"Oh, I finally have a vacation."

"No, Mr. Marquis and us have been exhausted from working during this period."

"But don't tell me yet, these Frankie steam engines are indeed interesting. They are driven by the power of water and fire and draw on the power of nature. They are indeed a good thing."

"If this thing is completed, wouldn't it save a lot of manpower? Maybe even the tankers won't have to serve in the future?"

"Hey! Don't tell me. I heard from Mr. Hou that this thing can also be installed on the car. In the future, the car can run without horses!"

"real or fake?"

"Tsk! When did Lord Xue ever say such big things?"

Xue Hong walked out of the Ministry of Industry, stepping on the broken jade on the ground, and walked step by step towards Zhuangzi outside the city.

Xue Hong breathed out slowly: "It's really terrible. I have to work for a month before I can take a vacation. It's really not easy for officials in the Ming Dynasty."

But no, because Zhu Yuanzhang is a model worker, he adheres to the principle that I have no leave, and none of you can escape. At first, officials only had three days of vacation. There were only three days in the whole year!

They are the winter solstice and Zhu Yuanzhang’s birthday respectively. Zhu Yuanzhang himself is even more extreme. Except for special reasons, Zhu Yuanzhang works almost all year round! He is a proper model worker emperor!

Later, all the officials were foaming at the mouth from exhaustion and crying for their fathers and mothers. Only then did Zhu Yuanzhang slightly modify the rules.

During the Zhu Di period, officials had ten days of vacation a year. During these ten days, officials could not do any official duties and have a good rest.

Because Zhu Di's energy declined severely in his later years, he began to believe in Huang-Lao's philosophy, believing that he could work better only by letting nature take its course and getting enough rest.

After the later emperor came to power, these ten days of leave were obviously not enough for officials to rest. Many corrupt officials always tried to take time off to eat, drink and have fun.

The reasons are more bizarre than the last, including sick leave, personal leave, and the most outrageous one is asking for bereavement leave!

According to rumors, there was an official at that time who "lost" more than 30 relatives within a year and had to take leave every ten days.

Later, the emperor saw that this was not going to work, so he stipulated: "Don't you guys like to ask for leave?

sure!

Everyone, regardless of rank, as long as they exceed ten days of leave and take more than three days of leave, they will automatically default to retiring and returning home! Please give me a permanent leave!"

This rule has also continued to Emperor Longqing's place, but Emperor Longqing's place is more humane. Officials can work in shifts on major holidays, and they are not included in the ten-day holiday.

Although Xue Hong was busy giving Daming some technology during this period, he himself was not idle either. Twelve hours a day, the innate secret technique was activated around the clock, and based on his own knowledge, he calculated which acupuncture points in the body could store the true energy.

After repeated deductions, it was finally determined that there are seventy-two acupuncture points in total, which is 100% safe! It is exactly what Taoism means.

Xue Hong did not return to the Hou Mansion, nor did he return to the Xue Mansion. He mounted his horse and headed straight for the outskirts of the east city.

After galloping for an hour, we arrived at a courtyard in the mountains and forests.

There are few people here and ferocious beasts often appear here. Generally no one comes here.

Xue Hong entered the yard, tied up the horse, and walked straight into the house.

When I opened the door, I saw a room full of books and various pictures of acupuncture points on the human body.

There are also three portraits of the founders of the Three Qing Dynasty hanging on the wall.

As usual, Xue Hong first offered incense and then sat down after praying.

Xue Hong: "It's the end of the year. After the New Year, I have to accompany the holy monks on a trip to the underworld. There are also those spirits in the sky. It's better to thank the cards."

Xue Hong circulated the Great Huangting, and the golden energy surged all over his body, covering his whole body. A golden cyclone was slowly rotating in his Dantian.

Taoism has been divided into inner and outer elixirs since ancient times. Everyone is very familiar with outer elixirs, which are refining elixirs and taking medicine.

And what about the inner elixir? It is also very simple. It is also an elixir, but it is not a medicinal elixir but a golden elixir.

Use your body as heaven and earth to sow your true Qi, waiting for the elixir to finally bloom and bear fruit.

As the saying goes, difficulties are difficult, the road is mysterious. The moon hides the jade rabbit, the sun hides the bird, and the turtle and snake are intertwined. The intertwined intertwined, life is strong, but it can plant golden lotus in the fire. Gather the five elements and use them upside down. After the work is completed, you will become a Buddha and an immortal.

.

In Journey to the West, Patriarch Bodhi once taught Sun Wukong this passage, which is exactly the way of Tai Chi and the golden elixir!

As for those who say that Patriarch Bodhi is the incarnation of some Western saint, I can only say that although it is wonderful, it is all a false assumption.

The first sentence talks about the sun and the moon, which are compared to the golden crow and the jade rabbit respectively. The sun and the moon move in the sky and remain unchanged forever. Where there is black, there is white, and where there is white, there is black. This is the way of the yin and yang diagram to create each other.

The second sentence of Turtle and Snake Pan: It talks about dynamic balance and intertwining. Nothing in the human body is static. Just like the world, it is both a whole and an individual. We must master the laws, conform to him, and adapt to him.

As for the third sentence: The five elements of the collection are used upside down, and when the work is completed, they will become Buddhas and immortals.

It’s about turning the human body upside down to rebel against nature and return to the five-qi state!

Note that many people here have misunderstandings. The five elements refer to the five most basic vitality between heaven and earth, not just water, fire, metal, stone, etc.

Such an explanation, yin and yang, turtle, snake, Xuanwu, five elements and five qi, growing golden lotus, is not the Taoist golden elixir path!

What Xue Hong is going to do is to plant the golden elixir, but not just in the Dantian, but in all the seventy-two acupoints in the Dantian and the whole body!

Let them grow on their own without interference.

This should be what Lao Nonggong, or Qi Tiyuanliu, said under one person.

Use your body as a seed to sow Qi and let it grow naturally until it blooms and bears fruit.

Once these seventy-three seeds are planted, Xue Hong will always have one large Dantian and seventy-two small Dantian.

Martial arts in the snow has one characteristic: high burst, high output, and low battery life!

Li Chungang cut off a river two hundred feet with one sword, but in the end, wasn't it because the upper limit of the blue bar was low, and he was slowly killed by returning to blue?

If the blue bar keeps up, not to mention the armor-piercing 2,600, the Sword God can even pierce the armor 26,000, which is no problem!

Although Xue Hong practiced in the long and long Taoist Da Huang Court, where is the upper limit of the world in the snow? The Da Huang Court can help Xue Hong reach the limit of the land gods. As for breaking through the land gods, it will not just rely on it.

Da Huang Ting can do it.

So Xue Hong decided to plant golden elixir!

Xue Hong: "I've performed it dozens of times, so there should be no problem. Let's give it a try!"

Xue Hong sat cross-legged on the futon in front of the portrait of Sanqing, closed his eyes and meditated, and his true energy began to gather in his Dantian.

The returning light shines inside and I sit with a peaceful heart. The sun and moon are separated from each other in my body.

Yin and yang are inseparable from the root and are solid, and the five qi are combined to obtain the precious medicine.

Rejuvenating one's youth is easy, and the road to becoming a saint is free and easy.

If you plant golden lotus in your Dantian, you will not suffer the same pain as the common people.

Ten continents and three islands are still a game, and the corners of the world are wandering around.

Shen Yun returns to the three heavens, and the spirit, turtle, and snake are entwined.

(I wrote this indiscriminately, please don’t practice it for real!!! I am not responsible for anything that happens during practice!!!)
