gave ambiguous prophecies that could be explained no matter how they were interpreted.

For example... before the war between Cyrus the Great of Persia and Croesus, King of Lydia, the Oracle of Delphi predicted that Croesus's expedition "could destroy a great empire."

Croesus was overjoyed and sent troops to attack Persia, but he did not expect that the empire that was destroyed was actually Lydia.

Prophecies in the magical world rarely jump around so much, but directly point to the key content.

Whether it was back then, Grindelwald predicted the nuclear bomb explosion nearly twenty years in advance; or eleven years ago, Trelawney made a prophecy about the Dark Lord and the boy to Dumbledore... This is true.

So, when he heard another prophecy mentioning him, it was the prophecy from more than 600 years ago... Luo Fu's sensitive skin was offended.

"What kind of prophecy is it?" he asked quietly.

"Open that alchemy book." Nico said softly.

Luo Fu continued to read carefully. They were all unfamiliar words. He patiently turned to the seventh page, and a strange picture appeared.

A large tree with lush branches emits light outwards, but there is a dark green snake entangled in the roots. (Picture!)

Luofu stared at the painting for a moment and then continued to flip through it. What followed was still text. After flipping through another seven pages, the second picture appeared:

A naked woman holds a fish-like animal in her hand.

Rolf looked at the fish, with an obvious hesitation. He raised his head, and Nico turned around and leaned on the handle of the chair, nodding for the boy to continue.

Still on the seventh page, the third picture appears, which is also the most complicated picture:

In a room, there is a sealed box with a tree growing on it. There is also a wizard holding a sword. Behind him is a green dragon with a hat on his head.

Luofu quickly turned to the end and looked at the fourth picture:

A creature with ears as big as a bat was wiping a small cup.

"This alchemy book is divided into four groups, each group has seven pages, and the last page is full of pictures... The four pictures constitute a prophecy." Nico said softly:

"Abraham told me that the four magical creatures in the picture will guide a wizard to find the relics left by the ancient magical kingdom."

"Four magical creatures?" Rowe crossed his hands and held his chin and said, "Snake, fish, dragon... what is the fourth magical creature?"

The picture was not very clear. Judging from the appearance, it looked like a house elf, a goblin, or a dwarf.

"If that picture refers to Hufflepuff, I prefer house elves." Nico said softly: "Rolf, have you been to the kitchen of Hogwarts?"

"Sir, every Hufflepuff has spent time in the kitchen." Rolf leaned on his chair and smiled: "The kitchen is right next to our lounge."

"Then you must also know about the relationship between house elves and Hufflepuffs?"

"I know." Rolf nodded and said, "Back then, Hufflepuff let the house elves stay in the Hogwarts kitchen to ensure that they had jobs and would not be abused by wizards."

"Yes, even in this day and age, many house elves are being abused by pure-blood wizards." Nico praised:

"And a thousand years ago, young Hufflepuff did an extremely noble thing."

"Hufflepuff has a good relationship with house elves, so I prefer that the magical creature is not a goblin or a dwarf."

Rove fell into deep thought.

"What did you think of?" Nico asked keenly.

"When I first entered the Hufflepuff common room, I saw a portrait of Hufflepuff on the wall. In the portrait, there was a house elf."

He was still surprised that there was a portrait of a house elf.

"Rolf, you are indeed the person in the prophecy." Nico sighed:

"Although I have never entered the Hufflepuff lounge, I have observed the painting, but I have not seen a house elf."

"Of course, let me really realize whether the prophecy refers to you, or Albus told me..." Nico stood up, and he gently flicked his sleeves, bringing up a breeze.

"Helena found you and said that you were involved in another prophecy."

"Resurrect her?"

"Yes, Helena believes that the silverfish you got is related to her mother Ravenclaw." Nico whispered:

"And not long ago, you found Slytherin's secret room and got the basilisk, right?"

Luofu said a little strangely:

"But the prophecy in your alchemy book doesn't mention the Four Giants? Why do you think the magical creatures in the prophecy are related to the Four Giants?"

"Deep underground in the British Ministry of Magic, there is a ruins called the Department of Mysteries." Nico thought for a while and explained:

"But the history of the Department of Mysteries is much longer than that of the Ministry of Magic. It was actually established by Ravenclaw."

"There are also some ruins there. I've been in there. There are traces of the Four Giants in those places, but everything is gone." Nico said with a bitter smile:

"It's like you entered an ancient tomb and found that all the funerary objects in the tomb were missing, but you saw the names of the four giants... would you think that the funerary objects were stolen by them?"

Luo Fu was speechless for a moment...it makes sense.

It turns out that the Big Four are the originators of tomb robbing!

"There is also the most intuitive evidence, and that is Hogwarts Castle. Its construction skills are completely beyond what modern wizards can accomplish." Nico said seriously:

"How can the stairs in the castle function for a thousand years without continuous magic power? And the Room of Requirement, even I can't build it now.

The Big Four mastered a lot of the magic of the era."

"Helena did say that Ravenclaw's crown is a product of the ancient magical kingdom's skills. She also mentioned some magic books." Rolf thought for a moment.

"So, you are the person in the prophecy, Rolf." Nico confirmed.

Luofu frowned and said: "Actually, I really want to know why such a powerful magical country suddenly disappeared?"

"There is not enough historical data to restore the truth of that year." Nico said solemnly: "But from some other ethnic groups, we can still get a glimpse of clues."

The old man snapped his fingers, and what floated over this time were some records about the centaurs.

"In the centaurs' tribe, it has been passed down orally from generation to generation that there was a war in ancient times. In fact, the goblins also have similar records."

"Is it a war between us and the centaurs and goblins?" Luofu guessed.

"No." Nico shook his head and denied: "Wizards, goblins and centaurs may be united together, not hostile."

"After that war, the entire wizarding country disappeared. Historically, there were many wizards who tried to establish a country ruled by pure wizards."

Nico sighed softly:

"From Eridu in Sumer to the Trojan War, due to Herbo's participation, the wizard city of Troy was looted."

"In the past hundred years, Grindelwald has tried to start a revolution and let wizards rule the world... but they have all failed."

"The wizard was cursed and never established a true nation again."
