817 Finally meeting Chen Jianghe

A hot pot meal in the evening was quite good for four people.

After switching to one small pot per person, Guan Xiaoguan no longer pretends to be pretentious and eats happily than anyone else.

She can't eat authentic Chinese food abroad, not to mention that Wang Gang has always had high requirements for the quality of food in Zaihuilou. The bottom of the pot is made of real ingredients and has an authentic taste.

After Yang Xue tried the dishes from Zaihuilou, she kept testing Wang Gang throughout the meal, hoping to seek cooperation.

She now also understands that Wang Gang's ambition is greater than she imagined, and it is impossible to work in Yang's family.

After dinner, Yang Xue's driver came to take her back to the hotel. After Wang Gang saw Mr. Guan and Guan Xiaoguan home, he also returned to the compound.

Wang Gang had already agreed with Guan Xiaoguan that he would take her to visit Sijiu City tomorrow. After Yang Xue heard about it, she insisted on following her shamelessly.

She also knew that Wang Gang would not agree, so she pestered Guan Xiaoguan and Mr. Guan.

Yang Xue was indeed quite capable and sweet-tongued. He quickly made Mr. Guan very happy and forced Wang Gang to agree to Yang Xue's request.

Wang Gang was having a headache about what to do tomorrow. When he returned home, he found a strange man sitting in his living room.

"Who are you and why are you in my house?"

The man saw Wang Gang standing up nervously and said, "Don't get me wrong, my name is Chen Jianghe, Yuzhu brought me here!"

When Wang Gang heard that this man called himself Chen Jianghe, he couldn't help but look at him more.

To be honest, Chen Jianghe's appearance quite disappointed Wang Gang.

Chen Jianghe looks simple and honest, with dark skin, a thin figure, and a pair of small eyes.

Wang Gang originally thought that the man Luo Yuzhu loved miserably would not be too bad looking.

"Where are Yuzhu and my mother?" Wang Gang looked around the house and found no one else except Chen Jianghe.

"Yuzhu and Aunt Han are going to find Qiao Gu and will be back in a while." Chen Jianghe said straightforwardly.

Wang Gang nodded and asked Chen Jianghe to sit down first and relax.

"When did you meet Yuzhu again?" Wang Gang asked.

Chen Jianghe sat up straight and said, "Five days ago, I returned to Yiwu and met Yuzhu again under the bridge."

Wang Gang smiled and said, "You are indeed back again."

Chen Jianghe smiled honestly and said: "I didn't find Yuzhu in the capital, so I went back to Yiwu to try my luck. Yuzhu told me that it was you who suggested she wait there, otherwise we wouldn't have reunited so soon.

Brother Han, you are a great benefactor to me and Yuzhu."

Wang Gang shook his head and sighed: "The relationship between you and Yuzhu has been tortuous. Now that you are reunited, don't separate and live a good life!"

Chen Jianghe sighed: "We have wasted a lot of time going around in circles for so many years. I plan to get the certificate with Yuzhu in two days."

Wang Gang asked solemnly: "It's natural that you want to get married, but have you prepared all the things you need for your wedding? Where will you live after you get married?"

Chen Jianghe knew that Luo Yuzhu regarded Wang Gang as a relative and eldest brother, and Han Mu as her godmother.

He was now coming to Luo Yuzhu's mother's house to propose marriage, so he was naturally very nervous.

"Yu Zhu and I have made a decision. After we get married, we will live with her temporarily. When I have more money for business, we will buy a house and settle down." Chen Jianghe vowed:

"I have given all my savings over the years to Yuzhu."

Wang Gang smiled and said: "Don't be nervous, I don't have any other intentions, I'm just asking casually."

Of course Chen Jianghe would not think that Wang Gang was really just asking casually.

Wang Gang had no intention of embarrassing Chen Jianghe. He regarded Luo Yuzhu as his sister and naturally wanted her to marry well.

Chen Jianghe's current conditions are not very good. After getting married, he still has to live in the house rented by Luo Yuzhu. However, Wang Gang saw that the two of them loved each other very much.

Wang Gang asked Chen Jianghe again about his future career plans and found that although this man appeared to be honest, he was actually very thoughtful and had identified many business opportunities. As long as he persisted, getting rich would not be a problem.

"Brother Han, I think our country is getting better and better now, and people have more and more money on hand, so they must use it for consumption.

The business of food, clothing, housing and transportation will definitely be very profitable in the future."

Wang Gang smiled and said: "What you said is too general. Are there any specific money-making projects?"

Chen Jianghe was shocked and talked eloquently: "I found that many farmers in Yiwu had a lot of chaff on their hands, but they couldn't sell it and had to rot in the ground.

I plan to buy it back and sell it to pig farms for feed."

Wang Gang agreed: "It is indeed a way to make money when others give up and I take."

Chen Jianghe was stunned for a moment, chewing the four words "I take what others abandon" in his mouth.

"Brother Han, I heard that you are a top student at Capital University. I wonder if you know anyone." Chen Jianghe asked:

"His name is Qiu Yingjie."

Wang Gang thought for a while and said, "I know this person. He is a senior two years older than me. He went to university through the recommendation of a local middle school. However, his academic performance was excellent and he was also a famous figure during his school days."

Chen Jianghe said happily: "Qiu Yingjie is my big brother. We had a chat on the train. I admire his foresight very much.

Brother Han gives me a very similar feeling to Brother Qiu. You are both educated and capable people, unlike me who doesn’t know even a few Chinese characters."

Wang Gang shook his head and said, "I'm not as good as Qiu Yingjie."

Although he didn't meet Qiu Yingjie often, Wang Gang once had an exchange with Qiu Yingjie at an event organized by the student union.

We don't have much of a friendship, but we can still be considered acquaintances.

Qiu Yingjie is indeed a talented person with vision, passion and ability. What Wang Gang admires most is that he has lofty ideals.

When Qiu Yingjie graduated, he knew he could go to a good employer, but he resolutely returned to his hometown, intending to use his knowledge to build his hometown and dedicate it to the people in his hometown.

Based on this alone, Wang Gang felt inferior. He was not as selfless as Qiu Yingjie.

No matter how many lives he reincarnates, Wang Gang is actually a very selfish person. He only sees himself and the people he cares about.

As for other people, it doesn't matter if they can help as much as they can, but it is absolutely impossible for him to devote his whole life to it.

Wang Gang is self-aware, so he never goes into politics. For people like him, being in politics is never a good thing for the people.

While chatting with Chen Jianghe, Wang Gang discovered that his sense of business was very sensitive, even better than that of Luo Yuzhu. His only shortcoming might be his lack of knowledge and experience.

This is not a big problem. Knowledge and insight can be learned while doing business, which is even better than studying theory in school.

Wang Gang went into the house and brought two economics books to Chen Jianghe.

"These two books are given to you. You can read them when you have time. They should be helpful to you." Wang Gang suggested:

"When you have money in the future, don't give up studying. Although society is a good university, the knowledge in books is still meaningful."

Chen Jianghe accepted the book very solemnly, with gratitude in his eyes.

"Brother Han, thank you so much."

Wang Gang and Chen Jianghe didn't wait long before Luo Yuzhu and Aunt Han took Qiaogu home.

When Qiaogu saw Chen Jianghe, she immediately burst into tears.

Chen Jianghe also blamed Qiaogu and said, "Silly girl, why did you run out without saying a word? Isn't your dad worried to death?"

Qiao Gu cried: "Brother Jiang He, thanks to Aunt Han and Brother Han during this period, otherwise I really don't know how I would have lived."

After living in the capital for this period of time, Qiaogu also realized how naive she was back then, and how ignorant she was of wanting to run away from home alone.

"Will you go back with me this time?" Chen Jianghe asked.

"I won't go back." Qiaogu shook her head and said, "I am now working in Brother Han's store, and my monthly salary is quite high. The manager also said that I performed well and planned to promote me to foreman.

When Da Guang comes over, I'll ask him to work for Brother Han too."

Chen Jianghe glanced at Wang Gang in slight surprise.

Wang Gang felt that Chen Daguang would rather die than work for him!

"Qiaogu works hard and has a good relationship with her colleagues. Many employees admire her, so Taozi and I decided to promote her to foreman." Wang Gang explained:

"When Qiaogu can take charge of her own business in the future, I will consider letting her be the branch manager!"

Chen Jianghe regarded Qiaogu as his own sister. Seeing that Wang Gang took such good care of her, he was extremely grateful.

Aunt Han intended to let Chen Jianghe and Luo Yuzhu live at home, but later considering that the home was indeed too small, Wang Gang arranged for them to live in the staff dormitory upstairs.

Chen Jianghe went over to take a look and found that the environment where Qiaogu lived was better than what she had at home, and he began to admire Wang Gang even more.

In this era, it is really rare for a boss to provide good housing for his employees, and the monthly expenses spent on employee dormitories are not a small amount of money.

But Wang Gang felt it was worth it. Since then, the business has been booming and the work has been busy. Many employees have to work until late at night, but none of them have resigned and changed jobs.

The first batch of employees will be the backbone of the staff who will return to the building in the future. Wang Gang is going to put in the effort to train them, and they may become the managers of major branches in the future.
