Chapter 29 You Let Me Down

As soon as Zhou Su came in, the knife in Gu Gang's hand stabbed straight at her. She was so frightened that her legs became weak and she couldn't move.

Dali was far away and had no time to stop him. He was so frightened that his eyes were splitting and he shouted: "Gu Gang, stop it!"

Fortunately, Su Hang was always on guard and grasped Gu Gang's wrist accurately.

"Dali, hurry up." His shout made Dali wake up instantly.

Dali quickly stepped forward, snatched the dagger from Gu Gang's hand, punched Gu Gang hard with all his strength, and hit Gu Gang's chest: "How dare you hurt my mother! I'll beat you to death!"

Gu Gang was in pain and fell to the ground with a twisted expression.

Su Hang also broke out in a cold sweat and said to Zhou Su, "Please call the people from the security brigade to come over."

Zhou Su quickly ran out of the house.

Dali panted heavily and kicked Gu Gang hard again. Then he recovered from his fear and walked to Su Hang embarrassedly:

"Brother Hang, I'm sorry, I...I...I shouldn't have disbelieved you, I...I misunderstood you."

Facing the vigorous apology, Su Hang just smiled lightly.

He patted Dali's shoulder with his hand and said earnestly: "Don't gamble anymore. Your parents are getting older and they still expect you to get ahead. Do you understand?"

Dali nodded desperately: "I know, I will never gamble again in the future. Brother Hang, can I still work with you?"

Su Hang smiled: "As long as you change your ways, you can go up the mountain with me to pick wild fruits at any time."

Dali almost jumped up with joy.

But then, he looked guilty again: "Brother Hang, I was so stupid. If you didn't show up in time today, I might have fallen into Gu Gang's trap again, and I might even owe more money."

Su Hang felt from his words that he wanted to change his mind, and a satisfied smile appeared on his face: "Fuck me well from now on."

Dali immediately made a gesture of assurance: "Brother Hang, don't worry, I will definitely change my ways in the future and never make any mistakes again."

Hearing what he said, Su Hang also smiled knowingly.

Luo Ling'er had already prepared lunch, but after waiting for a long time, she didn't see Su Hang come back.

She was a little worried, hesitated, and called her daughter in front of her: "Baby, be good, mommy goes to find daddy, and Xiaobao will be good at home alone, okay?"

Xiaobao nodded and said in a sweet voice: "Okay, Xiaobao will wait for his parents at home."

Luo Ling'er kissed her daughter on the face and gave some instructions before leaving home.

Along the way, she was worried, fearing that Suhang would drink with Dali again and become unconscious.

"Ling'er, where are you going?" Sister-in-law Zhou, the village chief's wife, asked curiously when she saw Luo Ling'er's anxious look.

"I...I'll go to Dali's house to find Su Hang." Luo Ling'er said with a smile.

Sister-in-law Zhou heard this and sighed: "Ling'er, you have to discipline Su Hang well and don't let him do what he did before. I just saw Gu Gang going to Dali's house."

Gu Gang?

Luo Linger's heart skipped a beat.

She still knew a little about Gu Gang, and knew that he was a gangster who liked to enjoy leisure and gambling.

"Sister-in-law Zhou, let's not talk anymore." Luo Ling'er said goodbye to Sister-in-law Zhou anxiously and walked quickly towards Dali's house.

The journey originally took more than ten minutes, but Luo Ling'er arrived at Dali's house in less than ten minutes.

Along the way, various scenes of Suzhou and Hangzhou eating, drinking and having fun with others flashed through her mind.

But what she never expected in her dreams was that when she walked into the house, she saw Dali and Su Hang tying up Gu Gang with ropes.

She was startled and looked in disbelief.

When she turned around again and saw the playing cards and money on the table, Luo Ling'er collapsed completely. She glared at Su Hang:

"Suhang, you...you disappoint me so much."
