1018 A sleepless interval requires a restful sleep(1/2)

Dr. Reed completed the resuscitation, and when he opened his eyes, he saw a very haggard Tony in front of him.
"Did you succeed?" Reed asked vaguely.
Apparently after waking up from his deep sleep, he still remembered to deal with his previous obsessions.
"No, I may have failed." Tony smiled bitterly and shook his head.
He lost his most proud battle suit, but this is not entirely a bad thing.
At least at this time, Tony knew that he could not completely trust other people's gifts except his own wisdom.
"Tell me more specifically." Reed shook his head, as if he was planning to use this method to restore his condition.
He felt a little sluggish at this time, but there was no longer the feeling of tension and nausea that was about to be corrupted in his body.
"I divided your soul, so you don't have to worry about being corrupted for the time being, but I can't guarantee whether the part of your soul that was cut off contains something very important to you." Tony's face was still ugly.
.
He couldn't tell what each place in a person's soul represented, but he knew that this kind of cutting would definitely have an impact on him.
"This seems to be terrible news, but I feel like there is no impact on me except for being a little slow. At least my knowledge is not lacking." Reed frowned.
He briefly searched the complete knowledge reserve in his brain, which did not consume too much energy on his part.
"Then it seems we can continue our research. We are encountering some troubles at this time. I think you may achieve more results in your research." Tony said and walked aside, then poured himself a cup of coffee.
He is very tired now, and he would like to have a good sleep if possible.
"Tell me the location of your research data, and I will complete the rest of the work. Also, you'd better sort out what happened recently and give me a written explanation." Reed said.
He seemed to have become a little cold.
Tony didn't pay attention because Reed was still worried about saving Susan.
Under this situation, no one seems to care about any of Reed's performance.
"Then I'll leave it to you." Tony said and operated the computer on the side, then took out his mobile phone and clicked a few times.
An interactive projection appeared in front of them.
After losing the artificial intelligence Jarvis, Tony can only use some relatively "primitive" ways to do these things.
If Jarvis was still around, he would be able to accomplish all this with just a few gestures.
To Tony, Jarvis is not just a simple artificial intelligence, but a family member.
They can even work with each other according to Tony's wishes to a certain extent without explicit instructions.
Even if Tony creates a new artificial intelligence, it will take time to cultivate this kind of tacit understanding.
Reed clicked on the location marked as data in the projection, and Tony's research process and records were all displayed.
"You go to rest now and leave the rest to me," Reed said.
It's just that his tone sounded like he was giving instructions to someone else.
Reed was vaguely aware that he had some problems, but there was no time for him to think about his problems slowly now.
Tony nodded and walked out of the laboratory with the coffee in his hand.
Reed was rapidly absorbing the knowledge and results obtained from Tony's research, and did not say goodbye to Tony properly.
Tony walked to the door and directly saw Vera and Wonder Woman sitting on the ground.
"Ladies, what are you going to do here?" Tony asked.
He relaxed a little and became interested in chatting and saying hello to others.
In the past, almost all the research work was placed on him, and even Tony, who was a bit adventurous by nature, could only put on a serious look.
"Ah, scientist. It looks like you have relaxed." Vera said with a teasing tone.
Vera had a pretty good impression of Tony, although Tony was not a strong fighter in the general sense.
But brave and responsible guys will not be disliked by their own kind.
"The next research will be taken over by Reed, and I finally don't have to be the direct person in charge of the research work." Tony shrugged.
"Go on." As Vera spoke, she threw the medicine bottle in her hand directly to Tony.
"Take a sip and return it to me. Although replenishing your vitality will not make you more energetic, it will allow you to have a good sleep in your sleep." Vera said with a smile.
Bulcaisel's medicine bottle was used as a recreational drink.
Vera's medicine bottle was used by her as a sleeping aid.
Tony looked at the medicine bottle containing red liquid in his hand, and immediately smelled the fragrance of plants after opening the bottle cap.
"I thought the nephalem bottles were all flavored with spirits." Tony joked.
"Demon hunters are not barbarians who live in bitter cold lands. In fact, not all barbarians are only interested in strong liquor. If you ask Banar, that guy can prepare something for you.
Some drinks that taste like a bite of barbecue," Vera said.
In Vera's medicine bottle was the strong scented tea she had brewed before.
Demon hunters are only dangerous and indifferent when fighting, but Vera will still find some joy in life.
Ranwen
Tony took a sip and returned the medicine bottle to Vera.
Although the dark circles on his face have not completely disappeared, they are much better than before.
"I would like to ask if anyone likes juice-flavored nephalem?" Tony asked.
"I don't know about this, but maybe there is?" Vera cast a teasing glance at Wonder Woman beside her.
If she remembers correctly, Cassia likes the kind with more juice.
"Okay, scientists. It's best for you to harvest the poisonous power as soon as possible. The longer this thing stays here, the more trouble it may cause." Wonder Woman said.
She kept a straight face somewhat deliberately.
Tony immediately understood who was the Nephalem who liked the taste of juice.
Tony raised his hand and waved it as a farewell.
Then he bypassed Vera and Wonder Woman and went directly to an empty lounge.
After unloading his burden, Tony felt extremely tired and needed a sleep now.
As for helping Reed, the scientific leader, with the next research, we have to wait until he wakes up.
Moreover, even the top genius like Reed needs time to digest the results of his research during this period.
Tony admitted that his ability in scientific research was not as good as Reed's, but he did not think that his technology and research would be as difficult as elementary school students' math problems on Reed's side.
It just so happens that it takes some time for both sides.
"There are heroes in this world, and I think this is good news." Vera said.
"If possible, I hope to live in a world where no one needs to be a hero." Wonder Woman curled her lips.
When the world needs heroes, then the world will not be as beautiful as imagined.
"Who says it isn't? But how could a race like humans, which never reflects on its own problems, not need heroes to raise its flag?" Vera smiled.
Then he took out a grenade from his backpack and continued processing it.
During this time, the weapons processed by Vera were enough to allow humans to hold on to the city for three days when they were besieged by demons.
This standard refers to a large city like the Bastion Fortress.
Although the quantity of these equipment is sufficient, the strength is still somewhat insufficient, but Vera will not worry about this.
When the team went on adventures together, the long-range fire suppression that Vera could provide alone could make those weak demons unable to even stand up.
The demons lying on the ground seemed to have been crushed directly by a steamroller!
Vera exists to face the possible tide of demons!
As for Wonder Woman, as long as she delays the strong men on the demon side, Vera can use her powerful firepower and turrets to buy time to kill the demon leader!
Each of the Nephalem are battle-experienced beings, and they all have preparations in their hearts before the battle begins.
Not every Nephalem likes the "thrill" of encounters!
To be continued...
