Chapter 63 Packing

On the ship at the Myr port, the governor captured earlier had been packed into a box by Nymeria and the two of them.

Werther threw the wizard into the cabin and gave him a healing spell. It had been a month or two before the ship arrived at King's Landing, and he now had four fractures. If not treated, he would not be able to withstand such a long voyage and would definitely die on the way.

.

Nymeria came over and put iron shackles on the wizard, while Tyene ran over with a small bottle, pulled off the cap and poured it into the wizard's mouth. The wizard was kidnapped and given an unknown potion.

How could I drink it? I kept my mouth shut and struggled.

Nymeria picked up an iron shackle and smashed it on the wizard's head, hitting the wizard's head twice and bleeding. Then she picked up the spear, kicked the wizard down, and stuffed the spear head into the wizard's mouth.

"The blue-skinned monster still wants to struggle, Tyene!"

When Tyene heard this, she imitated her sister and stuffed the entire poison bottle into the wizard's mouth. The wizard had no strength left and swallowed the poison resignedly.

Several holes were cut into the box containing the Governor for ventilation and feeding. Werther lit up the magic light and moved closer to the holes to see the Governor's condition.

"Teene! Why has the governor's face turned yellow!"

Tyene had finished pouring the poison, and she ran over and squatted next to Werther, pointing at the Governor in the small hole:

"The effect of the medicine is more stable and longer-lasting than that used by Magic Mountain. People can't move and it won't turn blue. When I tried it on chickens before, it turned yellow. At least the person inside looks like a human being."

"The chicken we ate at the magic school turned yellow. Was it the poison you tried?" Witte remembered. He thought it was normal for the chicken they cooked to turn yellow like salt-baked chicken.

Triene felt a little aggrieved: "The poison will be released when cooked. You can eat it."

Witte held her in his arms and touched her head: "Forget it, just let it turn yellow. As long as the medicine is strong, you can accept it. I will teach you other alchemy methods on the ship in Braavos later."

How to make potions."

Triene became interested: "What potion?"

"Alchemy is more than just making poisons, breathing underwater, restoring life, restoring magic power, increasing alchemical effects, etc. Alchemy products have comprehensive functions, but many materials are my inferences and may not be found or can only be found.

Use other materials instead."

Witte doesn't want to learn alchemy. Now that Triene is focused on studying alchemy, Witte can rely on analysis and disassembly of her alchemy products to improve her skill level, which can save a lot of time in early upgrades. But Triene doesn't have a game system.

The alchemy skill tree relies entirely on practical learning, so after she reaches a certain level of practice, Witte will have to make advanced alchemy items herself.

Witte turned to look at the wizard. Although the magic he used before was very crude, it was the illusion system magic in his game. Witte confirmed that the magic school had not spread it. If Soros wanted to leak it, it would be to the Red God Sect, and it would not be possible for these men to do so.

Witches, then their magic may have been secretly learned from the Valyrian Empire.

The three of them worked for a while longer, packing the boxes for the wizard whose skin had turned green, and preparing to return to Governor Maye's house.

When passing by the children guarding the boat, the children quietly handed Werther a paper ball, and Werther said to them:

"Tell Varys that I am very unhappy with his temporary addition of one person! The balance of the transaction has been broken by him!"

Returning to the room in the mansion, Werther dispelled all the magic arranged, unfolded the paper and read the message on it: Two descendants of the Targaryen family are in Braavos.

The next day, Governor Maye took Werther to visit the glass workshop in East Mill.

"Lord Witte, there is news this morning. A certain governor went crazy and ran wildly on the street last night. I don't know where he ended up. His family searched everywhere today but couldn't find him."

"Oh, that guy is quite unlucky. If he is really crazy, wouldn't the governor's seat be vacant?"

Governor Mei Ye said with a smile: "I have a very good noble friend who has the strength to hold this position."

"Then you have to support him well. After he becomes the governor, maybe you can do business together." Witte knew that he wanted money, but the governors of Mile were not worthy of Witte's direct financial support. When he became the governor,

Afterwards, business with Storm's End was okay, the Stepstone Islands had not yet been conquered, and the kingdom did not have enough energy and money to take care of Myr's affairs.

Mei Ye smiled, he had this plan, but it didn't matter if Werther didn't give it, both sides were testing it.

At this point, the two of them tacitly agreed not to talk about this topic anymore, and Mei Ye turned to the tile glass workshop.

The workshop is incomparable to modern factories. Everything is made by hand. The overseer holds a whip and directs a large number of slaves to work. If there is a problem with the finished product, the slave will be beaten all over by the whip and be unable to work for several days.

And his work must be completed by the remaining slaves, implementing continuous sitting.

Witte went to the smelting workshop again and grabbed a pile of raw material quartz sand in his hand. This thing is indeed not found in Westeros. The glass making technology was brought by the Valyrian Empire and already exists in the nine major trading city-states.

After thousands of years, there is no reason why the people of Westeros cannot learn. The only problem is that the raw materials, the sand in the rivers and the Dorne desert are not good. This world is so weird.

No wonder Governor Mayo allowed him to come and visit casually. People in other places can't do it even if they have craftsmanship. The cost of using slaves is still cheaper. Now you can either trade with Mir normally or conquer this place.

After the visit to the glass workshop and Werther's trip in Myr, Nymeria and several Dornish guards had loaded their luggage onto Oberon's ship.

Witte came to the Seven Kingdoms Navy's office in the port of Myr, a small white three-story house with a small flag on a white background with three gold lines in the upper right corner hanging outside. An office in a personal name is not likely to cause disputes.
Entering inside, there were a dozen young men with weapons on their waists chatting around the table. One of the young men saw a man in luxurious clothes coming in, stood up and asked, "Can I help you with anything?"<

Five magic balls were ignited, spinning behind his back and extinguished quickly. "Witt Baratheon, I have something to do with you. Are you from the Zeitlin family?"

When these people saw the magic ball, although they had not seen Werther with their own eyes, they still confirmed Werther's identity and stood up at attention: "Hello, Lord Werther, my name is Lukos Zitlin, just call me Little Lukos."

Werther walked to the table and sat down. He put his hand on the table, the magic light flashed, and a silence spell was cast: "Everyone come over and sit down."

Several people approached the table, but did not sit down. They all stood upright and listened to Werther's instructions.

Werther didn't bother with such trivial matters. Look at little Lucos's face. He had seen his father, Count Zeitlin, Werther. The two looked very similar. The faces of other young people also had faces from Westeros, and

People in trading cities are very different.

After confirming the identities of these people, Witte said:

"How often do you rotate here?"

Here are the second sons of some small noble families. Joining the royal fleet and being commanded by Stannis is a good job. Maintaining a naval supply point in Myr is a good job. It is much better than being exposed to the wind and sun on a ship. You can also get some oil and water.

The people sent here are all people Stannis can trust.

Only little Lucos is the only son with inheritance rights in the family, and is only a little younger than Werther. He has the highest status among this group of people, and is arranged to be the highest official here. He can also speak on behalf of this group of young people.

"Back to Lord Witte, next time the navy fleet escorts the merchant ships, we people will change the defense and return to King's Landing, and the work here will be taken over by the newcomers."

Werther took out an envelope from his arms, with a wax seal stamped by Werther, and handed it to little Lukos:

"This letter will be brought back to the Red Castle by your people on the warship and delivered to the King in person."

When Little Lukos heard what Werther said, he understood that it was a very important letter. He took it with both hands and clenched his fist on his chest with one hand: "I swear on my life that I will deliver this letter to the king!"

Other young people also clenched their fists with one hand on their chests: "We will escort the letter back to King's Landing!"

Werther patted little Lukos on the shoulder to encourage him.
