Chapter 72 The deal between Gross and Scylla

Sitting on the large and ancient throne in the palace hall, Queen Gros gently covered her neck, wrists and ankles with the crushed snakewood leaves.

Snakewood has a powerful healing effect and is more effective than any healing potion.

But at this moment, facing the crimson scar, the healing effect was extremely limited, and the wound still stung like a burning poker, as if being poked and twisted by a burning poker.

Gross grasped the crystal ball in his hand tightly, took a deep breath, and managed not to scream.

She paused for a while, then raised the crystal ball, which was as black as jet black jade. With the gentle touch of her fingers, a faint fire suddenly lit up in the center of the ball.

The color of the firelight is very strange: the outermost layer is white like snowflakes, the second layer is yellow like molten gold, the middle is red like copper, and the innermost layer is as black as ink.

If Luo Fu were here, he would definitely recognize that it is the same eternal flame as the Tower of Babel - the Gubulai Immortal Fire.

However, Queen Gros didn't use it for lighting, but for peeping from a distance.

This is also the greatest effect of the Gubulai Fairy Fire. Through this magic fire, one can see across the land, mountains and seas, and see the scenery thousands of miles away.

Gross closed his eyes, recited a spell, and then opened his eyes again to stare into the crystal ball.

The flames of snow-white, golden and ink-black jumped, flickered, gathered and dispersed in the crystal ball, and then merged with each other, and finally a lake was formed in the crystal ball.

Sitting on a stone in the center of the lake was a naked woman, bathed in mist, which made her look fairy-like.

The woman seemed to be keenly aware that someone was watching. She raised her jade feet, which were transformed into fish tails, and tapped her toes gently on the lake.

The lake water rippled, like a picture scroll, and Gross' figure soon appeared.

The two people's eyes met, looking at each other from afar.

The woman gently picked up a handful of lake water and splashed it on her breasts, which were as white and tender as jade cream. The water droplets rolled down the heavy falling breasts. She asked softly:

"Pretty?"

Even Queen Gros was aroused by this scene, and she cursed secretly in her heart:

"Saucy mermaid!"

Seeing that Gross didn't answer, the woman smiled lazily at Gross.

"I know it's beautiful, but no matter how much you like it... you can't peep at it."

"Who spied on you?" Gross said coldly: "It's you who doesn't wear clothes every time!"

"Why do I need to wear clothes when I'm at home?"

The woman let out a chuckle, and suddenly caught a glimpse of Gross's wrists and neck, which had deep red marks. She clicked her tongue:

"You tried to leave that city again? You were covered in bruises every time. It's really hard to remember."

Gross was silent for a moment and said: "I didn't want to leave, because someone was plotting against me."

She quickly talked about what happened in the Colosseum today.

After hearing this, the woman couldn't help but giggle. "You are actually fooled by a boy?"

She laughed for a while before she stopped laughing. Then she looked at Gross strangely and said:

"Even if most of your power is sealed, it's not difficult to see through a young man's thoughts, right? Is his Occlumency so powerful?"

"What Scamander used was not Occlumency, but memory surge." Queen Gros shook her head and said:

"Even I... couldn't see through the false memories he constructed in his mind."

"Memory surges?" the woman frowned, "He actually knows the magic of the ancient wizard?"

"What's so surprising about this?" Gross sneered:

"Human beings were slaves of ancient wizards ten thousand years ago. They already mastered some of the magic of ancient wizards, and it is possible that it could be passed down among their descendants - the so-called pure-blood wizards."

The woman thought it made sense, so she didn't dwell too much on this issue, but asked straight to the point:

"You suddenly came to me, didn't you just want to talk about this?"

"Scamander also took away the dragon bone sword made by Slytherin." Gross gloated: "Your dragon-stricken son probably won't live long."

"Just die." The woman said indifferently, "Over the past thousands of years, I have had more than a dozen sons die one after another, so I have long been used to it."

When she said this, her expression did not change at all, as if it was not her son who died, but... a cat and a dog.

Queen Gros stared at the indifferent woman and suddenly asked:

"Scylla, have you really not regretted it at all these years?"

"What do you regret?"

"I regret...that I tricked your eldest sister Perselope into leaving Avalon to pursue Odysseus." Queen Gros stared directly at Scylla and said:

"If it weren't for you, Palselope and her descendants would not be cursed forever; your son would not become a dragon and be slaughtered from generation to generation... You are the source of all evil!"

"Don't speak so badly of me." Scylla smiled sweetly and said calmly:

"I had good intentions back then and wanted my sister to pursue true love."

"Good intentions?" Queen Gros stared coldly at the woman who was the third among the three mermaid sisters, and sneered:

"Do you think I don't know? What you really want is for Palselope to be your pathfinder?

You want her to leave Avalon, so that you can test whether the contract signed with the ancient wizard to protect Avalon and not leave even half a step has expired!"

"You thought that even if Parseropos was cursed, you wouldn't be implicated." Gros gloated:

"But I didn't expect that you, the instigator, would not escape punishment, and your son would become a dragon disaster.

You will never be able to leave this broken cave, and you will not even be able to peek into the outside world, like a deaf and blind man."

Gross said and couldn't help laughing.

Scylla was indifferent and looked at her coldly.

"We are each other. Didn't you deceive and harm Merlin, and then be cursed by him and imprisoned in that city forever...Morgana?"

"Oh, you no longer use this infamous name, but use the name of your so-called human father, Duke Gloss of Cornwall, right?"

"Forget it, we are all the same, we are all born bad, let no one blame the other. I came to you today because I want to make a deal with you."

"What deal?"

"Rolph Scamander——" Gross said seriously:

"He will definitely kill Dragon Scourge. When the time comes, you must guide him to the cave where you are. Help me keep him and don't let him leave Avalon."

Gross believes that Rolf is the King of Avalon who Cassandra Trelawney predicted could help her lift the curse.

And Gross can't leave the city now, and she doesn't think her subordinates can stop Scamander, so she can only place her hope on Scylla.

Although I really don't want to admit it,... Scylla, this sexy mermaid, is indeed much more beautiful.

Especially that perfect body with graceful curves and flawless whiteness. Even Gross couldn't help but feel excited when he saw it.

She believed...Scylla would definitely be able to keep Scamander.

This is something that has been proven countless times for thousands of years!

"Why are you so interested in Scamander?" Scylla suddenly asked.

"It has nothing to do with you!"

"Then why should I help you?"

"Aren't you always looking for the blood descendants of your second sister, Siren?" Gross chuckled, "I know where they are."

Scylla's eyes suddenly glowed with sharp light. She stared at Gross and said:

"It was indeed you who took the child away back then!"

"It's not me." Gross smiled: "However, I do know where the blood descendant of Siren is. As long as you help me keep him, I will tell you."

Scylla stared at the woman whose real name was Morgana. After a long time, she nodded and said:

"make a deal!"

After completing the transaction, Gross waved his arm, the woman in the crystal ball disappeared, the flames pulsed again, and soon Rove's figure appeared.

Rolf had detached himself from the dragon Feilis and landed on the ground. In his hand was a piece of parchment that seemed to be a map.

Gross stared at Rolf for a long time, and then his eyes fell on the beautiful girl with a red ponytail next to him.

She laughed.
