Happening
Yesterday morning I made an appointment to have my phone screen replaced.
While waiting, I went out for a walk and walked around the riverside to relax.
Finally, we came to a small ditch under a step. It was not wide, no more than 80cm at most. I didn't think too much at the time, so I jumped over.
But the other end of the ditch is not flat, but has an angle of about 30°C.
Not a fall.
But if you jump over like this, your front feet will touch the ground instead of your entire feet.
It happens that the forefoot is more sensitive when it lands on the ground, which can cause problems. (As mentioned before, pkd)
It's been a long time since I had any symptoms. I almost thought I was cured, but I didn't expect any problems to occur.
At that time, I had some cramps, which were quite severe.
My neck, arms, shoulders, and calves felt sprained in several places. After a good night's sleep, I still hadn't fully recovered.
Now I find that I still can’t write.
Have another day off today.
