Day 125

It was evening when the two of them went to Inari Shrine to participate in the autumn festival. The shrine was lit with lanterns and there were quite a lot of people, but in some places it was crowded and in other places it was sparse.

"There are many food stalls, Xiaohua, what do you want to eat? Huh?" Feng Ming, who was focused on the front, turned around to ask Hua Ling and suddenly found that Hua Ling was not beside him, but soon he was at the balloon stall on the other side.

Found.

Hua Ling had long noticed that there was also a stall selling guns and toys here, and after looking at it for a long time, she finally decided on the second largest tiger.

"Tiger, then we have to clear this whole area." When the boss heard Hua Ling asking about Tiger's request to be taken away, the boss curled his lips and said: He is a big customer, and if he can't hit the target, he might be able to keep hitting him.

Hua Ling observed how the balloons were attached to the cardboard wall after being fixed at only one point. The area the boss pointed to had many balloons scattered around them, and they would fly around when the wind blew.

Hua Ling counted the number of balloons, there were nineteen in total.

Since the boss only sells a round number of bullets, I paid for twenty bullets.

"How many more pills should I buy? Twenty pills may not be enough?" The boss put away the banknotes given by Hua Ling and looked at Hua Ling with a smile.

Hua Ling loaded bullets into the pistol, loading ten bullets first.

"Try the feel first -"

The first bullet was fired, and the balloon exploded, leaving the fixed blowing port. The boss was stunned when he saw it.

The exploded balloon, which had been blown merrily by the wind just a moment ago, disappeared in an instant.

Hua Ling put the pistol in his hand and patted it: "It's a little jammed. It should be a workmanship problem, but it doesn't matter."

The second bullet is fired and the second balloon explodes.

The boss seemed to realize something. Pedestrians around him looked at Hua Ling after hearing the sound of the balloon exploding. Feng Ming also found Hua Ling.

Third, fourth, fifth, sixth...

The balloons exploded one by one without any mistakes.

When there was still the last balloon left to get the tiger, the pistol suddenly jammed and could not fire bullets. Hua Ling checked the pistol's malfunction in front of a crowd of pedestrians. When he felt there was no problem, he fired at the balloon.

But it's off.

The crowd gasped in admiration, but Hua Ling knew that he had one more and last chance.

Shoot again and the balloon explodes.

Hua Ling danced happily, put the pistol aside and put her hand on the table in front of her to point at the doll, like a child: "Tiger! I won, give me the tiger!"

The boss got up regretfully and took down the hanging tiger doll and handed it to Hua Ling. After getting the doll that was bigger than his upper body, Hua Ling did not open the plastic bag and held it in circles: "Okay!"

Feng Ming applauded in the crowd, and the crowd gradually thundered with applause. Hua Ling looked at the crowd, noticed the tall and tall Feng Ming, and waved to him: "Feng Ming!"

Hua Ling walked towards Feng Ming who was in the crowd with the doll in her arms, and reached out to hold him: "I just walked away on my own, I'm really sorry."

"It's okay, you had a lot of fun." Feng Ming reached out and pinched the ear of the tiger doll through the plastic bag, and the plastic bag made a "squeaking" sound.

Hua Ling wrapped his arms around the body of the tiger doll and slapped the tiger on the face with his palm: "I like this kind of stall so much. It is a great tool to save money."

"Indeed, you are sure to hit the target, and you won't waste your money at all. But, how can you be sure that the quality of this doll is good?" Many dolls from such stalls will be found to be broken when you buy them home. Don't you think it's a pity?

Hua Ling looked at Feng Ming puzzled: "Why? It's good as long as it looks good. If there are any broken or broken parts, I will repair them."

Feng Ming smiled: "Obviously you are Fengjiao's eldest son, but you are so diligent and thrifty. I would like to ask, what is the most expensive thing you have ever bought in your own name?"

Hua Ling thought about the things around her and muttered: "The most expensive one..."

As the two walked, Hua Ling reminisced, and Feng Ming said at the same time: "Car? House? Or something else?"

"It should be a house. It's a whole villa. I live there by myself, but I opened a small shop there and my life is quite comfortable."

Feng Ming even wondered whether the most expensive thing he would spend his pocket money on was going to entertainment venues, but the person in front of him seemed to have never been there at all. The clothes on his body looked like they were made by himself, not to mention famous brands.

"You really don't seem to be interested in money."

Feng Ming thought that there were many young ladies in school who were keen on showing off their wealth, and all wore famous brands.

Look at Hua Ling in front of you again. Although he is well-dressed, you would not be able to tell him apart if you throw him into a crowd... Although it is still possible, after all, Hua Ling is born with white hair and is quite tall.

Later, when the two were chatting, they discussed big brands. After thinking for a while, Hua Ling said: "My family has an ancestral teapot. That one was handmade by a master. Is it considered a big brand?"

Feng Ming was stunned: "This...should be counted, right?"

Hua Ling heard Feng Ming's embarrassment: "You hesitated for a long time, which probably won't matter in the eyes of most people."

"That is indeed valuable, but big-name things are not like that. What big-name brands sell is popularity..." Feng Ming patted Hua Ling's back to comfort him, "It's good for you to be safe and sound."

Hua Ling played a lot of things at the stall, ate a lot of snacks, and slowly walked to the door of the shrine. Feng Ming and Hua Ling both stopped and looked at several people going in to worship.

Feng Ming asked Hua Ling: "Shall we go in and take a look?"

“Will Japanese gods bless the Chinese people?”

The two of them walked in anyway. The moment they stepped into the torii gate, Hua Ling seemed to feel something, and a crisp ringing sound suddenly came to her ears.

When Feng Ming looked back at Hua Ling, Hua Ling was looking in another direction, which was the fox sculptures on both sides of Inari Shrine.

Feng Ming patted Hua Ling on the shoulder and asked what happened.

Hua Ling finally came back to her senses and waved her hand: "It's okay, I just seemed to see someone I know."

"That's strange. Do you have friends in Japan?"

"No."

Hua Ling excused Feng Ming and glanced at the direction he was looking at. The person he just saw was no longer there.

There is a soul sitting on the tree next to the shrine, and next to the soul stands a child with fox ears.

"He has not changed much..." The soul is a girl wearing ancient Chinese clothes.

The child seemed to see something when he turned around: "Miss Lu Yu, it's getting late."

"Well, I'm leaving then. Take care."

Lu Yu left the tree and the child jumped down from the tree.

When he jumped down, the wind blew on the grass, and the sound was not loud, but Feng Ming turned around and saw the children running back to the shrine.

"Feng Ming? Did you see anything?" Hua Ling saw Feng Ming turn around and looked in that direction.

Feng Ming turned around and continued walking out: "It's just a little fox."
