Chapter 24 Welding Dog Man

 Gotham.

Wearing an English windbreaker, the dapper Count Dizzy, holding a staff of civilization in his hand, was walking on the streets of Little St. Pris.

Although this is not the worst or poorest neighborhood in Gotham, it is still far from developed and orderly. If it were normal times, Earl Dizzy would never come to such a sinking area full of rudeness and vulgarity, but this mission

Employer requirements...

Didi——Didi——

Count Dizzy paused and looked at the driver next to him who was yelling curses.

"Fuck you! Are you deaf?"

The irritable driver knocked on the horn again, making a deafening sound. Seeing that Count Dizzy did not react at all, he actually took out a gun from his arms and pointed it at him.

"Get out of the way, do you want dozens of transparent holes in your body?"

This is a typical case of mania. Count Dizzy frowned. He did not expect that in this city, even mania could openly go out on the streets and even get a driver's license.

"Damn it, if you don't get out of my way——"

Woo buzz buzz——

In an instant, formless fluctuations swept through the opponent's brain. The driver lowered his head, and with a pop, one eyeball jumped out of his eye socket and fell to the ground.

Amidst the hoarse screams and the long honking sound of his head hitting the horn, the Dizzy Earl bowed slightly and performed a standard British etiquette, then turned around and walked towards a dilapidated apartment on the roadside.

"Let me see the address...No. 52. It's correct."

He turned around the exposed concrete steps and peeling red handrails, came to the door of Room 401, and then stretched out his hand.

Tuk tuk tuk——

"Please come in."

"Ouch!"

Earl Dizzy made a somewhat surprised sound as soon as he walked into the room.

From the outside, this place looks no different from ordinary residential apartments near slums. Even the door looks wooden, but once you walk inside, you will immediately feel like you are in a different world.

Behind the disguise of the wooden door is a complete alloy metal airtight door, which can effectively control air pressure.

The walls, ceilings and floors are all made of metal plates, covered with explosion-proof paint on the outside and anti-corrosion paint on the inside.

This is a completely professional-level explosion-proof room. Even if the building collapses, the room will not be destroyed.

Various weapons are piled in the corners of the room, including grenades, rocket launchers, and even multiple explosives.

On the other side of the room is a table with three people sitting next to it.

Two of them are known to Count Dizzy, the famous Deadshot, whose shooting ability is as famous as his bad character; the other is the British mercenary Ms. Vic, who has murderous abilities as deadly as her seductive appearance.

The remaining ones he didn't recognize were two masked people: the younger woman among them was quite normal, wearing a smiling cat mask and carrying a long knife at her waist. Count Dizzy guessed that this was another assassin-type mercenary; and the other

One is a little weird.

I saw the man sitting in the corner, wearing a welding mask on his face, which is the kind of transparent and anti-glare welding mask specially used by welders.

He was carrying a pair of gas cylinders on his back, holding a welding gun, wearing a light gray tights, suspenders, and a pair of long rubber shoes.

From this point of view alone, he is a completely ordinary welder.

But what is striking is that he is holding the body of a dog tightly in his left hand.

It was a very ordinary dog. The breed looked like a golden retriever, but it only had the upper part. Someone cut the dog in half with something and then took away the upper part.

The dog seemed to have just died, and was even quite fresh. Half of its internal organs were dangling, and Count Dizzy felt something was tumbling in his stomach just by looking at it.

And the man's left hand actually stabbed the dog from the back of the dog so hard, ignoring the blood dripping down his arm.

"You..."

"Hello, my name is Dog Welder. Nice to meet you, my new friend! I just arrived too."

The dog welder is talking...wait a minute, it's not the human that's talking, it's the dog that's talking.

"It's a real dog", the dead dog on the left hand of the dog welder suddenly raised its head, and there was a happy smile on the dead dog's face.

"Are you also hired to participate in the mission?"

This weird and terrifying scene really stunned Count Dizzy, but he was not a normal human being, so he quickly regained his dignity as a noble.

"Yes, sir, it's an honor to work with you."

He resisted staring at the dead dog in the other person's hands, walked to Ms. Vick's side, and gave a hand kiss: "Beautiful lady, your face shines like the stars in the sky."

"Count Dill, old friend." Ms. Vic is a slim woman with blond hair and blue eyes. She wears an eye patch and a red and gold tights, but her upper shoulders and half of her breasts are exposed.

"You..."

"That's enough, when will your elegant aristocratic game stop for a while?"

Deadshot, who was being ignored the whole time, knocked on the table in dissatisfaction: "Now that everyone is here, let's hear what weird mission our sponsor is going to release for us."

He raised his chin towards the Cheshire Cat, and the taciturn masked cat took out a tape recorder from the pile of grenades next to it.

"Ha, dear, did I read that correctly, tape recorder?" Ms. Vick said.

Deadshot ignored her. He pressed the button on the recorder, raised the antenna, and adjusted it for a while. Then he said: "The employer asked us to turn on the radio when everyone is here. Please be quiet and wait quietly.

I think you all come here for the money, and so do I."

So the four of them waited quietly. Soon, amidst the rustling, a voice finally came:

"Zizzi...can you hear me?"

"Yes, employer."

Deadshot replied: "What do you want us to do this time? Is it to catch the fireflies who set the fire, or some other criminal who jumped out of the corner, our just employer?"

"None of them."

Deadshot heard his employer's voice become a little hoarse under the influence of the radio. He had already checked that the recorder was an oversized wireless walkie-talkie. Does this mean that his employer was nearby at this time?

"I have assigned you a leader, and you must obey his orders with full authority. Especially you, Earl Dizzy."

Earl Dizzy was a little disapproving.

Although he knew that he was not alone in this mission, he never thought about cooperating with others.

He is a lone ranger, a lone wolf. This time he completed the same task with others for the sake of money, so why do you expect him to obey other people's orders?

What do you think this leader is, Batman?
