Chapter 29 Ghost

Chapter 29 Ghost

Yu Wenhao almost didn't need to ask Lao Yao what the outcome of the interview would be. The answer was already written on his face.

Seeing the frustration on Lao Yao's face, Yu Wenhao also felt a little depressed. He thought that Lao Yao, a doctor from a prestigious university, had worked hard for more than ten years in a company before climbing to his current position, but ended up falling overnight.

Being laid off doesn't count, my resume is still dirty.

He is only a few years older than her. He is only forty-two years old. He is already regarded as an elderly person in the workplace. Every door is closed to him. What the hell is there in this world? Is there any room for reasoning? He doesn't even say hello.

I know that in a few years, when I reach Lao Yao's age, I will also encounter his embarrassment. By then, I will probably be able to become a full-time online ride-hailing driver.

If people in their 40s and in their prime are driving online ride-hailing services, delivering food and express delivery, or working as security guards, what about older people, those in their 50s and 60s? Are they even less available in the workplace?

Have you got a seat? Are everyone energetic and forced to retire?

The problem is that someone still needs to support you.

Yu said hello, looked at the time, and said to Lao Yao:

"Old Yao, if you don't mind, how about having lunch in our cafeteria?"

"Okay!" Lao Yao agreed happily.

The two of them went to the cafeteria to eat, returned to Yu Wenhao's office, sat and talked again, and Yu Wenhao asked:

"Lao Yao, do you want to rest on the sofa for a while?"

Lao Yao asked back: "It won't affect you, right?"

Yu Wen said with a smile: "It won't affect it. At this time, everyone is resting. What will it affect?"

Old Yao said yes.

He picked up the windbreaker that was hanging on the armrest of the sofa, loosened his tie, unbuttoned the top button, fell down, rested his head on the armrest of the sofa, covered himself with the windbreaker, and fell asleep soon.

It’s on.

Yu Wenhao looked at him and shook his head. He knew that although Lao Yao didn't go to work, except for interviews, he seemed to have nothing to do and nothing to do all day long, but in fact, he was even more tired and tired than when he was at work. His hands and feet were free.

Your brain is running 24 hours a day, and even when you sleep, you may dream about finding a job.

In this state, people will quickly become tired, bored, and lose confidence in themselves.

The sofa was occupied by Lao Yao, so Yu Wenhao could only lie down on the desk and take a nap. But he didn't care. Over the years, he had already developed the magical skill of sleeping. He could fall asleep in any situation, even if he was standing, as long as he let

With his back against the wall, he could still sleep soundly for a few minutes.

Yu Wenhao seemed to wake up at the right time. He took a nap in the office and didn't need an alarm clock. No matter what time he went to bed, when he woke up, it would definitely be at 1:30 in the afternoon, which was exactly the time they went to work.

He looked at Lao Yao, who was still sleeping soundly. After saying hello, he stood up and walked out quietly, closing the office door at the same time.

Yu Wenhao walked into the workshop, where two printing machines were running. Yu Wenhao walked to the end of the Heidelberg SM74 four-color offset printing press, looked at the finished product, and immediately shouted stop, and the whole machine stopped.

The supervisor of this machine ran over, looked at the finished product, and asked Yu: "What's the matter, Director Yu?"

Yu Wenhao pointed to the printed product and told his supervisor: "There's going to be a ghost."

The supervisor lay down and looked at it, but didn't see anything. He picked up a finished product and held it in his hand to look at it. He greeted Yu and said, "No?"

"It will be there soon, within five minutes." Yu Wenhao said.

"Impossible." The supervisor looked at the finished product again and insisted, "I see no problem."

While the two people were talking, other workers also gathered around, including the supervisor of the Speedmaster CD102 opposite, who also came over. Yu Wenhao thought it would be a good time to teach them. He said to the supervisor:

"Whether you want to try it or not, I can't tell you for five minutes."

When the supervisor saw what Yu said when greeting him, he felt unsure and turned to ask the workers: "Do you think it's possible?"

Several workers looked at the finished product and stood with the supervisor, shaking their heads and saying it was impossible.

Yu Wenhao patted a worker on the shoulder and said to him: "Go and start the machine. Pay attention. Stop when told."

The worker said yes and ran to the console.

Ghosting is the most troublesome thing in printing. The so-called ghosting is when images and text appear where they should not appear.

Ghosts are divided into positive ghosts and negative ghosts. Positive ghosts refer to the positive pattern of a printed matter. Behind it in the circumferential direction, a lighter shadow shadow is formed relative to the surrounding area, which seems to be the positive pattern in front.

The projection of the pattern. The shadow ghost refers to the negative pattern of the printed matter, which forms a darker shadow of the positive pattern behind it in the circumferential direction than the surrounding.

The formation of ghosts is very complicated, and can be roughly divided into process ghosts and mechanical ghosts. Process ghosts are caused by both the design of the printed matter, the chemical properties of the ink during the drying process, and the delivery department.

Poor ventilation, or the temperature in the workshop is too high or too low, hot or cold, etc., may cause ghosting.

No matter what happens, mechanical ghosting is ultimately caused by the lack of ink in the ink roller.

Yu Wenhao said this, and everyone became interested. The machine started running again, and the finished product was intact. The supervisor looked at Yu Wenhao and smiled proudly, but it didn't last more than three minutes before he immediately shouted:

"Stop, stop, stop quickly!"

When everyone looked at the finished product, it turned out that ghost images appeared.

"What a ghost!" The supervisor looked at Yu Wenhao and asked, "Director, this is really amazing. How did you do it?"

Yu Wenhao smiled and said: "Intuition."

"Intuition? No way?"

Yu Wenhao nodded and said, "It's really an intuition. If you had as many prints passing through your hands as I do, you would also have this kind of intuition."

Yu Wenhao did not lie to his supervisor. He really relied on his intuition. When he looked at the finished product and felt very uncomfortable, he felt that a ghost was about to appear. Or sometimes he heard the sound of the machine and saw a tiny bubble.

, he will immediately feel that there is something wrong with the air circuit, and he must stop the machine immediately to check the cylinder, air pipe and valve.

Sometimes when I touch the finished product with my hand, I feel that the temperature is abnormal. I immediately know that the condenser is clogged and I must use an air compressor to clean the condenser immediately.

The printing press operates at high speed, producing more than two hundred finished products in one minute. Predicting equipment failures in advance and troubleshooting are the most reliable guarantees for printing companies like them to save resources and increase efficiency. Otherwise, the finished product will be completed in one go, resulting in

The waste will make this order go to waste. What customers spend money to buy is your high-quality product, the yield rate is very low, and customers will not buy it.

The supervisor looked at Yu Wenhao, a little helpless. Yu Wenhao glared at him and said to him:

"Watch what I'm doing, give me a wrench, and learn from it."

The supervisor said okay, ran away quickly, and brought over gloves and a wrench for Yu.

Yu Wenhao opened the protective cover on the transmission surface and let the printing press run at a slow speed. When the reference axis was at the lowest position, loosen the nut. Wait for the printing press to move to another position and retighten the nut to make the ink roller move slightly.

Moving.

After saying hello, Yu turned around and said to the supervisor: "Okay."

The supervisor's eyes widened: "Is this good? Is it that simple?"

"Yes, it's that simple." Yu said to the supervisor and also to the supervisor of Speedmaster CD102: "Have you learned? Turn it on."

The machine started running again, and when I looked at the finished product, the ghost shadow disappeared.

"I'm convinced, I'm convinced of you!" the supervisor said to Yu Wenhao, raising his thumb.
