Chapter 89 Death Eaters Ambush

above the sky,

A huge Norwegian crested dragon flaps its wings and glides slowly among the large clouds.

Shirley sat cross-legged on Norbert's back, with a black leather case on her lap. Standing on the leather case was a strange creature that was half lizard, half dwarf.

It put its feet up and leaned close to Shirley's ear, whining and whispering small words. After finishing speaking, it showed a flattering and expectant look.

The girl with the ponytail nodded slightly and quickly took out a small bottle from the box.

The magical creature immediately grabbed the bottle with its big red claws like chain hooks, and excitedly sucked the scarlet liquid in the bottle.

Margery was lying not far away, with her hands folded on the back of her head, quietly gazing at the bright moonlight.

Hermione was riding on the fire dragon's slender neck, holding a panoramic telescope in her hand and looking down.

This is the telescope she bought to watch the game, but obviously she won't use it tonight, so she can only use it to view the scene in the stadium.

The three girls each had their own things to do. Only Professor Trelawney sat there with a pale face, her face wrinkled together, looking pitiful that she wanted to speak but didn't dare.

Trelawney has a fear of heights, and now she is sitting thousands of meters in the air without guardrails, and her calves are shaking.

She was really afraid that the fire dragon would suddenly turn over and then fall down and turn into a pile of minced flesh!

If I had known better, I would not have escaped with these people, but would have crowded the stairs with other spectators... Well, I might have been trampled to pieces.

Trelawney could only pray secretly:

"Great-great-grandmother, your spirit in heaven must protect me. When I come back alive, I will burn you a few illustrated copies of "The Romance of Merlin and King Arthur."

Seeing that Professor Trelawney was trembling all over, Shirley raised her head and comforted her softly:

"Professor Trelawney, it's safe here, don't worry."

"I...I...don't worry. I've predicted it a long time ago...I can live to be two hundred years old. I'll be fine tonight."

Trelawny also tried to speak in her usual disembodied voice, but her voice was shaking out of fear, destroying the mysterious effect of the voice.

Hermione, who was not far away, heard Trelawney's words and snorted slightly to express her disdain.

"Then you must have divined tonight's disaster, right, Professor Trelawney?"

Professor Trelawney looked at Hermione as if she was looking at the annoying McGonagall.

"Of course I got it right! Miss Granger, but I don't want to show off my omniscience.

I often behave as if I don't have the third eye so that others don't feel nervous."

"Then why didn't you warn everyone?" Hermione said, "and then just watched the disaster happen?"

Trelawney was speechless for a moment, so she had to pretend not to hear, turned to look at Shirley, whom she had a good impression of, and said:

"Miss Swinton, I was observing you just now and found that you have a strong "sight", which means that you have all the qualities required by the noble art of divination... and you are different from a noble and vulgar person.

!

Why don't you take my class?"

Hermione puffed up her mouth angrily. She was about to fight back, but she saw something through the telescope and shouted: "The Dark Mark has disappeared!"

Everyone lowered their heads and looked towards the direction of the stadium. The terrifying green skull was really gone.

"Can we go back?" Trelawney asked again tremblingly.

"No." Shirley shook her head and said, "Rolf asked us to wait for him here. When the stadium is safe, he will come to pick us up."

【In view of the general environment,

"But this is a fire dragon!" Trelawney breathed heavily. Seeing that the three little girls were all calm, she sighed heavily.

Today's students are so amazing, they all start keeping fire dragons as pets!

After several people waited for a while, Norbert suddenly roared, his voice deafening.

deaf.

Trelawney was scared and said, "What's wrong? Is this fire dragon hungry?"

Shirley stood up and said with a smile, "Rolf is here."

Not long after he finished speaking, a figure suddenly flew over and landed firmly on Noble's crest.

Seeing that Luo Fu was covered in blood, Shirley hurriedly came over, gently grabbed his sleeve, and asked with concern: "Are you injured?"

Luofu wrote lightly: "It's not my blood, it's that harpy's blood. She has killed many wizards, so I can only kill her."

"It's strange. The harpy's temper wasn't that bad when we went there last time, right?" Shirley asked in confusion.

"It means another wizard drugged it and secretly switched it with the Veela." Rolf shrugged.

"Death Eaters?" Hermione exclaimed.

"It should be them."

Luofu nodded, saw Shirley holding the half-lizard, half-dwarf animal, and frowned: "Why did the sheep-eating beast come out?

"Didn't you feed it the blood of the murderer who attacked you before?" Shirley said, "It just sensed that person."

Luofu narrowed his eyes, "Is she nearby?"

"Yes." Shirley nodded and said, "Do you want to chase me?"

Luo Fu was silent for a moment, nodded and said: "Chase!"

Under the escort of Sirius, Lupine and Arthur, the group finally rushed out of the gym and walked along a path towards the camp.

Harry looked back at the stadium in shock and suddenly shouted: "The skull pattern has disappeared."

Everyone stopped and turned around to look at the stadium.

"Can anyone explain what that skeleton is?" Ron said impatiently, "It didn't hurt anyone... why are you all so scared?"

"That's the symbol of You-Know-Who, Ron!" Mr. Weasley said. "We haven't seen it for thirteen years, so everyone is naturally nervous... It's like seeing You-Know-Who again."

"I don't understand," Ron frowned, "I mean... after all, it's just a shadow in mid-air..."

"Ron, every time You-Know-Who and the Death Eaters kill someone, they release the Dark Mark in the air." Lupine sighed:

"The fear it brings... you don't know, you are still too young. Imagine that you come home and find the Dark Mark hovering over your house. You know what you will see when you go in..."

Mr. Weasley shuddered, "This is what everyone fears the most...the most fearful..."

"But what do the Death Eaters want to do? Release the Dark Mark in the Quidditch World Cup final. What's the point of this?" Harry asked doubtfully.

"Meaning?" Mr. Weasley laughed dryly and said, "Harry, maybe it's for fun; maybe it's to remind us that there are still many of them out there..."

"Maybe... to kill you!"

A voice sounded in the forest not far away, and then, a bright green light flashed, illuminating everything around it.

"Avada Kedavra!"
