205 Jessica's trial ends four thousand(1/2)

 "That's enough."
Orak stood in front of Jessica who was still gasping for breath, with blood dripping from the wounds on both sides of her neck.
Orac appeared in person in his secret realm, violating convention, but no one said anything.
Every ancestor has this kind of power. It would be a joke if an ancestor couldn't control everything in his own secret realm.
But when an ancestor chooses to do this, it means that he loses the opportunity to choose his successor again.
The Holy Mountain will no longer tell him that a certain recruit suits his character.
Because under normal circumstances, the ancestors who choose to do this have confirmed who their heir is, and it will not change even if the heir dies later.
But that's not the case for Orak.
The death of the actively chosen heir means that the ancestor's glory has been tarnished.
But Orak doesn't care about this. He has always believed that he does not need an heir to continue his legend. It is more important for this kind of thing to go smoothly.
He doesn't care much even if he loses the chance of the Holy Mountain to recommend a successor.
The barbarians no longer need a god of war to turn the tide, of this he is extremely sure.
The barbarians have long passed the most difficult period.
Orac was active during the time before Volusk became the Immortal King. After Orac and Barnar were killed in battle, Volusk emerged and led the barbarians to their second peak.
Since then, the barbarians have established a firm foothold in the sanctuary and will no longer be almost extinct due to the existence of demons.
"Brown~"
Jessica's gasping body made a loud gasping sound, and she tried her best to open her eyes wide. The zombie that was not yet dead stretched out its claws and scratched off half of Jessica's face.
The zombie with its throat pierced launched an effective attack in front of Orak. This kind of creature with some weak immortality is strangely beautiful but not easy to deal with.
"Have you made your decision?"
Orac did not deal with the walking corpse, but looked at Jessica who was grinning and said.
His beard was cut off by Banal in the previous battle. He looked a little embarrassed now, but it was better than Jessica who only had half a shoulder left.
Orak changed his views a little after the fight with Banal. After all, Banal had been with him for two thousand years. Even if he didn't like Banal's nonsense, he would still respect his friend.
"Hey~"
Jessica made a disgusting sound as if there was thick phlegm stuck in her throat.
She may have lost consciousness at this time, and was just responding to Orak's questions based on instinct.
With most of his lungs missing, just breathing was a bit difficult.
"I don't like you because you are stained with the blood of innocent people."
Orak sat on the ground full of corpses, glanced at Jessica's eyes, and then said.
Then the zombie attacked again, but this time its arm was bitten by Jessica.
Putrid juice burst out from the arm of the zombie, covering Jessica's face. A lot of it entered the esophagus along Jessica's bite, and then spread out from the ground.
"I have always disliked scripts about the prodigal son, because it means that the opinions of the victims are ruthlessly ignored."
Orak looked at Jessica who was biting the arm of the zombie, and said unhurriedly.
"Why do kind people have to forgive perpetrators? Is there anyone who can forgive on their behalf even after they die?"
"Why do people like you get the mercy of Bulcasso and let me give you a chance?"
"Why do you get opportunities that good people never get until they die?"
"Can you tell me?"
Orak looked at Jessica, who was still biting the arm of the zombie, and spoke calmly.
But his voice became louder and louder, until the last question, the entire maze was slowly shaking under Orac's momentum.
Those thin cracks expanded a lot with his voice.
Jessica let out a series of whimpers, unable to open her mouth in order to avoid being attacked again by the zombies.
The uncovered eyes were swollen with tears, diluting the rancid juice that flowed into them.
Tears may be the only weapon Jessica can use at this time. What else can she do with only half her body?
"Can I end your fight at any time? I just want to know why you let Banal fight with me to win it?"
Orak spoke slowly with doubts. He could understand what Banal cared about, but he didn't know why the conflict broke out in Jessica.
Jessica gradually lost strength, and the zombie's arm detached from her teeth.
"I want to eat the food you prepared again. The beef leg before was covered with the pus of the zombies. I can't even remember the taste."
Jessica regained some consciousness and reluctantly said this long sentence. Although she seemed quite free and easy, her eyes that were still crying revealed the hope of the living.
The walking zombie's sharp claws broke away from its control, and then swung it towards the face, directly piercing Jessica's eye socket and popping her eyeballs out.
"Tell me why?"
Orac said coldly, as if he didn't hear Jessica's call or see Jessica's pierced eyeball.
What he wanted was not the answer before, but a reason.
"I want to live, I want to live like a human being!"
Jessica's voice became faint, like a phantom voice in her ears, like a mosquito.
"Then remember the names of every innocent person who died in your hands! They also want to live!"
The wind brought up by Orak's wave of his hand crushed the walking corpse directly, and he carried Jessica's inhuman body back to the Holy Mountain of Harrogath.
Orak appeared in front of Luke with Jessica, and threw the dying girl into Luke's arms.
"Feed her the potion and bring her to me when she recovers."
Orac said these words and disappeared directly from Luke's sight.
Luke hurriedly took off the medicine bottle and poured the medicine into Jessica's mouth.
The potion that had just been changed to a spirit-flavored potion was poured into Jessica's mouth, and then spilled to the ground from the broken esophagus.
"Block her esophagus, Luke."
Madoc glanced at the two of them, and then spoke casually, just a little faster.
Luke hurriedly took out a hand and blocked the bottom of Jessica's esophagus, allowing the potion to stay in her body and start to have a magical effect.
This move made Luke feel very uncomfortable. He had not yet adapted to this slightly cruel treatment method.
Although he had seen this kind of treatment once when Bulcaisel took out Mammon, Luke was still very nervous.
After a short time, Jessica's body began to recover, and the recovery spread to the position of Luke's hand.
"Don't let go Luke, if you want to save her, wait until her body recovers before taking your hand out, and then give her the second potion."
After Madoc left these words, he disappeared.
Orak doesn't like Jessica Jones, and neither does Maddoc.
For Luke's sake, Madoc gave him a cure.
But he didn't want to see what happened next.
Jessica Jones did not pass Orac's trial with her own strength. Even if she became Orac's heir, she would not be recognized by her ancestors.
She only survived because of Orak's kindness, but she did not complete the redemption.
So don't expect the barbarian ancestors to view her the same way they view Rumlow.

"I really didn't expect to encounter such a difficult thing. Have you figured out how to arrange it for that skull head?"
Hellboy said to his father, Professor Bloom, holding a polishing machine in his hand and polishing the horns on his forehead.
A horn that is cut off abruptly does not look kind, and the ferocious broken marks do not look like a hero at all.
"After passing the test, he will probably be your new teammate."
Professor Bloom looked through the books in his hand and answered Hellboy's questions casually.
To be continued...
