1381 Tiger Crossing the River

Five hours later, Yao Yuling rushed into a restaurant in Harbin out of breath. Two waiters at the door saw Yao Yuling and called out "Lady Boss."

"Where is the boss?" Yao Yuling asked the waiter regardless of the sweat on her face.

"The boss is settling accounts in the office upstairs."

Yao Yuling didn't care about anything else and rushed directly to the office upstairs. When she opened the door, she saw her husband Jia Jinlong sitting at the desk, frowning and flipping through the account books.

"Jinlong, it's not good." Yao Yuling said nervously.

Jia Jinlong looked up and saw his wife's face covered in sweat. He quickly stood up and said, "Ling'er, what's wrong! Someone is chasing you."

"Wang Gang and Ma Kui are coming to Harbin." Yao Yuling said with a dry mouth.

Jia Jinlong helped his wife sit down on the sofa and poured her a glass of water.

"You mean the Ningyang Shuanghu came to Harbin?" Jia Jinlong said slowly.

"Yeah!" Yao Yuling took a sip of water and calmed down a little.

"I met them on the train back to Harbin."

Jia Jinlong frowned and asked Yao Yuling to explain the incident in detail.

"So, Ningyang Shuanghu just saw you on the train and didn't come to arrest you." Jia Jinlong said with a smile.

"You're still laughing." Yao Yuling said eagerly: "Wang Gang and Ma Kui have cracked numerous major and important cases over the years, and not a single person they targeted has escaped."

Jia Jinlong said: "Ling'er, you are too nervous. I don't think those two people came for us. You should just bump into them by chance."

Yao Yuling said in fear: "What if they really come for us? Why don't we run away!"

Jia Jinlong comforted his wife and said, "Don't scare yourself. We have all turned to business now. Even if Ningyang Shuanghu came for us, there is no evidence or evidence. Why should we arrest people?"

Yao Yuling was furious when she heard this.

"I have been so unlucky for eight lifetimes that I found such a bad guy like you." Yao Yuling said with a cold face, "I was also blind because I was deceived by your sweet words."

Jia Jinlong chuckled and said, "It's too late for you to regret it now. It's not easy for you to get on this pirate ship like me."

Yao Yuling pushed Jia Jinlong and said seriously: "You are really done with those people in the past."

Jia Jinlong said sternly: "When did I lie to you? Since our child was born, I have made a clean break with those drug dealers and settled down to do the right thing and run a restaurant."

Yao Yuling was startled, and quickly ran to close the office door and said, "You are crazy! You say everything outside, what if someone hears you?"

"Yes, yes, I was careless. I will never do it again." Jia Jinlong patted his mouth gently, then hugged Yao Yuling and said:

"Honey, don't be afraid. We are law-abiding citizens now, and Ningyang Shuanghu can't do anything to us."

Yao Yuling angrily broke away from Jia Jinlong's arms and said angrily: "How can I not be afraid? What you did before was a business of losing people's heads. If you say stop, the police will not pursue it.

What if your former brothers are caught and turn you in, what will happen to me and the child?"

Jia Jinlong sighed and said, "Honey, I'm sorry. I took the wrong path in the past. If that day comes, I won't harm you and your child."

"What are you talking about? Since I married you, our husband and wife are one." Yao Yuling took Jia Jinlong's hand and said:

"As long as you take the right path from now on and make a clean break with the past, I will never leave you."

Jia Jinlong nodded happily and hugged Yao Yuling deeply.

"Ling'er, being able to marry you is the luckiest thing in my life. When I first saw you in the railway compound, I knew you were the one I had been waiting for half my life."

Jia Jinlong quickly comforted Yao Yuling with sweet words and asked her to go back to pick up her children from school.

After Yao Yuling left, Jia Jinlong called the restaurant's chef over.

"Brother Long, call me."

"Old Zhang, please notify me and ask your brothers to keep a low profile these days. Those who have the goods should first cover their hands and stop them from being scattered. Ningyang Shuanghu has come to Harbin."

"Okay, I'll notify you right away." Lao Zhang was trembling all over, with a lot of cold sweat breaking out on his back.

"Wait a minute." Jia Jinlong stopped Lao Zhang who was about to leave and said, "You are not allowed to say anything in front of your sister-in-law, do you understand?"

"I understand." Lao Zhang said, "Brother Long, do you have any other instructions?"

Jia Jinlong said gloomily: "Prepare some things, the more the better."

Lao Zhang was startled and couldn't help but said: "Brother Long, could it be that the two tigers of Ningyang are coming towards us? I heard that many colleagues have fallen into their hands."

"Why are you panicking?" Jia Jinlong snorted coldly: "We are usually very careful in doing things, so we shouldn't have revealed anything. We asked you to prepare things just in case."

Lao Zhang felt relieved and agreed naively, then turned around and went downstairs to get ready.

Jia Jinlong was sitting alone in the office thinking. He had a hunch that even if Wang Gang and Ma Kui had not come for him, Yao Yuling's actions today would have alerted the enemy.

"If I had known, I shouldn't have told Ling'er my true identity." Jia Jinlong gritted his teeth, opened the office drawer, and took out a pistol from the mezzanine.

"Two Tigers of Ningyang." Jia Jinlong touched the pistol and thought to himself: "I want to see if you two tigers crossing the river can suppress a local snake like me!"

…………

After Wang Gang and Ma Kui took the train to Harbin, they said goodbye to the enthusiastic Niu Dali, and then went to the Harbin Criminal Police Team.

They came here this time because the Harbin Criminal Police Team captured a drug dealer who escaped from Ningyang. Wang Gang and Ma Kui were responsible for bringing the person back to Ningyang for interrogation.

The drug dealer's name was Lai Qi. He didn't have a serious job, but he spent money lavishly. He had a large amount of unexplained cash hidden in his home. Only then was he discovered by the Harbin Criminal Police Team.

I've already done an interrogation here in Harbin, but didn't get much useful information. This guy is just a small dismantler, and he usually picks up the goods in Ningyang and distributes them to Harbin via the railway.

?Wang Gang and Ma Kui just wanted to take the man back to Ningyang and ask him to identify his family.

Lai Qi didn't know Shang's real name, but only knew the nickname "Rat". Wang Gang used his verbal description to draw a face portrait, which was also the main purpose of Wang Gang's visit.

Once you know what a person looks like, it will be much easier to arrest them.

Wang Gang left a copy of the portrait to the Harbin Criminal Police Team and asked them to help keep an eye out for suspicious people.

The day before returning to Ningyang, Wang Gang asked a friend to inquire about Yao Yuling's whereabouts, and took Ma Kui directly to the restaurant owned by Yao Yuling.

Yao Yuling's guilty conscience really aroused Wang Gang's suspicion, and he was really worried if he didn't come over in person.

By coincidence, on the day Wang Gang and Ma Kui arrived, Yao Yuling was greeting business at the bar, and Wang Gang recognized her at a glance.

"Xiao Yao." Wang Gang took the initiative to say hello.

When Yao Yuling saw Wang Gang and Ma Kui, she was not surprised at first sight, but frightened.

"Brother Wang, Uncle Ma, why are you here?" Yao Yuling said pretending to be calm.

Wang Gang and Ma Kui looked at each other, raised the corners of their mouths and said, "We were looking for a place to eat, but we didn't expect to meet you. Do you own this restaurant?"

Not far away, Jia Jinlong, who was helping the waiter serve the dishes, also saw Wang Gang and Ma Kui. He was much calmer than Yao Yuling.
