Xue Hong took advantage of the drunkenness to take another step closer to the beast, which was a joy to be congratulated.

During the past half month, Xue Hong and Baochai would stay together whenever they had time, and their relationship became stronger and stronger.

Chen Chen, on the other hand, returned to his family to deal with some private matters.

As for Zhu Hui...how can I put it this way? He lived a very colorful life...and he also had a lot of exercise.

During this period, Xue Hong did nothing but order people to stop and Jia Baoyu from time to time to make "little jokes" or to cause trouble for Prince Teng. After all, Xue Hong was not a devil.

Moreover, Xue Hong had read almost all the unique Dao Zang copies that he could find during this period, and began to consider learning from Confucian and Buddhist classics.

The Three Thousand Avenues are connected by analogy. The three religions of Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism (Chinese Buddhism) were all born out of Chinese civilization, and their core meanings are basically the same.

Xue Hong hates rotten Confucianism and monks who do not abide by the rules and precepts, but he doesn't hate Confucianism and Buddhism very much.

The formation of each sect will baptize and sublimate the culture of the original region, which is not necessarily all bad.

For example, after the emergence of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism were introduced to China, they stimulated the renewal of Chinese civilization again and again.

Take Buddhism for example. Before Buddhism was introduced to China, there were no words like world and consciousness in our vocabulary.

The word "world" is translated into Sanskrit in Buddhist scriptures.

But what Xue Hong wanted to see was the original textual meaning of the scriptures that had not been tampered with, so this was not easy.

Because many Taoist canons and some things in the scriptures point out the cruel nature of the world, these things are not conducive to the rule of the rulers, so naturally they have to be deleted.

A single word difference in scriptures and teachings makes a world of difference.

For example, the first sentence in the Tao Te Ching: "The Tao can be Tao, but it is not Tao."

It means completely opposite to: "The Tao can be Tao, but it is not the eternal Tao"!

Dao Ke Dao Fei Tao means: "If the Tao can be expressed, it is not the common Tao."

The meaning of non-eternal Tao is: "If Tao can be expressed, then it is not an eternal truth."

The latter emphasizes the irregularity of Tao, which is presupposed by any truth, and there is no eternal truth.

This sentence almost clearly says that none of your emperors can sit on the throne forever, and the dynasty cannot last forever.

Since the words of kings, kings and ministers are spoken by humans, they are not the truth of heaven and earth.

As for this statement, it’s strange that the ancient emperors allowed it to spread! This is more serious than the princes and generals Xiang Ning has a seed!

Therefore, the Tao Te Ching, a book that explains the most original truth, is constantly deleted and revised.

Since the Song Dynasty, taking things out of context has basically become the norm.

For example, the original words of Confucius: Repay kindness with kindness, how to repay kindness? Repay kindness with kindness! This sentence was deleted and became "repay kindness with kindness" and became widely circulated among the public.

Confucius' original intention was: "Repaying evil with kindness is not DSB! Whoever has enmity with me, just knock him out with your fists and go straight to him!"

So this time Xue Hong also asked Chen Chen to help find some unabridged Confucian classics from their home.

As a black-hearted... ahem, the Chen family of a millennium-old cultural heritage family definitely has the originals of those ancient books.

Baochai led Xiangling, carrying some fruits, and walked lightly to Xue Hong's side.

Baochai looked at the book in Xue Hong's hand and saw the "Sixth Patriarch Altar Sutra" written on it.

Baochai's eyes were filled with surprise: "Why are you so good at reading Buddhist scriptures?"

Ever since the two of them kissed, Baochai would call Xue Hong her husband whenever they get along in private.

Xue Hong explained with a smile: "My state of mind has reached a bottleneck now, and I want to use the classics of the three religions to lay a solid foundation and break through my state of mind."

Baochai put the fruits on the table: "Husband, there is no need to rush for a while, there will be plenty of time in the future.

Besides, a wise man is lonely and a wise man has few actions. It would be better for your husband not to become like that."

Xue Hong smiled when he heard this and immediately put down the scripture: "What the lady said is true, so let's put down the scripture first and let nature take its course."

As Baochai said, truly wise men are lonely because no one can understand them.

Their vision can see through the appearance of things, putting aside factors such as religion, politics, and human nature to consider issues at their most fundamental level.

Such people are destined to be lonely, which is why most of the immortals in Chinese mythology are kind-hearted old men with fluttering beards.

For the enlightened immortals, love is a thing of the past. They once had emotions and desires, and perhaps married wives and had children, but after they became enlightened, they no longer cared about all desires.

Therefore, it is basically nonsense that immortals and gods talk about falling in love.

Xue Hong's current plan is that as long as he breaks through to the realm of land gods, he will no longer be busy practicing, and he will spend this life with Baochai well before talking about anything else.

Now that the light pillar that absorbed the Ming's luck has been destroyed by Xue Hong, there is no threat in the surrounding area for the time being.

Now Xue Hong only needs to wait for Andre to come back from the west, and then he can try to carry out reforms in the Ming Dynasty.

As for whether the Confucians will cause trouble, don’t be afraid!

There are also various anti-Confucian dramas and stories ahead. The reason why Xue Hong came up with the Legend of the White Snake, the Twelve Widows' Conquest of the West, and even Liaozhai was not only to enlighten the people's wisdom and ignite the seeds, but also to let Confucianism pay attention

For the time being, let’s focus on dealing with these “rebellious” things.

Xue Hong even got out of "The Scholars"! The effect of taunting and attracting hatred is full! Then Xue Hong can have time to quietly engage in industry!

Andre is no longer a priest now, but is Xue Hongfeng's "Western wisdom enlightens all people to conquer demons." He worships Xue Hong as his teacher.

Xue Hong brainwashed this little old man, and now Andre has become a loyal Taoist believer.

Enshrined on the cross in the room is a portrait of Emperor Zhenwu, a young Western old man with Taoist temple hair and Taoist robes who practices Tai Chi and Taiyi Xuanmen sword every day.

He attends morning classes and evening classes every day, and is more pious than other Taoist temple leaders!

As for why we don’t worship the Three Pure Ones, it’s because we can’t go beyond the previous level to worship! It will be unbearable.

Apart from Taoist temples, the only person who can worship the Three Pure Ones is the emperor. I have never heard of any Taoist disciples being able to worship the Three Pure Ones at home.

As for Xue Hong, he is considered half an immortal after all, and has some relationship with me, so there is no problem in worshiping Sanqing.

In order to give Andre an official status, Xue Hong even asked Taoist Zhang from Qingxu Temple to accept his disciples. Xue Hong originally planned to donate 10,000 taels of silver to Qingxu Temple, but Taoist Zhang did not dare to accept Xue Hong's money.

.

Andre led more than two hundred strong men and returned to the West with white silver and silk. The purpose was to

Xue Hong's method of poaching is very straightforward, throw money!!

Before Andre left, Xue Hong gave him a peach wood token, which also contained Xue Hong's soul.

If there are gods in the West, then Xue Hong needs to take action.

As for preaching, it is necessary. After Xue Hong kneads out the chemical fertilizers and the people of Ming Dynasty barely solve the problem of hunger, it will be time for "Xue Hong to scare the West"!

In fact, before modern times, the West was always in chaos, and it was the easiest time to proselytize in troubled times!

Which sect is good and which sect is bad? They can tell it bit by bit. If it doesn't work, the old method is to show miracles!

When the time comes to catch the Pope, and after "friendly negotiations", just ask him to admit that Christianity came from the East, and that the Holy See has tampered with the teachings in order to enslave the people. In short, all the blame will be placed on the Holy See.

Christianity cannot be banned directly, as that would cause huge resistance. The best way is to incorporate Christianity into the branch of Taoism and digest it bit by bit.

Although the process is slow and wastes time and people, it is more reliable and after thorough integration, there are almost no major hidden dangers.
